Hi,
Last week some roads in sector - 4 gurgaon were mended by putting patches. I live in 2068 sector - 4 gurgaon and the road which leads us from the sector -4 market to my house is in a very very bad shape since a long long time. Since some repair work has been done for some roads in that area, I would request the concerned authority to kindly ensure the repair of each and every internal road in the sector.
Kindly ensure that the repair work is done on all the internal roads in sector-4.

Sewerage Blocked

The main Sewerage on SUBHASH Road from Sector 41 to Sector 31 & towards NH - 8 in Gurgaon is BLOCKED . This has resulted in the drainage overflowing in K - Block in South City 1.

      Dear Sir,


      I applied for 10 Marla plot in your scheme of free hold Residential
      plots in Sector-32 KARNAL.

      My application no was 164237 along with draft no 007039 ,amount Rs
      1,92,100.

      The draw was held 5-09-11 and I was unsuccessful in getting plot in draw.

      Majority of people got their refunds in month of sept’11 and I did not
      got the same.

      I sent a reminder to your goodself vide my mail dt. 3.10.11to refund
      my due amount ie Rs1,92,100/-

      In first week of Oct’11 I received a call from dealing official to
      collect draft from your office as the same was laying with them.I
      requested official to resend either by courier or by speed post.Finaly
      I received an envelop containing draft on 14-10-11thriugh speed
      post.

      On opening I found that my name and address was wrongly mentioned in
      draft ,there was over cutting

      I deposited the same to my bank State Bank of India Faridabad
      Branch,which was returned back to me with their remarks”Cheque with
      cutting or overwrittings are not acceptable as per guide lines of
      RBI.

      In this whole process I am finding a malafide intentions on following accounts:

      a.Why dealing hand loaded wrong name and address while entering data
      in your system.

      b.When first speed post envelop received back in your office no one
      bothered to find out reason of return.

      c.Why dealing hand made cuttings of name and address on Refund draft
      no 012220
      d.Why dealing hand not took pain to get fresh refund order with
      correct name and address.

      e. Why dealing hand was insisting me to collect refund order in person.

      Due to lapse of working of dealing hand and official concerned my
      money is blocked and suffering a loss of RS1921/- per month on account
      of interest.

      May I humbly request you to issue fresh refund order of Rs 1,92,100/-
      with correct name and address.

          I AM SATBIR PAWAR, RESIDENT OF H.NO. 1961 SECTOR 16-17 HISAR. SECTOR 16-17 IS MOST NEGLECTED SECTOR OF HARYANA. THE CONDITION OF ROADS, PARKS, STREET LIGHTS ETC ARE VERY BAD. MY HOUSE IS SITUATED IN THE ROW OF[protected]. THE ROAD STARTED FROM HOUSEN NO ROW[protected] AND[protected] IS IN VERY BAD CONDITION. I AM RESIDING SINCE 2007 AND NO REPAIRING WORK WAS DONE THEREAFTER. THERE ARE ONLY PITS AND HUMPS ON THE ROAD. SINCE 2007 IF ANY REPAIRING IS DONE WHICH IS ONLY ON PAPERS. IN THE RAINY SEASON THE SETUATION WORSEONED. KINDLY TAKE UP THE MATTER WITH HUDA FOR PROPER REPARING THE ROADS.

Cheque was issued by estate officer huda on[protected] with cheque no:- 600480 but when cheque was deposited for clearance, they deduct rs. 425/-. Already, Estate officer huda late issued my cheque and now they deduct 425/-. Please refund my deducted balance.

              Dear sir,

              Reg-: Complaint for violation of HUDA Bye Laws by owner of plot no. 412, Sector-39, Gurgaon

              We are residents of Ward No.28, Gurgaon. We would like to bring in your kind notice that owner of Plot no. 412, sector -39, Gurgaon is constructing house in the said plot from quite long time. We noticed that he is violating zoning laws (especially Back side) of HUDA. This prevents sunlight and fresh air for neighbour. He may have also obtained the completion certificate by using his links and paying bribe but the construction is still going on. We repeatedly requested him for not violating the HUDA laws but he replied that he enjoys good liaisons and nothing can be done against him and he can do whatever he wants. He is making fun of the HUDA Bye Laws and violating all zoning provisions.

              This is just the starting of such activities in this area and this is the right time when the people like him can be stopped and people can be told that this is illegal and action can be taken against such people. Otherwise this will spread like epidemic

              Our request to the authorities- :

              Please survey the area of illegal site i.e PLOT No. 412, Sector-39, Gurgaon and stop the work.

              Please ensure that the owner follow norms and do not over construct the plot even after getting completion certificate.

              Please advise if we require filing request as per Right to Information Act (RTI Act, 2005) to enquire about the provisions under which he is permitted to violate the HUDA Bye Laws.

              Please also enquire that who is supporting him in this act.

              Hope for some early legal/Departmental action.

                this is to inform the concerned authorities that residents of house no 134 - F, sector -5, Part-3, Gurgaon have illegally encroached the road in front of their residence.
                their garden covers almost an area of 1 feet of the road (beyond the permissible limit)
                they have dumped huge amount of mud and debris in front of their garden which adds to chaos.
                all the residents in the locality are suffering from this problem as the dust flows with air and enters into their homes. Also, it is difficult to park cars.

                kindly take a look and take required action as soon as possible

                Water Supply

                Since yesterday, There is no water supply in House No. 322 sector 40 and neighbouring houses are also facing the same problem. please check and kindly do the needfull. Rgds

                  I have been paying all the installments due for a plot alloted to me in Sector 57 Gurgoan however there is no clear status regarding the possession of my plot.

                  This has been a problem with so many allottes however even after paying full amount of instatllments due there is no concreate response for HUDA officials.

                  We are not sure about the mess which has been created here but HUDA oficials have no reply to any query related to possession of plots in Sector 57.

                  Is there any update with any such allottes regarding the possession, plesae let me know as well.

                    Village Kanhai Road is in bad shape, all around construction is going one and road is pathetic.

                    Can you please look into this matter and do the needful.

                    Even the lstreet lights are hardly working. It is a real pain to drive on this road for all gurgaonites.

                      THE SECTOR ROADS IN SECTOR 23 ARE HAVING LONG STRETHES OF BROKEN ROADS AND POTHOLES AND EVEN WITH LITTLE RAINFALL WATERLOGGING REMAINS FOR DAYS. STREETLIGHTS DO NOT FUNCTION POSING SECURITY CONCERNS.ALL ALONG THE LANES WILD GROWTH CAN BE SEEN .THE AREA RESEMBLE MORE LIKE A SLUM THAN PART OF MILLENIUM CITY

Due to this all our basic facilities are effective and sweepers /Mali / and other facilities are badly effective.

                        Hi, I have applied for the Conveyance deed of my Industrial plot 233 phase-II panchkula to HUDA office Sector 6 Panchkula on 25.07.2011.The stipulated time for this process is of 18 days. HUDA officials gave me the date 23.08.2011 for the same, but till date i didn't receive the conveyance deed of my plot.i have been to the HUDA department thrice regarding the Same and also given written request for the same,but do not get the satisfactory reply from HUDA .there is due standing against me all the process from my side is complete.so May i know how i can get the conveyance deed of my plot.

                              We purchased a plot in Sector 52 around 2 months back. The seller has the possession letter but the size on possession letter is different than the actual size at the location(As per HUDA records the size is 168.9 Sq Yard but at the location the size is less by 7 sq yard).

                              Now HUDA is not doing further processing and saying they will send the plan back to DTP department.It has been 2 months but no response from HUDA people. They are not issuing the new possession letter and the convinence deed.

                              We are completely stuck and helpless......Please suggest.

                                I was allotted a plot of 6 marla size in Sector 57, Gurgaon during the draw of lots held in the year 2004. I got an allotment letter accordingly on 13 Mar 2005. I started paying all the instalments regularly as per the provisions contained in the allotment letter. In the month of Jun 2009, I was told by HUDA authorities vide a written letter that the plot which was allotted to me is under litigation/omitted plot. Hence, a mini draw was scheduled on 09 July 2009 at Estate Officer-II, HUDA, Gurgaon for allotment of alternate plot in the same sector and I was told to attend the draw proceedings.

                                I am a serving Army person. I attended the draw and an aloternate plot was allotted to me on 09 July 2009. The allottees were verbally told that these plots were situated on clear land and the possession will be offered soon. Seven years have elapsed, but to our surprise, HUDA has not given any possession so far. I have deposited all the instalments in time and the last and final instalment was deposited in March 2011.

                                Inspite of my numerous visits to HUDA office, no satisfactory reply is received. I am very upset because I have deposited all my hard earned money to HUDA for this plot. It is also relevant to mention here that I saved this money out of my salary received during my Army service in very difficult and inhospitable terrains throughout my service. My family is staying behind in rented accommodation in Gurgaon for so many years.

                                In view of the above, kindly help out the allottees of Sector 57, Gurgaon and HUDA authorities be counselled to give possession of plots immediately to the deprived persons like me.

                                  My brother had pilonidal sinus and we took him to this doctor who handled my brother badly, rudely and even overcharged us after operation. I threw lot of tantrums when we requested him to give appointment after his surgery to get his pipe removed from his back. My brother suffered because of him. He talk very rudely and uses profane language. I request you to please warn him or " get him enrolled in basic manners classes".

                                    Dear sir,

                                    We thr residents of housae Nos' 136 to138 are facing wreath of construction under-taken by house No. 31 opposite us. Owner commenced consrtruction with basement appros 6 months ago.
                                    Initailly, our water supply was disrupted for 3 to 4 days since main water supply line was damaged by earth excavater while basement was being dug.
                                    Now loose earth & building material is parked on the street road nresulting in clogging of storm water drainage outlets qty-2 within 30 mtrs resulting street gets flooded. Inview of ensuing monsoons if clogging is not opened, there is danger of our houses getting flooded.
                                    Since owner does't stay here nor he is not bothered about oue inconvenience as he does't bhave to face the music.
                                    He is stocking building material for his further construction, owner be advised to dump it on roof of basement which is available to him. It is a SOS call.

I got a NOC from the financing axis bank lajpatnagar but didnot get allotment letter till date ie by 10 jun 11 as they have not received the same yet.                                         We have already communicated that he has constructed First Floor and Second Floor + Parapet Wall on our Rear Balcony Wall, which is highly objectionable.
                                        A)** For doing violations he had dug my foundations excessively for making his basement forcefully not according to sanctioned plan. They damaged our foundations in the front and rear courtyard as rainwater created big holes because of excess digging .We are sending you photographs of the damaged portions .this is because of negligence of plot owner of 1299 sector 45(as excess digging checked by officers, violations were declared in the plot by them )
                                        1) My basement was filled with water and wooden boards and items in the basement had softened due to water seepage.
                                        2) The underground pipelines and rain harvesting got damaged in my rear and front courtyard.
                                        3) Cracks have developed in Kota flooring because of cavities developed underground due to excessive flow of water into our foundations.
                                        4) As we informed you before also .sending you some photographs and previous letters
                                        B)**Even he is careless about the plinth level of their floors, he has taken the plinth level / floor level higher than our floors .his basement roof is 1.5 ft. higher than ours , his ground floor roof is 10 to 11 inch higher from our ground floor roof .
                                        Dampness from the neighbor floor will enter the wall. The problem of dampness will become a permanent headache one day for our house.
                                        C) **As per RTI norms of HUDA (Copy enclosed for reference) no body is allowed to construct more than 1 Meter Vertical wall /Railing on Balcony.
                                        Now he has constructed Vertical Wall for Two Floors (First Floor and Second Floor) + Parapet (9 Inches wall) on this Balcony. By doing so he has violated the HUDA (RTI) Norms.
                                        Apart from violation of Law – it is a threat to our Building Structure as Balcony is NON LOADING Structure and he has constructed a Load of TWO FLOORS on this .Tomorrow if some Accident happens because of this – who will be held responsible – Owner of H. No. 1299.
                                        If we construct a Vertical Wall more than 1 Meter on our Balcony – it becomes a NON COMPOUNDABLE OFFENCE,
                                        So if he does the same offence – it should be treated in the same manner as ours i.e. NON COMPOUNDABLE.
                                        D) **He has not yet filled the sand in his rear courtyard which is posing as a threat to us as it can again harm our foundation due to rain and also when his workers water the walls the water seepage through the open holes can be seen on our walls.
                                        E) **Our neighbor uses common wall using its strength and support. When we construct the basement the reinforcement wall (RCC side walls) in the common wall plays a necessary part, otherwise dampness takes place in the basement walls. The reinforcement in the common wall is counted as a part of the foundation. He hasn’t even constructed any pillar in the common wall to support it and he has also refused to share the expense done by us for reinforcement and pillars. As per the HUDA norms they are liable to pay a common share in all expenses of the common wall according to the sanction maps. THEN HOW CAN HE DENY IT?
                                        F) **After making 1.5 ft. extra area in rear courtyard he has extended a 5 ft. balcony , can govt. allow us to construct a balcony of the same length in our rear courtyard {WITHOUT ANY OBJECTION}to maintain our privacy and uniformity of our house. If yes, then how we build it without support or without harming our existing structure .We request to HUDA to think of the uniformity of those who construct their houses as per the sanctioned map. Please think of those who have lost their peace tolerating aggression and misbehavior due to violations by violators. Thank You :Priya Dhawan
