Dear all,

This is to inform and make you aware rather beware of HUDA. Huda has not refunded the earnest amonut even after two months have passed since the draw results. The investors are feeling cheated including me. I am talking about sonipat plot draw held two months back.

I had submitted my application No. 382617 for 10 Marla, Sector – 65, Faridabad Plot for which earnest amount of `1,31,700/- was deposited vide DD No. 420794 dated 01.01.2010 of Axis Bank Limited, Statesman House, New Delhi.

I had sent my representation vide letter dated September 09, 2010 through Speed-Post. Besides I have also sent a number of email attaching the copy of representations through emails at [protected]@hry.nic.in....

Totally agree... In fact the temple being build is like in the middle of the road and has been taken up to 2 floors!

The builders doing construction are not only doing illegal construction by leaving less space and even making basements but also spoinling the roads and the living conditions in the neighbourhood.

One builder has build a sort of small water pool on an empty plot and has ensured that the pool is...

I applied for HUDA Sec 11 Bahadurgarg Plots scheme, draw to which was held on 21st October 2010. I have still not recieved the refund money. I dropped a mail about same to HUDA administration but no response. Same case with Phone. My application number is 1008 and name is Vishal Sharma. Please help me out....

sir, I have an commerical plot no.47 at sector-4 huda Rewari. After whole payment paid by me I request to huda office Rewari to offer me possion letter . But after many request and reminder they are not offer me possion letter yet....

I WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO UR KIND NOTICE THAT SINCED LAST YEAR OR MAY BE MORE THE CONDITION OF ROAD FROM SECTOR 23 (PALAM VIHAR) TO SECTOR 4 GURGAON IS VERY MISERABLE.
SEWER PIPELINE WORK WAS STARTED EARLIER SINCE THEN ROADS ARE NOT REMADE (REPAIRED).WE ARE FACING A LOT OF PROBLEM IN COMMUTING .
BIG AND DEEP HOLES ARE THEIR IN FRONT OF PALAM VIHAR C1 AND C2 NEAR SECTOR 4 CIRCLE.

I had applied for plot sector 2, Bahadurgarh under scheme huda on 05 January 2010. My application No. is 83637 sended a DD of Rs. 23400/- dated 5-1-2010 drawn on Syndiacate bank, subanchal hostel, new delhi.

REFUND OF EARNEST MONEY DEPOSIT AGAINST FARIDABAD SCHEME 2009 - 10

I was declared unsuccessful in the draw of lot held for allotment of 10 Marla plot in Sector 56-56A in Urban estate, Faridabad.

On 17.8.2010, I had requested the Estate Officer, HUDA, Faridabad to refund the 'Earnest Money Deposit' of Rs.2,04,500/- (Rs. Two lacs Four Thousand Five Hundred Only) deposited by me vide Application No. 325864...

I have applied in HUDA residential Scheme closes on 05/01/2010 for Residential Plots at
Sonipat, Sector-23 in my name having Application Serial No. 509590 but unfortunately I don't get the allotment in MY name as per allotment draw held on June 2010.

Sir, I am the resident of 966, Sector 9, Bahadurgarh has dwelling in the hell in the name of HUDA sector as the people adjoing me the status of whom is not know are in the business of building breaking and extracting steel out of its garbage. They put it on road surrounding my house and break it by JCB Machines resulting my house has got cracks all over and road broken.
