Dear sir,

We thr residents of housae Nos' 136 to138 are facing wreath of construction under-taken by house No. 31 opposite us. Owner commenced consrtruction with basement appros 6 months ago.
Initailly, our water supply was disrupted for 3 to 4 days since main water supply line was damaged by earth excavater while basement was being dug.
Now loose earth & building material is parked on the street road nresulting in clogging of storm water drainage outlets qty-2 within 30 mtrs resulting street gets flooded. Inview of ensuing monsoons if clogging is not opened, there is danger of our houses getting flooded.
Since owner does't stay here nor he is not bothered about oue inconvenience as he does't bhave to face the music.
He is stocking building material for his further construction, owner be advised to dump it on roof of basement which is available to him. It is a SOS call.

Sir, I have been awarded a resedential plot in sector 19 rewari by huda in a draw held on 08 april 11. my application no was 36580 and plot no 528 defence category. I got a NOC from the financing axis bank lajpatnagar but didnot get allotment letter till date ie by 10 jun 11 as they have not received the same yet. I want to pay 15 % payments but didnot get any instruction. pls help me. huda rewari phones never picked up.

Dear Sir,
Subject : violations by owner of house no.1299 Sec-45
This is in continuation to our previous letters regarding illegal Construction which is NOT SANCTIONED in the MAP by House No. 1299, Sector-45, Gurgaon.
We have already communicated that he has constructed First Floor and Second Floor + Parapet Wall on our Rear Balcony Wall, which is highly objectionable.
A)** For doing violations he had dug my foundations excessively for making his basement forcefully not according to sanctioned plan. They damaged our foundations in the front and rear courtyard as rainwater created big holes because of excess digging .We are sending you photographs of the damaged portions .this is because of negligence of plot owner of 1299 sector 45(as excess digging checked by officers, violations were declared in the plot by them )
1) My basement was filled with water and wooden boards and items in the basement had softened due to water seepage.
2) The underground pipelines and rain harvesting got damaged in my rear and front courtyard.
3) Cracks have developed in Kota flooring because of cavities developed underground due to excessive flow of water into our foundations.
4) As we informed you before also .sending you some photographs and previous letters
B)**Even he is careless about the plinth level of their floors, he has taken the plinth level / floor level higher than our floors .his basement roof is 1.5 ft. higher than ours , his ground floor roof is 10 to 11 inch higher from our ground floor roof .
Dampness from the neighbor floor will enter the wall. The problem of dampness will become a permanent headache one day for our house.
C) **As per RTI norms of HUDA (Copy enclosed for reference) no body is allowed to construct more than 1 Meter Vertical wall /Railing on Balcony.
Now he has constructed Vertical Wall for Two Floors (First Floor and Second Floor) + Parapet (9 Inches wall) on this Balcony. By doing so he has violated the HUDA (RTI) Norms.
Apart from violation of Law – it is a threat to our Building Structure as Balcony is NON LOADING Structure and he has constructed a Load of TWO FLOORS on this .Tomorrow if some Accident happens because of this – who will be held responsible – Owner of H. No. 1299.
If we construct a Vertical Wall more than 1 Meter on our Balcony – it becomes a NON COMPOUNDABLE OFFENCE,
So if he does the same offence – it should be treated in the same manner as ours i.e. NON COMPOUNDABLE.
D) **He has not yet filled the sand in his rear courtyard which is posing as a threat to us as it can again harm our foundation due to rain and also when his workers water the walls the water seepage through the open holes can be seen on our walls.
E) **Our neighbor uses common wall using its strength and support. When we construct the basement the reinforcement wall (RCC side walls) in the common wall plays a necessary part, otherwise dampness takes place in the basement walls. The reinforcement in the common wall is counted as a part of the foundation. He hasn’t even constructed any pillar in the common wall to support it and he has also refused to share the expense done by us for reinforcement and pillars. As per the HUDA norms they are liable to pay a common share in all expenses of the common wall according to the sanction maps. THEN HOW CAN HE DENY IT?
F) **After making 1.5 ft. extra area in rear courtyard he has extended a 5 ft. balcony , can govt. allow us to construct a balcony of the same length in our rear courtyard {WITHOUT ANY OBJECTION}to maintain our privacy and uniformity of our house. If yes, then how we build it without support or without harming our existing structure .We request to HUDA to think of the uniformity of those who construct their houses as per the sanctioned map. Please think of those who have lost their peace tolerating aggression and misbehavior due to violations by violators. Thank You :Priya Dhawan

I am resident of sector-52 in gurgaon,near ARTEMIS HOSPITAL. The adjacent plots My house are always filled with water makeing it a running lake on the one side of the house making it prone to all kind of water desease like Dangu, Malariya etc. Now the same has been complained sevral time to the HUDA, rather than cleaning it they say bad words to ladies and disrepect them. All childerns are confind only to the home and not able to play outside.

Moreover the main Sever Line is choked and the sever water is overflowing on the road, making the lfe miserable. Please get it attended atn the earliest.

iam a resident of housing board colony sector-48 faridabad and since 4 years we are facing problems like basic ammunities in the sectorespecially like sewerage,till the time rwa was active sewerage work was proper but since RWA CHANGED HUDDA people seems like forgets about the sector problem,they are not even listning to the problems,now situation is so misorable that every sewerage is full and waste is going back in the houses,water of sewerage is going no whrere.water is going to the foundations of flats which can leads to multiple flats collaps in the area and threat to around 500 people is there. we dont know whom we will go to claims life if such incident will happen.
its only u now who can save more than 500 lives.

My family member has been prescribed Ceftriaxone Injection "Monocef 500mg" and we have been administrating it for past 4 days. The injections were working and he had started to get better. Today I bought the remaining injections from Deep Medicose as my usual pharmacist had run out of them. When the injection was given in the morning the patient complained of severe burning and pain. We did not pay much attention to it but after the evening injection the pain was terrible and he had severe adverse reaction to the injection and had to be admitted.
Since the same injection was given for the past 4 days without even the slightest discomfort, I strongly feel the drugs sold by Deep Medicose are fake.

I am leaving in house no. 1003, sector - 5 Kurukshetra. HUDA is promising for batter Leaving. In fact, leaving in HUDA sector is the worst experience. There is no road from last two years. complaint made to authorities more then hundred times. Not possible to move even in car in rainy season.

Hello HUDA, Gurgaon!

Inspite of lodging several complains to HUDA Community Center (Sector 45) since 1st week of March, 2011 the sewage overflow near House 574 remains un-rectified, creating health hazards situation!

Attached are photographs taken on Tuesday March 15th, 2011. Immediate actions are required to control the situation.

Hello Sir/Madam,

As population is growing in Gurgaon, traffic would naturally increase. But, I feel that at several junctures the chaos could have been easily minimized. In gurgaon there are various locations where there are circles such as one at Metro Chowk (opp Fortis), another opposite Huda City Centre, Atul kataria chowk etc. Since traffic merging at these chowks disperses into multiple directions and hence the chaos and many a times accidents happen.
What solution government authorities came up with was that 4 red lights and a lot of traffic police was appointed there to manage traffic.
An easier and feasible solution was to remove the circles and instead put up red light. Chaos and unnecessary traffic management could have been done away with. Chowks are okey when traffic volume is low.

Please consider this solution. Life could be made lot easier.

We are a resident of Sector 13 at H.No. 1456, in Karnal city. We are regularily complaining about the blocked sewerage connection from the main hole itself but no one is listening or trying to correct the sewerage. We put various entries in their complaint log book also but we are still suffering form the last 10 days. Can anyone concerned can get it done by the concerned authorities?

Dear all,

This is to inform and make you aware rather beware of HUDA. Huda has not refunded the earnest amonut even after two months have passed since the draw results. The investors are feeling cheated including me. I am talking about sonipat plot draw held two months back.

I had submitted my application No. 382617 for 10 Marla, Sector – 65, Faridabad Plot for which earnest amount of `1,31,700/- was deposited vide DD No. 420794 dated 01.01.2010 of Axis Bank Limited, Statesman House, New Delhi.

I had sent my representation vide letter dated September 09, 2010 through Speed-Post. Besides I have also sent a number of email attaching the copy of representations through emails at [protected]@hry.nic.in. Besides I have also faxed a number of representations to the office including higher officers, but I have not received a signle response.

If the concerned authroties can pay attention to my compalaint and arrange to send the necessary refund order.

Totally agree... In fact the temple being build is like in the middle of the road and has been taken up to 2 floors!

The builders doing construction are not only doing illegal construction by leaving less space and even making basements but also spoinling the roads and the living conditions in the neighbourhood.

One builder has build a sort of small water pool on an empty plot and has ensured that the pool is full of dirty water leading to mosquitoe breeding... Not only that the living condition due to the labour class is becoming hell for kids and women.

Another builder has taken illegal electrical connection from the pole and runs all his machinery on the same. Not only that he has broken the wall of another building and has been using the water of a tubewell next door and creating a living hell for the residents.

May I request the authorities to please take note and appropriATE action on priority.

I have been a unsuccessful applicant, however, my refund of eranest money deposited along with the application is not received yet.

I applied for 4 Marla free hold residential plots in Sector 62,Faridabad on 06/01/2010 vide application no: 551380 cheque No: 616086 dated 06/01/2010 amount Rs. 49000/- (Issued by bank of baroda,ajmal khan road, karol bagh New Delhi 110005).Application was deposited in Bank Of Baroda, ajmal khan road karol bagh, New Delhi on 06 Jan 2010.
I also pleaded Estate Officer,HUDA,Faridabad ([protected]@gmail.com) through e-mail on 14 Aug 2010 for early refund but no response so far.
Kindly do some thing for early refund of my money.
