I, Sunil Dutt Sharma, in the capacity of the President of the sector wrote so many letters to Estate Officer, Xen, Supt. Engineer, Admanistrator HUDA, Chief Admanistrator HUDA and Even Deputy Commissioner KKR. in last few months only, I personally met with S.E. on 25th February 2011 in his office in Karnal, D C KKR on 23rd March 2011 and XEN on 13th April, 2011 in his office at Ambala. The officers are not serious. The XEN office, Ambala is a dumping station for HUDA civil works. The files remain pending for months and even years in this office. I brough this matter in the knowledge of Admanistrator HUDA and DC KKR, but all is in vain. I thank you for raising this issue of bad roads.

Poor roads condition

Through this column i want to pay attention to the poor roads condition of Bindapur Village Uttam Nagar. It has been long time since the roads were made. Here condition is so bad that it can lead to severe accident. People are faces many difficulties but they can't do anything as they have talked to the authorities but no attention is paid to them. Even the condition is more bad in this rainy season . Noone can step a foot outside in this rainy season . i thought through this i could do something.Its a request sir pls take action against against the authority for the maintenance of bindapur roads. We would be very much thankful to you. One more request is there pls don ot display my personal information .

Dear Sir,


I applied for 10 Marla plot in your scheme of free hold Residential
plots in Sector-32 KARNAL.

My application no was 164237 along with draft no 007039, amount Rs
1, 92, 100.

The draw was held 5-09-11 and I was unsuccessful in getting plot in draw.

Majority of people got their refunds in month of sept’11 and I did not
got the same.

I sent a reminder to Huda vide my mail dt. 3.10.11to refund
my due amount ie Rs1, 92, 100/-

In first week of Oct’11 I received a call from dealing official to
collect draft from your office as the same was laying with them.I
requested official to resend either by courier or by speed post.Finaly
I received an envelop containing draft on 14-10-11thriugh speed
post.

On opening I found that my name and address was wrongly mentioned in
draft, there was over cutting(see attachment)

I deposited the same to my bank State Bank of India Faridabad
Branch, which was returned back to me with their remarks”Cheque with
cutting or overwrittings are not acceptable as per guide lines of
RBI.

In this whole process I am finding a malafide intentions on following accounts:

a.Why dealing hand loaded wrong name and address while entering data
in your system.

b.When first speed post envelop received back in your office no one
bothered to find out reason of return.

c.Why dealing hand made cuttings of name and address on Refund draft
no 012220(see attachment)
d.Why dealing hand not took pain to get fresh refund order with
correct name and address.

e. Why dealing hand was insisting me to collect refund order in person.

Due to lapse of working of dealing hand and official concerned my
money is blocked and suffering a loss of RS1921/- per month on account
of interest.

May I humbly request you to issue fresh refund order of Rs 1, 92, 100/-
with correct name and address.

I had applied for a plot in scheme sector 23 plot size 4 marla in jan 2010. apllication no. 183732 draft no. 758789 for rs. 43800/-. i was unsuccessful in getting a plot in draw. till date i have not received my refund back. even after verbal reminder and lapse of 1 and half years. reminded by a letter as well telephonically.

Due cancellation of train No-2875 DN on[protected], I along with my family could not travel agaist the I-ticket ( PNR No.[protected] booked for my journey from Jajpur Keonjhar Road(JJKR), Orissa to New Delhi. For the cancellation, I had submitted the ticket at the Jajpur Keonjhar road railway station, Orissa and obtained the Ticket Deposit Receit ( TDR No- 029430, copy attached ). As directed by the station master(Jajpur Keonjhar road railway station, Orissa), I had sent the TDR original to Concerned Refund Office at Bhubaneswar, Orissa at address " For KUR, Dy. PO-cum-Claims/Refund Office, East Coast Railway, Bhubaneswar" by registered post for the refund. In this regard I have also sent a letter to General Manager(operations), IRCTC Ltd., 2nd Floor, STC Building, 1, Tolstoy Marg, New Delhi - 110001 on[protected] along with the details. But, no action has taken so far and the refund amount has not adjusted to my credit card account.

So I request you to intervene and do the needful to refund the amount at the earliest. I am a middle class person and amount of Rs.3500 matters a lot to me.

Looking for the earliest action.

A polytician Labh Singh Bukhari without project without permission Forcibally with the help of panchkula police, JABRAN KABIZ in the plot no 233 phase 2 panchkula[protected] to till date.

I am living in hno.2875.sec.23.gurgaon.the road outside my house is been dig by road contractor of huda about two mounth ago and do nothing to it till date, the road is in such a bad shape, please do something to the contractor & road...

Roads in Gurgaon — roads in gurgaon

roads in gurgaon are very poor.....pls make good quality roads in gurgaon...the roads get damaged after rain and makes it very difficult to travel...pls use good quality material in roads and use geotextiles etc. to make roads last longer and..prevent such damages......

HUDA — Non repair of road

Gurdwara road in Green Fields colony is in pathetic condition. We complained to MCF and they said it is under HUDA. HUDA has no online complaint system.

HUDA — EMD money refund not received

Hi,

We had applied for the HUDA Freehold Plot Faridabad scheme 2010 for which the draw was held on 21 June, 2010. Its been almost a month now and so far we have not received our EMD money back from HUDA.

I have been trying to contact Estate Officer, Faridabad for last 10 days on[protected], but no body is answering the phone (half of the time it is engaged). This is a highly un-professional behaviour from HUDA.

Appreciate if you help us in getting our money back
