Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that a stinking sewerage drain is passing adjacent to our office. In April 2014, there was some problem in the sewerage drain line and while repairing, HUDA Maintenance team broke the entire passage in front of our office, just to check the problem. Now, two months have been passed and nobody has come to repair the same. Just because falling in front of our office, the foul smell of the stinking drainage is bothering our office staff. Now, it has become very inconvenient to sit and work in this harmful atmosphere. There are very much chances of falling down into this open drainage. Moreover, in the rainy season water logging of stinking drainage will also cause big problem for us. You are requested to kindly take appropriate action for earliest repair of the drainage. Dear Sir, Our House is situated at sec 17 panipat bearing plot no. 896. The adjoining plot no 895 is vacant and people use it for garbage dumping. several times we had quarrel with them and also made complaint to local administration about this but of no use.it has become headache for us . all the day polythene bag flew here and there and also gather inside the house . Dogs pickup garbage bags from there and spit it in front of the house...

sir i m doing business in sec 8 but booth no 4 and booth no 5 are doing a lot of encroachment in their veranda's .No one can pass through their veranda's .They have filled their veranda's as their shop please do something before its to late...

condiiton of neighboring plots due to rain water ! in d plots water overflowed ! due to which our house "nives" going badly ! plz inform to these plots owner !
our h.no 2150 sect 14 hisar haryana ! if something bad happens to our house then you (huda) and The plot owner will go from govt. inquiry ! and 100% you will pay for that !

There is jhuggi at plot no 864 in sector 5 gurgaon.
They quarrel everyday,
Defecate (Poti and urinate) in open,
The water used by them is not going to any drain which poses a threat of malaria and dengu
We have asked them to vacaate the plot many times but it has been of no use

I want to complaint and inform you, Mr.Gupta is living in ground flour has covered my car parking place that was given me by ansual buildwel and Mr. Gupta has captures it and has made a room on my parking place. Please take a look on it and take some legal and powerful action towards this unothorised constrution on my car paking place.

Sir, There are lot of pot holes on Road from x-ing of sector-45 & 46 to Siddh Data Ashram. This road was construction about one year back, but road has been worn out badly. Bushes (Keekar) have covered about 1/3 carriage way. Non standard speed breakers without warning board and marking of white strips have provided on this road. Complaints were lodged on line, but compliance reports were sent by HUDA office with execution of work.

Dear Sir, I am living in H.No. 494, Sector 45, Faridabad. There is a manhole in front of our house and this manhole is blocked & water overflowed from last many weeks, which results dirty smelling & unhealthy environment. In this regarding we have already visited HUDA faridabad office & they assure that they will send someone to clear this manhole. But after many days till no one has come there to clean this sewerage blockage. This is very near to park & many children use to play that area. This dirty environment is very dangerous for their health. We request to the HUDA official please take necessary & permanent action, this is related with the health of many children's. The sewage gutter cover is half broken and not properly installed that leads to accidents and loss to vehicles very often. The problem is since few months and needs to be taken care asap. I had applied on[protected] for Permission to Mortgage and Non Encumbrance Certificate of H.No. 501, Sector 14, in the name of Sharad Dubey S/o Shri K.K. Dubey R/o H.No 501 Sector 14, Rohtak vide application No : Z0005/E0010/UEE018/2013/MECER/000170.

HUDA Rohtak has rejected the application on the ground that Rs 465 is pending due against property. After Investigation, it was found that Rs 465 is due due to Completion Certificate...

Dear Sirs, These days one can see in Faridabad concrete roads coming up in place of normal bitumen roads. while concrete roads are good and more durable, the problem is : - these concrete roads are at a raised level with sharp straight edes on both sides. - the deep space on both sides of these roads is empty. - the car or vehicle driver has to be extremely careful while driving. if the vehicle turns slightly to one side to allow the other vehicle to pass, the danger is either side will slip down the sharp edge and get stuck deep into the empty space. this is prone to accident also, .. - the vehicle wheel will get damaged and it will be difficult to get out from the pit. - other problem with such roads is the empty area on both sides of the roads gets filled up with rain water for which there is no exit route. over the time this stale water stinks and breeds mosquitos, flies and diseases. - I think the concrete roads have been made like a dam without any safety grill on both sides.you have to strict drive on the dam. slight diversion and you fall down. - these concrete roads need pucca/tiled footpaths on both sides. - this will not only make driving safe and comfortable but will also provide walking space to pedestrians - please make arrangement to make pucca/tiled footpaths on both sides of these concrete. - the residents of faridabad will be thankful and obliged to you.

Respected sir/madam, i want to draw your attention towards delay of sewer installation by HUDA panipat at my plot no.1029, sector-12, panipat. i had got my authorization regarding sewer connection from HUDA office (panipat) on 7/6/2013. After which my connection was to be made within 30 days. After 1 month i visited to SDO office, HUDA, panipat complaining several times but everytime they assured me that they will connect it as soon as possible.Since 8 months have been passed Due to which i am unable to shift in my house and i am bearing loss as i had to pay unnecessary rent for house i am living in. so, i request you to please look on this matter and make connection as earlier possible. As I came to know that the status of my above cited plot showing CANCELLED after paying the all dues. As per demand letter dt.28/10/2010.total amount of the plot is Rs.2098668/INR which has been paid finally on dt.22/12/2010. Kindly do the needfull at your end under intimation to me & oblige. my name is pritpal singh and my shop is in scf-97, basement, sec-14, gurgaon, there is a company by name angels broking in scf-97, top floor, sec-14, gurgaon is running generator on the backside of the scf on ground floor which is illegal and making noise and air pollution as well. i have complained in huda office so many times about this but there is no appropriate step has been taken so far.

please take important action to stop it, i will be highly obilige for the same.

Earlier there is an encroachment on the green belt near Umang chonk in Sector 10-A Gurgaon.They have constructed Wine Shop along with drinking and dinning place.
Now on 2nd of March few persons have placed Lord Shiva Idol in [censored]al Park Sec 10-A Gurgaon.As reported by eye witness that the idol was placed in presence of Huda staff members.
You are requested to look into the matter and get the park and green belt area vacated.

Sub: Encroachment of Huda Land and Dumping of Cow dung near House no. 1103 Sector 21-D, Faridabad. Ref. : (i) Our letter dated 20.02.2014 (ii) Our email dated 25.02.2014. Respected Sir This has reference to our letter dated 20.02.2014 and subsequent email dated 25.02.2014 regarding encroachment of Huda Land in front side plot no. 1097 to 1103. As already explained, in our above referred letter and email that the Huda Land is being misused by village people. Also we would like to mentioned that some part of the Huda land is being covered by Mr. B.N. Bakshi (S.G.M. Nagar). He is trying to encroach the vacant Huda land which is falling in the back side of his house. Day by day he is daring to cover up the Huda land for his personal use without any fear and it is expected that after covering the area he will definitely break the welded seal of his backside gate which is sealed by Huda Authority. Apart from the above, it is an humble pledge from the residents specially from our children and old persons to stop these illegal activities and demarcate vacant Huda land by boundary wall and also request you to develop this vacant land in a park so that the children and old persons can use this part. We assure you that we will give you our full cooperation in this regard. Rest of the vacant Huda land is being used by the people of adjoining area of SGM Nagar as dumping yard, Cow dungs, Cows and Buffalos shelter etc. The residents of Sector 21 D mainly House No. 1097 & 1103 are facing a lot of problems. I want to draw your kind attention towards the allotment of vacant land to the owner of plot no.393 sector-14 rohtak. As per decision conveyed by chief administrator, huda vide memo no. Cpt huda-dtp(M)/800 dated 1-2-2007 the additional area 17.63 sq m. Was alloted to us and we have submitted the appropriate money under r.No-180266, inspite of it we have not got the possesion of such land.
Now, almost seven years passed but huda deptt. R not taking any interest in this matter. All owners of this belt have got their possesion immediately after allotment . There is an illegal possesion by the owner of my back side house. We have sent many reminders i.E, on (23.12.2009),[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] and so on but huda deptt. R not taking the matter seriously .
So, you r requested to take some persuasive steps in this regard.

This is to inform the concerned authorities that residents of house no 82, sector -4, urban estate, Gurgaon has been illegally encroached the road in front and sideways of their residence for last couple of years. Their garden covers almost an area of almost 6 feet of the road. They have dumped huge amount of mud and debris in the garden which adds to chaos. This is causing huge inconvenience to residents and at time lead to heated arguments. All gentle pusuasion to remove the enchroachment to owner of house no 82 have fallen on deaf years. The residents in the locality are suffering from this problem as the dust flows with air and enters into their homes.
