Past 3 months i am getting constant packetloss while gaming, packet loss for more than 60%. I tried everything like re-installing os, updating drivers, etc etc. Even made a complaint to hathway via call but they keep saying if your speed is fine then also you are facing then we will send someone.

But, no one comes on the other day.

While i get packetloss, i also notice that my yt streaming doesn't work, fb's feed doesn't load, it's more like the internet goes way too slow. Packet loss is all day everyday which is making me to move to act or jio gigafiber.

    While installation of connection they do the half installation which is not useable for me, like west of connection.
    After that, so many time complained to company but no response, today its been 18 days no response from the company and they just cancel my query which out any concern to me like they do not want to solve my query and cancel my query.
    Such a poor service,
    Please people do not take any services from this company they are just west of time and money.
    I regret every day while using a broadband connection of gtpl you don't.

        This is with respect to lodging complaint regarding bad cable service in area.There have been many times that the network is not there for several channels even though we have paid for it.Now it's been almost a month there was problem in set top box due to lightning on their cable tower & they are still repairing since one month.We call them but manytimes problem is not resolved.They just give fake promises that they are working on issues.Pathetic cable service.

          I am getting frequent marketing calls from chennai broadband team. I have moved out of chennai for more than 2 years. I get calls every alternate day and i kept on repeating the same thing for every caller and asked not to call, but still i receive calls.

          I have mailed to tn appellate team in oct 2018 to remove my number from the marketing list but no response came from them. I have enabled dnd but still i receive calls frequently. And every time from new new number.

          Need to remove my number from the marketing list and stop calling me for new connection.

            I am no longer interested in getting hathway connection back.
            So many time i told the telecaller to remove my number from their database and not to call me again and again as i am totally not interested but they never quit this and daily 2-3 times they are calling me.
            And my phone message is filled with the hathway last day offer message.
            They keep on messaging me as today is the last day of the offer.
            The next day they come with the same message.
            Do you guys think that we are fool??
            Please stop doing this..

              I am a hathway customer. My account number is [protected]. Yesterday i received a call from hathway regarding renewal and sales person offered 3months +2months for 1525. I agreed and asked to collect the check today. The person who came to collect check informed for 1525 its 3months +45 days. When called the sales person to check he was trying to proove me wrong and said he has not offered that plan. And he kept on calling continuously. I am so upset will change our service provider.

              I have made an online payment of Rs 2048 to hathway internet for 3 months of broadband connectivity . Even though the amount has been paid the connection has been deactivated.

                One of the worst internet service provider in terms of customer service. I specifically told i am available only on sunday for installation and will be willing to pay only if it get installation done by sunday. And without hesitation i was told that installation will be done by sunday before noon. So i paid the billing hoping that installation will be done. But till 4 pm i neither received a call nor i got any update. So i called customer care @ 4pm on sunday to enquire about the status. I was told that i will receive a call from their seniors by 5 pm and installation will be done by 6 pm. I waited till 5.30pm and called again and to my surprise i was told that the installation team does not work on sunday and i should wait till monday. I told i am not available tomorrow so move the start date to next week since i will be available by next saturday. To this i was told that i should speak to the one who took my request in the first place and sort it out myself. Very highly irresponsible and inefficient team who would lie to get the customer and a give a # afterwards. Please don't fall for their trap and find some better internet service provider who will tell u the truth

                All Hathway cares is about money. They just dont care about their customers. Customer support is worst and they don't even have the basic etiquette. Enough of the ###, i need my money back and take the crap that u have installed. And its time people understand how worst is Hathway and i will dedicating my time so that others don't fall to their tricks. Shut down your business you guys are not worth it

                  I have surrendered my wifi connection. Still i am getting calls to renew my account and caution deposit was not refunded. I am getting 8 to 10 calls daily. Even we say to them to that we have disconnected they don't listen to us. Dont you have any work ethics. This is how you torture the customers. Such a # company torturing me like anything. This company do not have any moral and ethics...

                    Hi,

                    I have disconnected my connection in april 2019, even submitted my wi-fi modem but still i am daily getting 8-10 calls to recharge the connection.
                    Are hathway systems are so dull that they even can't update.
                    Most importantly the cutomer care person on call didn't listen & even cut the phone in between if i say that connection is diconnected which feels so rude. Only wi-fi is good, rest service isn't good.
                    I wouldn't recommend hathway in future.
                    Tired of these calls, can you please update your tired systems.

                    They asked me to pay them for the new connection but didn't show up. I called them and they told me that my are is not feasible and they will refund me my money, but it never happened. I called them so many times but they didn't refund my money.

                      We had a hathway cable connection in dombivali (E) thane till feb - 2019.in march 2019 we have shifted to saptapur dharwad - 58001 and requested local hathway cable operator to give a cable connection and provided a noc letter from bhavani world vision (Dombivali) to local cable operator. Pfa scan copy of noc letter.

                      Now it is almost more than 2 months local hathway cable operator has not given us a cable connection. He is giving us stupid reasons and also not responding to our calls.

                      I have also registered a complaint with customer care on 30th may but till date no action has been taken from hathway customer care. First they have given me the complaint no. As 30052019w095102 but today when i have called for follow-up they didn't find this no. And again they have given me a new complaint no. As 15062019w386200.

                      Can you please look into this matter asap?

                        Sir,
                        I am residing at sector -47, noida. I had made advance payment for two months for my hathway cable to watch the world cup matches. But i am surprised with the service pawan cable network provides to us. First, on the expiry of our valid recharge, they automatically off our service and we can not watch any channel unless we make the payment. When we call they usually dont pick our phone.
                        That's why i had made payment in advance for two months.
                        Recently, when it was a match of india vs pakistan, i opened my television i found that no signal is there when i called so many times they picked my phone and then said they would be coming for solution. It is almost my daily routine to call them now to check and today almost 15 days expired but no body has come. My mom and my younger brother both called them but they did not come.
                        Please do let me know what course of actions should we take. I have already sold my dish tv since before that i was satisfied with hathways.
                        Now, please look into the matter and resolve it asap. I have also mailed to hathways support but there is no response. I tried to made compliant on hathways portal, there is compliant tab and when i clicked on submit button it disappears and no complaint got registered.

                          I have taken new internet connection from hathway dombivli branch from mr. Navnath. I have taken yearly package of rs 4248/- which is unlimited package for 8mbps speed. Whereas everyday i am getting speed less than 2.5mbps i have raise this issue with costumer care also and everyday they open the ticket and close without any resolution. Technican are not even bother to resolve the issue. My hathway id is [protected] also note that even i ask for the refund of package money as they are not able to fulfill the package speed they refuse to refund my money.

                          Request you to please arrange for refund of my money. I have also attached internet speed proof for your reference.

                            I have been using this connection since long recently i had opted for 1+1 offer and in the middle hathway people disconnected the line saying they are migrating the modem to fibernet and after almost a month the connection was active but they said they will reimburse the duration of disconnection but now my internet is not active instead of giving so many complaints am not able to get the connection.
                            This is the worst experience am going through i would not recommend hathway to anyone in my life.
                            Iam posting this issue on the social media, in detail with linkedin, facebook and all possible places.
                            This connection is been taken it got my shop and i myself know how much difficulties am facing because of you people.
                            And please consider this message as confirmation for disconnection of my hathway account.
                            Customer service team are the useless personalities, as with great difficulty we reach to the customer service agent over the call as they don't even speak if the call is connected also and they keep the mute button nd wait for us to disconnect the call if incase someone answer the call also he / she is like we have taken the complaint for the same out technical team will get back to you is the answer.

                            There is nothing called ethics or professionalism of treating the customer.

                            Very very unhappy with the service.

                              Sorry you're no more dear for me.
                              You are just #s who are running there company. You have no control on you're service.
                              The india is behind because of company like yours...!

                              You're just making fools to users, i don't have any regret for wasting my some money but i have regret the time which was i wasted in talking to you're # representative

                              Ok in brief i will tell you the story.

                              First thing i never came to you, you came to me.
                              Then as per your introduction, i paid for it. Then after 21days you had installed setup box at my home. For that also i have taken followups - taking leaves from office-manage my time for installing

                              Ok still no issue...

                              But after 9 days my pack was deactivated.

                              This is not ok

                              Now your representatives calls me daily for recharge what do you think? Do i am fool?
                              Everything has limit
                              Now i have only 2 options
                              Go to you're office and throw some bad-words/punches
                              Stay in piece/silent
                              I would go for option 2.. Because my time is precious for me.. So i'm done with you.
                              If you're seriously interested then return my 21 days service also do serious investigation.

                                Since this morning[protected] my gtpl broadband connection is not working i have checked my wifi router and power modem, i called in gtpl customer care and talked with representative there. He advice me to switched of my wifi and switched on my wifi, i do the same. He guide me, he asked me to check router light is on or off i told - it is on and okay. However power modem light was off so, finally conclude that power modem is not working i have complained in the gtpl company. Although they did not take follow up.

                                Brakage of fibre optical cable since 9 days and not responding rom your side. I am calling your custemor care number twice in a day but there is no responce

                                  I am getting promotional calls on my number and to return the router. For some other person. I am tired of telling them that i don't had, have or want a hathway connection. This number doesn't belong to the person they are asking for, but no one cares they call me 4-5 times a day. I am sick of telling them not to call me. I have sent emails with my phone bill trying to prove that i am not the person but they just don't care.

                                    I have been receiving multiple calls from Hathway Internet about an account in my previous house that i have deactivated. On their first couple of calls, I told them that i had cancelled that account as i had moved out of that place. And every time they said that they will cancel it. Now it has been 2 months and i am receiving calls averaging 2 calls per day. And I am fed up of this harassment. The other fact is that in my new house i have the internet of the same company. So I can't see them gaining from these calls.

                                      Hathway is calling me aftwr four months we stopped using their services due to really bad experience and saying that we need. To return the modem else they will take legal action.. We received a mail too regarding the same.. I call on the number given and enquired why they didn't inform about the modem earlier because we renovated the house in it seems to be misplaced.. They were rude n threatening.. After paying so much for so long for pathetic services hathway is trying to extract whatever they can even after disconnection.. My account number is [protected]... My contact number is [protected]..

                                        I had booked internet for 3 months.They have asked Rs1770 and I had paid the amount I was told it is unlimited plan and 100mbps plan.
                                        I was told they will be activating it same day.
                                        But they came next day and told I had to pay extra Rs500 and they will be giving only 50mbps speed.
