Sir,
I am residing at sector -47, noida. I had made advance payment for two months for my hathway cable to watch the world cup matches. But i am surprised with the service pawan cable network provides to us. First, on the expiry of our valid recharge, they automatically off our service and we can not watch any channel unless we make the payment. When we call they usually dont pick our phone.
That's why i had made payment in advance for two months.
Recently, when it was a match of india vs pakistan, i opened my television i found that no signal is there when i called so many times they picked my phone and then said they would be coming for solution. It is almost my daily routine to call them now to check and today almost 15 days expired but no body has come. My mom and my younger brother both called them but they did not come.
Please do let me know what course of actions should we take. I have already sold my dish tv since before that i was satisfied with hathways.
Now, please look into the matter and resolve it asap. I have also mailed to hathways support but there is no response. I tried to made compliant on hathways portal, there is compliant tab and when i clicked on submit button it disappears and no complaint got registered.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
