Kindly Disconnect my Hathway Broadband connection.

Reason: 1. Modem fixed immediately, after 50 calls conection given 10 days later. 2. Billing charged from day of modem placement, refusing to change billing dates. 3. Paid and got connection, immediately got a bill not receipt, so I don't know what is my position. 4. Till date refusing to give receipt. 5. No calls are attended by Bangalore office, helpline and customer care. 6. email id: bangalorehelpdesk...stopped responding after payment made.7. Unreliable, unprofessional and unwanted stress and harassment as every time we make several calls and it is unanswered. 8. Have used broadband for 15 days, please disconnect. 9. Connected on May 27, 2019 next billing due 21 June 2019, please disconnect today June 13, 2019...10. I have discommected the modem, please take it.11. Sent mail and left message.
Hathway customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Please send the concern team for the disconnection of the wi-fi router at Kondapur, Raghvendra colony, House 373/B, Hyderabad as the request for the same has already been raised couple of days back. But, no response. MY acc id:- [protected]
