Hi,

I took hathway connection 25-nov-2018. First six months it was very good with few issues.
I renewed again on 19-may-2019. Then started my problem... After renewing next mint my network is very slow, i can't even browse i raised ticket no[protected]m929804).
Till now i have 13 tickets for slow internet still no permanent solution.
I have one active ticket now[protected]m237118)
Within 40 days i have raised 14 tickets.
Issue is getting fixed for few hours... Then again slow internet...
I want permanent solution or i want refund!!

    Dear hathway,
    My account no is[protected]. I am using hathway since last 8 months, a month ago i renewed 6 month plan.
    Today your hathway technical team changed our cable modem to fibre supported modem to be inline with jio broadband roll-out. Your people came and changed the modem and took the working internet connection without testing or caring about the customer internet connection. I am with internet since half day. Upon contacting your people are asking us to wait for 24 hours to get the technical issue fixed. What kind of service based company are you?. Do you care about service to the customer.. Customer pays for the connection and you without any testing and roll-out plan just switch to fibre and keep the customer waiting for their connection restored after 24 hours.
    Your customer support in the evening shift is pathetic rude and directly ask you to disconnect the connection and they are least bothered about it. How do we trust your service. With such careless attitude technical team and customer support

      Myself raktim goswami from bangalore, i am having hathway cable for last 2 years, the local cable operator jmj cable network owner kelven has taken rs 350 on 17th of july for subcription for this month. But he has not renewed my cable, when ever i use to call him he used to say i will do it but never did. Last i week he is not picking my calls only. Please do something asap.

        I am getting so many annoying calls and sms from hathway to reactivate account number [protected]. They have already collected modem. I have been requesting them for last 1 year for deleting my number and still, i am getting calls. Please help me.
        After calling me they are saying that i am a fraud person as not reactivating this account number. How they can be so desperate for reactivating this account number. Many times i told them that i moved to bangalore location and not in delhi-ncr location and still they just keep calling me.

        I done recharge and given the shift request but without any information they closed the request and now not giving service as well not giving refund of money.

          I've discontinued Hathaway broadband approx 2 years back owing to their poor service and pathetic promises.
          Still somehow I'm receiving their messages to resume their pathetic network.
          I've complained about this to their Twitter handle and customer service but in vain
          Now I've left other than to opt to file complaint in consumer forum.
          Please make this problem stop.

            We a group of friends were a subscriber of hathway broadband connection when were in delhi. After college we left to our home town telangana. I've submitted the modem through my friend last year after log of harrasing calls from them. During submission of the modem they didn't provide any receipt even though we've asked for it saying that they don't provide any receipt for submission of modem.               I am getting mutiple calls every day from your hathway agencies/sales team for the broadband connection, the sad part is they doesn't even know that i am an existing customer and asking me sign up/ purchase hathaway broadband. Team hathway kindly ask your agencies/sales team/partners to call new customer rather asking your existing customer to take new connection. This is absolute non sense and completely terrified to pick up the phone and saying "we are already a customer".

                Executive of hathway broadband told about false plan of 300 per month and now saying you have to take full year plan. Already taken money for installation and 2 months in advance and now he is saying go to customer care. Very pathetic customer service and cheating done by their executive. It's costing more than double the amount what the executive said.

                  I have taken new connection on 21/07/2019 same day i have paid amount also for 3months, that executive told within 24 hour's your installation, modem will done, next day iam calling to that person he will not responding and rejecting my call i'll put msg also but no response, then i'll call to hatway customer care they will told me new connection will done in with in 4days of period ok ill agree, after 4days again i call to customer care they told will complaint, within 24hours your problem will solve please give time again i waited 48 hours after that i'll call to customer care they told me there is a issue with cable sir pls waite for 24 hours definitely you'll get your connection this our promise, after 24 hours again i'll call to customer care they will forward my call to exhalation team they also told me i talk to technical team they will come tomorrow morning hours this our promise wait for morning but no one has called me, connection will not done till date i strongly telling everyone to don't take hatway connection you will lose your time money. Thank you..

                    Greetings for the day.

                    Net is not coming from last 3 days and i have raised request on the same. But no one is not responded and still issue is pending.
                    Request# 27072019w154336 raised on 27th jul 2019 and ticket is closed on 29th jul 2019 at 5:15 pm without resolution.
                    Again new request# 29072019w193753 is raised on 29th jul 2019 at 6:21 pm and status is in-progress as of now. May be this ticket also will be closed by the support team without taking any required action as previous ticket closed.

                    Please help me to get net asap or let me know if i need to escalate with all the details to escalation team.

                    Note:
                    Still i am getting notification messages to renewal the account even though i am renewed long back.

                    I am not happy with hathway network and support team.

                      I am an old user of Hathway broadband service. But since past 1 week, i am facing many problems with the internet connection. The internet was completely gone from 21 July 2019 to 26 july 2019. I had called many number of times in customer care centre, but they kept making fake promises. They were using different and different excuses at each time. Then after calling them many times, they started my service but for about 1 day. Now again i am facing same problem, no internet. This is the perfect showcase of your worst service. Why would i pay for such pathetic service. There is no customer satisfaction, not even a little bit. I won't recommend Hathway to any one, and i would also right my reviews on famous reviewing websites. I will also apply for it's removal/termination in future. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED.

                        My internet is not working since last 10 days.

                        This is 2nd time in 1 month where my internet got disconnected. I raised complain with gtpl and i am following up with them daily, but they are not resolving the issue.

                        Requesting for a quick resolution (Should resolve by tomorrow evening or give me refund) or get full amount refund with compensation for such inconvenience.

                        GTPL, Ghatlodia, Ahmedabad had disconnected my cable service and also asked for connection charges of Rs.1000. They are also forcing us to pay charges for cable wire, which actually born by them only.

                          I have a one year subscription to hathway under the account number [protected]

                          I'm not happy with the services provided with constant disconnections and low speeds. I would like to cancel the subscription after 3 months. Customer care informed me that i wouldn't receive any kind of refund for the rest of the nine months.

                          How is this legal? They can charge me for 3 months and refund the rest of the amount. But apparently they will not refund. How do i proceed to get my refund?

                            I have disconnected my internet a year ago
                            I have done complaints many times that now i dont live in delhi and then they say that ok we have removed your number but they always call me from different numbers and if i reject them then they again call after half an hour our so. I am really fedup from them and now i dont know how but i even cannot call their customer call so i have no option to complaint at any other place

                            I have paid money for internet connection from hathway boarding 3 days back no cable operator was came to give connection .the worst staff are always says that there is no cable wire, blaa...blaa... irritated with this solve my problem immediately.

                                Five year ago, i was having hathway connection and at that time i was living in noida.
                                I have closed my hathway connection law fully but they are continuously sending me the promotion message. I have talked with them and they close this for some time. But few months later they again starting the same message. I have called the number provided in sms but nobody has picked the call.
                                They are sending at least 2 message daily.

                                  I have closed my hathway account and also submitted the modem on 30th aug 2018 but since the past 2 months i am continuously receiving renewal mesaages from hathway.
                                  Please stop sending me messages, i am not interested in any plan from hathway.
                                  I have also complained in hayhway customer care but its of no use. Please help me in stopping these mesaages. Attached is the account closure receipt and message received on my mobile

                                  I have disconnect their wifi service. Because very poor network connection. After that they call me 3 times per day, i told them and scold them, but they keep on calling me. Please take corrective action.

                                    I'm resided at indore, madhya pradesh, on saturday (27 july 2019) my husband called mr sanjay ahirwar (Hathway executive) and asked him for internet connection as i have to join an org on monday as i have to show them the receipt and internet connection speed limit screenshot, we mentioned the same to him to which he have agreed and assured us that he will send his technical team on the same day itself for installation but later evening he stopped receiving our call, these people don't stick to their words and fool their customers, so please never trust this brand and their employees and better choose some trust worthy brand

                                      Hathway ac [protected], i ws hathway user till feb 2019 since then my phone mesg inbox and calls log spammed with rejoining offers, at last on 20 july 2019 i agreed to rejoin with 400/month offer of multiple offers they gave, i paid thrgh credit card but on 22 july i got mesg ur accnt is terminated without even router installation. Then i initiated multiple complaint but they didn't hear any of them then i tweet them and to save themselves and to avoid ruining their public image they reinstated my account with their clever piece of mind, i was also rethink how they easily solved it... Bt nw on 27th july whn my internet again stop wrking aftr 1 wk i came to know i was right they are scammers and its was complete scam they are running, they take my money for 1 month plan and chnge my plan to 1 week... Why somebody choose 1 week plan they think everyone is fool in this world they can do anything to add new user or make their ex user to rejoin, they give false offers and make people fool... Their executive told me u get 50 mbps speed in just 400 rs and this offer will continue and is not limited to one month only...

                                        I had taken up a hathway internet connection six months ago. I left the place four months ago. They suggested a three month plan and also charged me some price for the modem. I took that. I asked them to disconnect the internet service when I was leaving which they assured me was done. But since last four months I have been constantly harrassed from random numbers regarding the internet service and now I get a text message saying legal action will be taken for not returning modem.
                                        I have paid all my dues and still I am getting harrassed to this extent.
