I am consumer of Gtpl broadband service in Gajendra Nagar, Dattawadi, Pune, Maharashtra location.since last last 7 days broadband stopped working.unable to use internet which causing lot of inconvenience and loss towards my work. this problem occured previously many times which got resolved after 2 days.but this time it's more than 7 days.fedup of this service now.at the moment its completely not working.when called customer care, they said will resolve in 24 hrs since 7 days.tried to contact their technician who also responded same but never visited problem site 2days earlier.
I am frustrated as consumer by pathetic service Gtpl, pune has offered.I want refund with compansation as it caused inconvenience and loss towards my work.

    I Paid Rs 2122 for a two-month plan on 7th June account no [protected], their technician(Santosh Kumar) who explained the plan and filled form said that connection will become live in 48hrs, but even till today after 11 days no modem/router has been provided. when I call Santosh ([protected]) he says that he is not responsible for installing the modem and gave me two no to call [protected] and [protected] both the nos do not pick calls and when I again call Santosh he blocked my no. called 8 times customer care no [protected] they always say it will be done by EOD, but Not even a single call from the Hathway side nor they reply for emails. worst service

    today (20th June) 14 days after making the payment I got a call from no 9739002387 @ 11:00 am from Hathway asking if I am @ home for which I said yes, then I got a call from their engineer for address confirmation @ 12:30 which I messaged him, finally he came @ 13:00hrs and installed the router in like 10 minutes and said that connection will be activated within 30 minutes and left. the connection was live after 45 min and I got the message for the same.

    today when I called customer care they are saying it will be done by tomorrow morning, when I said you are saying the same thing from last 9 days please refund my money, he said we do not have any refund policy

      Hi,

      My Hathway AC No. is [protected].

      I have been marking emails to their support team to resolve this issue since weeks now. Multiple complaints have been made to customer care and via app.

      It will show that router is stable for a min, as soon as I try to use the internet, it gets disconnected.

      No response from technical team.

      Marked mails to billing team to provide refund, still zero response from their side.

        I am an existing Hathway customer and I recently moved to a different location. I raised a service request with hathway to move my internet connection but they said it's not feasible in my location so I requested to terminate my account 2 weeks ago. Despite daily follow-ups with customer care and emailing nodal officer etc, they still haven't responded and I keep getting billed. Please help since this is causing me a lot of distress.

          Since Friday I have been complaining the company for non working of my internet connection.
          But still its not been resolved, everyday i have been calling and complaining but their service is such a disaster that everytime they are giving commitments to resolve.
          I don't know how much i am gonna wait.
          Now i demand the extension of validity for all these days when the internet wasn't working.

          And companies like these should be imposed with heavy penalties for such delays in service and their careless attitude towards their customers.

          This is the second time I am facing the same problem and this time its been 5 days with no resolution.

            Being sent unsolicited sms by hathway. I have not used their service in over 10 years but I continue to get multiple messages. It is extremely irritating and I need the sms to stop. They do not have any kind o[censored]nsubscribe option anywhere on the sms or on the website. The messages started last month and have become very regular over this month. I need my number to be deleted from their system.

              I have discontinued with hathway services 6 months back. I also returned the modem 2 months back and they gave me NOC.
              But now they keep calling me everyday and when i asked them that i am not interested so stop calling me. The guy on the phone said you have some outstanding amount due. And we will stop calling when you will pay us money.
              I told him that i have my NOC and no amount was pending and i will file a complaint if you will call again. And the guy told me you can do whatever you want i will still call.

                I have been raising the issues from past 1-2 months on regular dis-connectivity. Its very sad that people are not even looking for helping a customer.
                I will wait for one more day and later i am going to raise this as a concern in consumer forum.

                It been crazy connectivity issues and disconnection problems from past few weeks for me. I have been talking to customer care and also raising service requests over app and web, but no one has ever called me asked regarding the intermittent problems we are facing. I have highlighted this to multiple people but no one seems to be bothered to rectify the problem. I have already paid 1 year whole amount as well, else i am seriously thinking of changing this network to ACT which provides amazing customer service.

                I need this problem to be fixed ASAP and get my pack extended for 3 more weeks as i have faced tremendous network issues.

                  I am an existing subscriber of hathway broadband, i had raised request to shift my connection to my new house on 16th of May, but then they didn't respond on this and they said i was unreachable and then they closed ticket. I kept on calling them every day 5 times, and again then i raised another ticket with same request on 19th of May but there also they have not taken any action and they kept playing with my time, sometimes they used to keep me on line for hold longer than 45 mins.

                  Finally after lot of struggle i somehow found contact no and i made him do the cabling, he did cabling and then he promised after three hours person will come for modem installation and then my connection will be active. Till date i have not got my connection shifted and up but everyday these fraudsters call me to recharge and upgrade the plan.

                  Now who ll bear the loss that i been through, and my connection is inactive from 16th of May to till date . I want either connection to be shifted at my premises with extension of non usage days or full refund as a compensation from the company

                    It's been 4 months of running hathway broadband connection. Acc no [protected]. From[protected] internet was not working i raise the complaint (no 12062019M331626).
                    From since that day i tried calling to customer care the people are simply saying will solved by 2hours. And will solved by today will solved by afternoon like that they simply closing call like that. Till now I called more that 30 times to customer care. This is 6th day running. No body bothering my request, even asked support guys to transfer call to superior they put me on hold waited 30mins even no body spoke to me. One time support guy told me that superior guy will give a call back. Till the time I didn't get. Like that, people of simply escape from customer request. I even contacted who given my connection. He is not listening my issue only. On Saturday and Sunday support guys told me to stay at home I waited but no body came. My entire weekend plan spoiled .

                        My account number is [protected]. I called 5-6 times and none of your agent cared to resolve the issue. The last agent I spoke to was JAMES. He was very rude, unprofessional and least bothered to answer anything. When I asked that I wanted to speak with a floor supervisor, he disconnected the call.
                        I would like to file a complaint for this particular person as this is the most disgusting service I have ever experienced.

                          Hi, I am Rajkumar Thakkar staying at Kubernagar area of Ahmedabad. I have subscribed to GTPL for my broadband internet services. They have taken money of 6 months for the services. In the last month I have complained 6 to 7 times about the internet not working, it takes the 24 working hours i.e. 3 days to solve any complains. In the last 10 days I have launched 3 complain, yet they dont seem to improve upon the quality of services they are offering.

                          For any person who are planning to buy an Interne connection, please whatsoever offer they give dont go for GTPL connection, as you will face a hell lot of issue.

                            I have paid the required amount for my Hathway Broadband connection and the cabling has been done also. Only the activation of my account is yet to be done and it has not been done. I have been waiting 4 days for it to activate. Customer Care is useless, even manager of the office is useless. They all say the same thing that they will check and get it done. No one is doing anything. I am paying hard earned money for this. Disgusting Customer service from employees and lazy people in the office.

                              Hi have Hathway internet at my home in Bangalore. I have subscribed for a 100 mbps speed with 500 GB monthly FUP. I pay INR 943 monthly for the service.

                              Since last 6-8 months i am continuously complaining about low quality services and for which the provider is not at all concerned.

                              Recently on 11th June 2019 I raised a complaint that my internet speed is below 10 mbps as compared to 100 mbps subscribed and wanted the technicians to check on the same. Some of the call centre technicians called me and did trouble shooting on remote access disabling my laptop firewall and antivirus however the issue was still not resolved. They mentioned that technicians will visit physically and have a check however that too never happed.

                              All i get is an automated feedback call asking for resolution feedback on which i always disagree for resolution and the cycle continues.

                              This provider has a reputation of bad services however no one seems to be cared about resolution.

                                I have subscribed to Hathway broadband 4 days back and my account is still not activated. I have done the payments and the cabling team has also finished the setup. All that is left is to activate it but Hathway is not doing it. Customer care is also useless, just telling me it will be done to make me hang up the phone. How long will it take for them to activate an account. Its very disappointing. I just want my account - [protected] to be activated and they are not even doing it. Such a big company making it look like a scam. I even visited one of their offices and there also people are so lazy and not ready to help, their just eager to get rid of the customer after payment has been done. Please see to this matter.

                                    I have renewed my hathway connection with account no.[protected] in the name of Abhishek Panwar that is me,
                                    I did the payment on 13 june 2019 of 1818 INR online after their sales executive named Umesh gupta with mobile no. [protected], with 3+1 that is 4 months 15 mbps unlimited plan,
                                    My connection has been started from yesterday that is 14 june 2019 but he is not giving me any written proof of 3+1 that is 4 months connection and not picking calls.

                                    Even my account is showing subscription of 3 months only, I request you to tell them to provide me receipt in written on my mail id for the confirmation of 4 month of connection.

                                    My connection is based out of indore.

                                      My account number [protected] in the name o[censored]sha panwar,

                                      I got call from one of their sales executive regarding a plan of 3+1 (4 months) with 10mbps unlimited speed costing 1850inr,

                                      I did the payment on 8 march 2019 and informed the sales executive,
                                      the connection started on 15 march 2019.

                                      I requested the executive to send me mail or message in written to confirm the 4 month period of internet, but she told me there won't be any issue, and connection will be stopped after 4 months only.

                                      Yesterday that is 14 march 2019, my connection has been stopped, I called the same executive for the same asking her that she told 3+1 months that is 4 months of connection, she told that the data might not have been updated about the offer and now my connection has been stopped one month prior to the promised date.

                                      I want my connection to get stated again for the one left out month

                                      My connection is of Indore.

                                        I have disconnected from Hathway Internet connection following a process and returned the asset of Hathway properly before my plan due date. I have paid advanced rental till August 2019. I discontinued on June 2019. I have send e-mail to Hathway on their helpdesk on 31st May 2019. No response for 10 days and on June 10, I placed a disconnect request through call center. They came collected the modem and provided a receipt and closed the connection. There is no refund on plan but if we don't give the modem/router back we have to pay 1200 rupees while disconnecting their services.

                                        When, I raised a complaint customer care executive said as per policy we can't refund the plan amount. I asked the same in writing they said it is not possible as per "Terms and Conditions" we won't disclose the policy details to customer.

                                        I asked provide me link where in "Terms & Conditions" this was mentioned. I think TRAI is sleeping and providers like Hathway is cheating at their best without having policies defined.
