Hathway is calling me aftwr four months we stopped using their services due to really bad experience and saying that we need. To return the modem else they will take legal action.. We received a mail too regarding the same.. I call on the number given and enquired why they didn't inform about the modem earlier because we renovated the house in it seems to be misplaced.. They were rude n threatening.. After paying so much for so long for pathetic services hathway is trying to extract whatever they can even after disconnection.. My account number is [protected]...     I had booked internet for 3 months.They have asked Rs1770 and I had paid the amount I was told it is unlimited plan and 100mbps plan.
    I was told they will be activating it same day.
    But they came next day and told I had to pay extra Rs500 and they will be giving only 50mbps speed.

      I have deposited Rs 400 for Hathway connection modem and wifi router and Hathway team told me that I was supposed to get the deposit money back for my router when I cancel Hathway service. I had canceled Hathway services and returned the router on Jan-18, but have not received refund amount as of now and today 28 June 2019 I got a call from Hathway(After Multiple emails/phone communication) stating that "only after 3 years o[censored]sing their service I can get a refund for the returned modem".

        We got call from Hathway customer care regarding renewal and they offered better speed. But after renewal we are not getting that speed. When we called customer care, they are telling like, there is no such plan and I should contact the person who called before instead of customer care.           I have been complaining since last 5 days about gtpl broadband speed. They are opening the ticket and closing the same without any resolution. My userid is js052 and the connection is in ahmedabad. I have opted for a plan of 30mps but since last 5 days i am getting a speed of less than 1 mbps. I must have complained them 6 to 7 times but nobody is listening or taking pains to resolve the problem. Third class customer service from gtpl.
          Hathway / Gujarat Telelink [GTPL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          The cable operator told to pay annual fees for the service of a year. After 2 months the cable has stopped working and the operator is not refunding or answer to any calls he is from Pune wanworie gaon pune-40, his name is Satish pardesi,

            I m a hathway broadway account holder no [protected].
            I have called everyday single day, infact every 4hours since sunday 23rd june 2019 to get my wifi fixed.
            In a world like today a brand like hathway can’t fix the internet prob after 5days. The replz i get is yes today it be will fixed. I’m really tired irritated and frustrated. First of all you have to wait for half an hr each time i call.
            My wifi wire has been bitten by a rat on sunday a technician finally arrived day before checked it and hasn’t been back to fix it.. So 5 days of my data plan has been wasted because of your service. Still now my problem hasn’t been fixed... T your incompetence your laziness will make you use many valued consumers. I have had a hathway account for more than 10 years but the treatment im receiving now is making me consider switching to better service.

              I was the user of hathway internet for a year.
              The internet service was satisfactory, but hathway customer support proffessional irritating me daily and twice in a day for last 7 month.
              This is height of torture to his customer.

              I was using this in indirapuram ghaziabad.
              Still they are calling me while i have submitted the router because i left ghaziabad.

              I would like to recommend you please do not use hathway internet because they will irritate you and you also have other good options to use internet.

                I am a gtpl broadband consumer.
                From last for days i requested to my isp for a cable extension.

                1. Personal i went to gtpl hathway office chandkheda 2 times.
                2. Also make complain on customer care number
                3. From last 4 days i am calling my isp 15 to 20 times.

                But they are making fake promises and give excuses and when i am calling in customer care, without giving proper answer they cut my call...
                When i am asking for my refund then they replied that they don't have such kind of information about refund i[censored] have a issue then go too gtpl office...

                Even technical person close my complain without any visit and solution.

                  My gtpl broadband connection is down from last 3 days. I have made 10 calls and 4 emails but no one from gtpl is care about it. They are not intrested in solving complains.

                  I don't know if gtpl has technical staff or not. If there is a technical staff in their team then the complain should be resolved within 24 hours.

                  By profession i am a network engineer and i don't know there is any issue in network which could take 3 days and don't know how many days to come to resolve the issue.

                    legal notice for not submitting modem and router

                    I had a hathway prepaid connection for 3yrs in electronic city bangalore. I got hathway connection with 3 months upfront payment for free modem and router. I opted for that service. Since it is a prepaid connection, i formally send an email to hathway to disconnect my service and close the account.

                    Now after 4 months, they are coming back asking to return modem/router with legal notice. br...

                            I am getting calls from delhi legal department. They asked me to return the router otherwise i have to pay 20000 rupee penalty. But before getting connection i was never told that the router has to be returned. Not even after closing the connection. I never received any phone calls or mails from hathway office regarding modem. How can they directly file the case against me. Is it real or fake?

                              Dear Sir /Madam,
                              I have discontinued Hathway Broadband connection and moved to a different service provider. I have received calls asking to renew and I have politely denied saying I am not interested. However, I keep receiving calls almost 20 times everyday asking for the same. This is absolute harrassment. Would like to see some action taken on this. The caller's say the same thing everytime that we will update the log and you will not receive call and that never happens. This is such unprofessional behaviour by the employees of the company Hathway. These calls disturb me so much during important meetings and even if I disconnect they call using different number every time. This has become a real big harrassment for me and almost contemplating to change my mobile number. Would like to see some action against the company and their sales wing.

                                Hi,
                                Greetings!\my account number in hathway broadband is [protected] in chennai
                                Internet has not been working for more than 10 days. I raised the ticket in the hathway app. Still it shows in-progress. I called up many times the chennai helpdesk[protected], ivr asks for account number and it ends. Rarely we could get the access to the call center executives. They kept on promising me to resolve within a day. But nothing happens. Now today i could not even get a chance to talk to their executives over phone. This is really a mental torture. We badly need internet for the studies of my son and for my business. Please do the needful and get my problem resolved or get the service disconnected and refund the money

                                    I have used two years back and then i moved to bangalore - where hathways service was not available, so i have requested to pick-up modem. Even after several request to pick-up modem, no one shows up from hathway to pick that modem. Now you are sending legal notice that i have not submitted this modem.

                                      Hello,

                                      I had installed a new hathaway connection on saturday morning (22/06/2019).
                                      The installation engineer came to setup the router and wiring on saturday morning and i was told the my account will be activated with 2 hours after that i will be able to use the internet.
                                      But internet didn't started on saturday since no activation was done.
                                      When i called the installation guy he told me that my internet will start working on sunday morning.

                                      On sunday (23/06/2019) as well, no activation done and no internet connection. I again called the installation guy and he again told me that i will be able to use the internet by sunday evening. But no activation was done in the evening as well. After that i called your customer care regarding this issue but they categorically told me that they won't be able to help me. When i requested them to connect with their senior they told me that they will arrange a call back for me. But no one from hathway called me till now.
                                      On monday (24/06/2019) i again called the installation guy 6 times and he again repeated the same thing.
                                      Then at around 3:32 pm i got a message from hathway saying
                                      "dear customer, welcome to hathway isp, your a/c # 11208* shailesh kaul portal id shailesh102518* and email id: [protected]@gmail.com selfcare password: hathway123 internet password: [protected]@123. Help line no[protected] and e-mail id [protected]@hathway.net."

                                      (The email id in your database is incorrect.
                                      Correct one is [protected]@gmail.com)


                                      But my internet didn't started, when i tried to connect to installation guy, he disconnected the call
                                      And then i again called customer care and they told me that my account is activated but some request is pending and told me to wait. When i told them to cancel my connection and initiate the refund, they categorically refused.

                                      Today when i checked my account details i saw the billing started from monday but internet connection hasn't started yet. This is the cheating of the highest order.

                                      I haven't seen such unprofessionalism from any company.
                                      You people are charging people without providing the services. This is not acceptable at any cost.

                                      Please refund me the money or extend my plans validity as i have paid for a month and the charging should start when iam provided with the services.

                                      Please resolve the issue as soon as possible, else i will file a case in the consumer court against hathway.

                                      Fyi : i was a hathway customer earlier about 2yrs back but i disconnected my connection with few months due to your poor and unprofessional service. But this time i was assured by hathway that they have improved their services and i won't face any issues, but your services are getting pathetic day by day and your customer care guys are the most unprofessional people.
