CABLE TV NOT WORKING PROPERLY & PICTURE QUALITY IS VERY POOR
I INSTALLED A SETUP BOX A 20 DAY'S AGO , SINCE THIS DAYS MY SETUP BOX NOT WORKING WELL , PICTURE QUALITY IS VERY POOR IT'S BLINKING , MY CABLE OPERATORE NOT ANSWERING WELL TO ME. Gtpl Setup Box — not working properly

Sit.
I installed gtpl setup box before 1 year
but from last 7 months it is not working good.picture sticking Manny time i have to wait for at least 5 min.now what to do?Pl.guide me

GTPL — sony all channel are not found

Last 7 day i cant found sony all channels. i complain many time my distributer but nothing reply from him. this set -up box owner not my name. plz do the needful

Not working internet connection

GTPL Broadband is not give proper services. One day internet is working and next day not working. I was give advance payment of 12 month internet connection but may I will use only 7-8 month only. Please try to solve my problem.

About Sports Channel

Where is the all sports channel. ?? I can't see any sports channel. It's give message Access Denied. I paid all monthly charges regularly. Please solution of this fast.

    I have bought GTPL set top box.GTPL set top box is not receiving signal.so have complain GTPL about that many times but they are not listening me & they are not taking any action about my complain.My complain number is 84316.I feel cheated by them so kindly take action against them.

      I have Purchase SET UP BOX from our local cable operator ( BHARAT SHAH) of GTPL company. After fixing this set up box , video is distoritng since last 15 days. Inspite of several reminders local cable operator is not in able to identify the problem . He is showing his unwillingness to rectify the problem. Kindly take necessary action or suggest some expert who will look into the problem and rectify as early as possible.

        Hi, am having set top box which my cable operator is not installing since last 6 months, reason am getting is that as i have not purchased the set top box from my local operator hence it can not be installed. Please note that the set top box purchased is of GTPL only and purchased from Ahmedabad only.

        Please guide whether it is compulsory to purchase it from local operator only, what if am already have set top box, do i have to purchase it again.

        Whom can we write to / complaint (any regulatory authority) who will help us out.

        GTPL — bad service and not clearity in tv everyday

        Very bad service. And everyday problems in every channel i want to give you 0 star to gtpl service

        loss dpwnloading speed

          Greetings for the Day !



          I have a complain about my GTPL cable connection.

          I have purchased a cisco 3410DVB Digital set-top box before 12-15 days and still the box is not activated. . The serial Number of set-top box is FCBBPBTHJ. I have complain this issue to my nodal office, maninagar-east but they are not giving right answer, they gave me time and time and misguide me. I have called them minimum 10 times, but they didn't even register my complain, Finaly today, 30/01/2013, 12am set-top box is activated. I just want to say that have suffering from this problem since last 10-12 day and I didn't get a satisfactory answer. This kind of people should be punished.

          Gujarat Telelink Pvt. Ltd. (GTPL) — Cable TV not working

          Despite repeated complaints my cable TV operator has not fixed the problem. for the past 1 year my cable TV is not working and despite repeated complaints they have not rectified the problem. stay away from GTPL cable TV service.

            I got the internate connection but very first day the problem arise. some times connection cut and automatically connected. I can not understand the issue. from the last 6 months I hear that there is some problems in the the line. but the problems of connectivity is worse.
            Only the good thing in the company is that the toll free no service is good but it is only for verbal good communication,. the dealing assistant of phone are not able to or phone to their higher responsible officer or may be they warn to not provide such telephone message.

              Sir,

              I had taken the GTPL broadband service about 20 days back. My login id is krthakkar. I wanted to use the service in 3 PCs. GTPL representative had told me to mail me the physical addresses of all the PCs. I have mailed it twice about a week back. But still they have not provided me the service. It has been poor response from the executives of GTPL. They are simply fooling me since last 7 days. Highly dissatisfied with their response.

              Please do the needful.

                  I am Ketan Patel from Ahmadabad Gujarat.
                  My complaint is about G.T.P.L broadband service.
                  I am renewing 2 Mbps plan for 6 month but there is a problem of connect disconnect.This issue is from 1 month and 15 days ago.
                  I am also submit complaint in gtpl and called 10-15 times but they cant solve it.My request id is:3680 so i mailed him for refund as per company rules and regulation but still my problem is not resolved.
                  Company is not given me any response.
                  I want to refund now.
                  Please help me.

                    I am really disappoint with GTPL service. I am your regular user of GTPL Broadband. I am regular check website for the login and check my usage, But before 7 to 8 months your website is not ready.

                    And When I am call to customer care at[protected], GTPL Broadband customer care employee say He/She can't hear my voice. When I am calling from my home, playground and from any other place. GTPL Broadband customer care employees are can't able to listen my voice.

                      I never received the speed the company charged for and never responds for the complaints. Whenever I try to contact on toll free number, nobody receives/attends the call, if attends, makes lame excuses and false promises. But when contacted for new connection, what a flow of calls and how quick they were in collecting the cheque!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. We feel cheated.

                        I am using GTPL cable service (prior it was IN cable) since last 7 years.
                        Two years back they have started digital services using set top box.
                        As we have relation with GPTL since long, so we pay whole year charges in advance.
                        One and half month back my set top box not working due to some technical problem, hence I logged complain at GTPL customer care.
                        GTPL service man came to home and ask for requiring change the set top box.
                        Today after one and half month still no reply from GTPL, we have been calling their customer care representatives regularly but they have only one answer we have not been answered from technical team. Even their behaviour is rude also.
                        Since last one and half month, we are watching all channels in worst conditions.

                        I am very much unhappy with their behaviour and poor service. And still waiting for my set top box.

                        Worst service I am using gtpl cable connection, but my connection got cut everyday after 12am. I came from duty around 11.30 pm but chennel closed after 12am and have to pay for whole month, is this right..?? If i use to call customer care they also denied that we are not responsible for that you have to contact your local operator as i have contact with my local operator they told me its there instruction given by there senior. So kindly suggest me to whom do i complained?? I used to send mail to customer care but mailed not delivered. So i think it's better to change the operator.

                          GTPL company is very bad company compare to other.they give all wrong commitment to the customer for any type of requirement.if you try to contact customer care they will never gives you satisfy answer.and company try to get money from customer so they always gives you all possibility as your requirement, when they get your money then they will forget that you are customer and never gives you satisfy answer.when will you try to get help from them they will never gives you proper answer for any type of query.so please never try to get that type of connection.they always try to attract customer for their attractive offer but when customer get connection then they forget him and always try to convince you with wrong answer.

                            Customer Pay More than Enough for Rent of channel,but sometime Channel not Telecast,Sometime Change Order of channel so customer have to Find from Whole channel,sometime poor Result .....and for that they Give Reason like "Problem from Main Branch","Weather Problem" etc.... what should We do ?

                            GTPL — channels coming too late

                            i have gtpl and i sow that a new channel has came that is ten golf and till now it has not come and the channel Disney Junior there it was written that it had come in GTPL but it has not com

                            we are not able to shown chanels from 13/05/2014 to till. we complain to our cable operator on 13/05/14 still they are not solve my complain. kindly do need full as soon as earlier.

                              because o[censored] r problem with espn and star ,we are loosing our favourite sports channel as well as favourite programms which are on air right now like India new zeland matches ,today t20 world cup on.
                              we already missed the india new zealand test series bcz o[censored] r contraversoy. if we complain u also not give satisfactory answer please solve it today and provide us espn and star on cable.other wise we will cancel ur cable.

                                My complaint is GTPL not telecast the STAR CRICKET and ESPN channel from the last one or more month in all over ahmedabad to the cable operators.i have the cable channel so i am not watching that channel and i miss the T-20 Wolrd Cup 2012.

                                  mere pas GTPL ka connection hai..aur mere yaha se 2-3 connection gtpl ne anya customer ko diya hai 6 months se GTPL light bill ke paise nahi deti hai phone karne par hamara engg. aayega asi bat karte hai.dt 5.9.12 ko gtpl connect kiya to error 678 aati thi maine toll free [protected] par complaint kiya aur muje complaint no NT291479 diya gaya...aur 24hrs me apki problem solve ho jayegi aaisa kaha...

                                  13.50hrs ko phone attend kiya aur maine apni problem batana suru kiya itne me sirf 0.9 sec meri baat hui aur usne tool free par baat karo karke phone rakh diya...

                                  es number par 11.37,11.47,11.51,11.58,12.21,12.28,12.29,12.34,12.53,12.55,12.59hrs etni bar maine call kiya en me se kuch call ring puri hane tak nahi uthye.. dt.8.9.12 ko muje bataya gaya ki 1.00hrs me aapka connection chalu hoga...maine jab pucha ki kal muje 17.00hrs ka kyu bola tha.????ccare person ne koi jawab diya aur ek ki ek baat bola ki mai baat karu ya mera senior baat karega jawab ek hi rahega aur usne bhi phone cut kar diya...uske baad me ek admi aaya phone par jo apne aap ko TEAM LEADER jignesh patel name bataya unka jawab sunkar mai heran ho gaya .usne vahi cable cut wali kahani batae maine usko kaha ki mere yaha se jisko cable connection jata hai uska GTPL net chalta hai agar cable cut hai to uske yaha net kyu connect hai?????usne phone cut kar diya uske baad maine 3 bar call kiya 3 bar phone uthate the jaise hi me mayank Dave bol raha hu kahta tha to turant phone cut kar dete the...es prakar baar baar call cut karke muje pareshan kiya gaya fir se call kiya to Mr.jignesh patel ne muje bola aap GTPL office aa jao aur jabtak tumhara problem solve nahi ho jaye tab tak yaha se jane nahi dunga...call cut kar diya... muje 1hrs me service engg.aayega jo vaada kiya tha to 1hrs ke bad cull kiya to ladies(priya) ne received kiya aur muje kaha ki hamare yaha server down ho gaya hai to service engg. apke yaha aake kya karega????maine apne neighbour se pucha to kaha ke net chalu hai....
                                  es tarah GTPL ccare ke naam par customer ko sirf heran kiya jata hai aur juthe vaade kiye jate hai...ye complaint esliye kar raha hu jo mere saath huva hai aisa misbihev aapke ccare dept. na kare...GTPL connection me apne mitro ko kabhi suggest nahi karunga....GTPL me kabhi ek bar pyar se kahne par senior/head se baat nahi karwate hai..agar aap mobile no pucho to batate nahi hai, enke senior /head jab bhi pucho ek hi jawab milta hai sir meeting me hai..kab aayege pata nahi..,hum aapko kisi senior/head ka mob.no. nahi de sakte,hamare yaha out going ki suvidha nahi hai,..hum kisi senior/head se aap ki baat nahi kara sakte...agar aap ke pas mob .no hai to call karne par uthte nahi hai.CCARE HEAD ,TEAM LEADER call uthate nahi hai,nahi miss call dekhkar call back karte hai ....

MAGA TO DIYA NAHIaur 13.30hrs tak meri baat nahi karae..maine gtpl ki web site se noddle officer ka aur applellate authority ka number le kar no [protected] ext 337 par 13.02,13.04 ko call kiya message tha person is not available maine dono ko email de8.9.12 17.35hrs kiya aajtak koi reply nahi aaya.es tarah gtpl ccare dept. heran karte hai....

                                  GTPL — Regarding bad cable connection

                                  Sir,
                                  I have GTPL Cable Connection at my Home. It never works well, I have complain for that but the local cable operator never answered. they never solve complain in time. our cable connection is not working properely since 2 years. pls tell me what to do?

                                  we have not received feedback on help line of gtpl

                                  I have Gtpl broadband internet access in my home. But I can't use it. I will constant calling on Gtpl help lone no., it is constantly engage. I can't received proper feedback from Gtpl

                                  Any technician is not coming

                                  i have fill form on 3 days before but any techician is not to login but they put cable wire on 1st days. so i request to do my work fast if you will not do so then i will buy airtel broadband connection

                                    sir,
                                    because o[censored] r problem with espn and star ,we are loosing our favourite sports channel as well as favourite programms which are on air right now like India new zeland matches ,upcoming t20 world cup.
                                    we already missed the india new zealand test series bcz o[censored] r contraversoy. if we complain u also not give satisfactory answer please solve it today and provide us espn and star on cable.other wise we will cancel ur cable.

                                      my network connection for which i have paid one and a half years advance has not been working since 2 months./.. i have been calling customer care regularly and been had to hell ... every time new reasons... playing me around... for loging a complaint for not working of net they want me to lodge a complaint thru net... hardly believable..

                                        I am a customer of GTPL DTH Services from Urjangar, TPS Colony, Chandrapur.They are not broadcasting Ten Action Channel since 2 months, . Initially only black screen was displayed on Channel 108 (Ten Action), when inquired, the operator told me that, the receiver of that channel gone faulty and it may take a couple of weeks to repair it.So after 2 weeks I again made the inquiry.He told me the same reason.I have tried on their customer care no[protected] from my mobile only to listen 'this call can't be processed'.Also I registered a complaint on their website, but to no avail.And today I have came to know that, the channel no 108 is totally vanished from the list.Please do the needful.
