We are Suffering for your cable services, No one listen or book our complaint. There is no signal from last three days and your branch cable operator are not receive phone call/most of time it is switch off. They are only punctual to collect the money every month. After this type of services we happy to remove your cable TV Connection..

      all the time broadcasting all chennels with interruption in video & audio supply every time they change the tele no so we can not complain .there is nobody responsible to answer they take money in advance without any responsibility they throw my complain back to me to solve the problem who will bell the cat ?

        Dear Sir, In connection with above subject I have to state that I have received connection on 10th April 14 and paid Rs 4700/- by cash and thereafter I have Paid Rs. 3300/- on 15th April 14 . With understanding that the internet connection duration 15 months and 1 mbps plan Unlimited plan. While installation of internet Connection I have clearly told I am using TPLINK ROUTER, at that timeMr, DHRUPAL;BHAI did not say anything about the TPLINK ROUTER, Now within 40 days GTPL Internet connection interrupted offenly . I have tried to contect GTPL Customer Care Line, but I am not abler to connect them. Their after I have tried frequently and luck by chance I get customer care NO and l logged complain NO 17-April 14 cpmplain NO 260423 Their after I logged second complain ON 22 April 14 Complain NO 264592. During the 40 days time I have LOgged Many complains to Gtpl But Inspite of my complains I am not satisfied with the services provided by you. I notice that GTPL INTERNET not properly working and therefore I am NOT SATISFIED with the services. Now I requested to please Close the Internet services and REFUND THE PAY;MENT Your early action in this matter will be highly appreciated Thanking YOu . My I D susmit prajapati Mobil NO [protected]

        GTPL broadband has bad connection problem and the operator does not show any interest towards customer's problem and also their after sales service is very poor. No quick responce from customer care.
        I am Dr Ganesh Bhalodia from Morbi, Gujarat
        Internet connection is not working since 20 days, router, which was supplied by your service prpovider wss not working well, so it has been taken for repaire since 8 days & I am without router since 8 days so I can not use inernet in my mobile, service provider is not at all giving any respose.

        Sony channel is showing "no signal" sign

              Hello, I have Internet connection with GTP. Out internet in not working approx 15 days a month. We are paying the connection charge in advance. I want to take a legal action on this type of service for refunding my money and not even bothering about our complain. I found enough with the GTPL. Please get back to me ASAP.

                Hello sir/mem, I am Mitesh Rane, my user name is m_rane, my location is A/6 virpur nagar soc, bh nalanda water tank, waghodiya road, vadodara-390019 my broadband plane is 125gb/year with bandwidth of 4 MBPS. My broadband connectivity is very poor and shut down of 4-5 hours in every 2 days... and m still suffering from this third class service of GTPL Broadband... please resolve it as soon as possible otherwise remove your equipment from my house and disconnect my connection of broadband..and refund my money.. thank you..                   Hey Guys, I has Airtel digital tv connection, for my parents i want one channel in Airtel but they are currently not providing it (Lakshya Devotional Channel). I am quit happy with Airtel but for this requirement i have to switch into GTPL. I have this connection from Feb-14, Since once month i am phasing issue with the picture quality. I did the complaints for the same for 5-6 times in our area service provider (Robert Mob : [protected]). I have tried to call in customer service desk and nodal officer. But not getting positive response. As we know, Now India having digital picture quality. I didn't satisfied with that as concern with picture quality(suddenly stopo and not loaded properly.)                     GTPL Service & GTPL Customer Care Service Issue

                    My Name is Liladhar Pondel from Ahmedabad i m unable to use GTPL Broadband internet service, Since last 3 day i was aleardy trying to call in your Customer care number [protected] one lady recived my call and after 5 second she's disconnect the call. Every Month i m paying 900 rs for Internet (GTPL BroadBand) however every month Saturday and Sunday my Internet service going off Automatically.when i m trying to call in your customer...

                    i have already given document for address transfer but no any resolution in customer care [protected] and cable operator is so lazy, we are giving every month money time to time and in ahmedabad no any receipt book for payment any cable operator, so pathetic service please cancel the licence o this company

                      My self Dilipsinh vaghela, I have purchase your set top box before 1 year for Godasar location and now I am live in Vastral and I have completed all processes related to transfer to vastral but till date I am not cable TV service.

                      I am waiting from 3 day for connection activation and I am also communicate to your customer care dept but not getting any help or positive replay for same.

                      So do needful for same other wise I think to best idea is discontinue your service.

                      If you are lost your customer it is a question mark on your service.

After I request for start service, Your Engineer not configer my cisco wifi system, I clearly told your sales executive Mr. Parth, I want your service fro Wifi only. In this six months< I write so many mail and calls at your customer care. I also request to give solution to stop consumer court process, But GTPL not reply for same.                             Good morning sir, I have your internet connection for last around 2 months and I am facing certain issues with your service and responses I got from your customer care center. My internet connection is dead since Sunday (20th April 2014) afternoon and still I have not got any solution for this. I have called your customer care center many times and I never got any genuine reply a single time. And there is some issue from last Sunday and I was called their fraud customer care service at[protected] I think I was called him 25 to 30 times you can check my phone records. My issue is that there in GTPL are customer executive very useless fellow bcz some candidates are going to cut down called at 10 times .and after conversion I was asking for technical boy number to Mr.pavan, Deepak gaurli, prashant rehavir, Sagar karli, vikash kateniya, rahul parmar, and team leader Princi zoy. After that I was called again for taking number of technical boy at that time mr. suresh makawan has told me sir we are authority and we have number of every technical boy and hi people provide me Mehul BHoda ‘s number [protected]. After getting number I was called Mehul where is site for connection for fiber cable jumper. Mehul 1st told me in Odhav after that hi asking my location and I had told him mehul right now I am in odhav only tell me where is your working site I would like to visit you. after listing that stetment t hi told me in really I am not working now what you can do do yourself your line will clear for net at 9.30pm 22/04/14.after that I was called him 25 times at 9.30 and he was not going to pickup my called. And tell me what can I do?. In that duration my think is that that Sagar Karli, rahul Parmar, and Vikash Kateniya, and Pavan they guys cut off my phone directly without any reason and he guys was put my called at hold at 20 mints. And Sagar karli was tell mehul plz switch off your mobile then around 10.30 mehul was pickup my called and switch of his phone. I want take legality action for that stupid guys and also I can proof they are notable to working for any technical companies. My main concern is that if GTPL not going to take any steps for that persons then GTPL also working in same meter and very fraud type customer care they operating by giving fraud trainings to their employs. And still my net is not working on any technical persons are coming for any visits. So please I know many customer have to complaints about GTPL customer care. But still GTPL is not going to any steps. I think all GTPL companies are playing politics. And also Noidal office I was called at 7pm yesterday some guy take a phone at that time I was telling my problem to him but when hi people give phone to security gourd and after explanation of my problem that guys name was Jitendra hi is telling me I am security guard and Mr.Bhavesh Driver was gave me phone to talk with you Sorry to say but I have never experience such a stupid person sitting for care to customer and worst service center compare to other company. I have highlighted some points of my worst experience with your customer care. - When I called to the customer care your executive put my call on hold and never come back. - When I called to your service engineer he just passed my call to the security guard over there and never come back this is a worst example of your service. - I have wasted around 100rs to just contact your customer to talk about my problem and not able to do this. - I got responses from your side we are coming we are coming... Nobody is coming till date. Also I have loss my 2 day's business due to your service problem and now I am thinking about to file a complaint in the consumer court about my problem and I will defiantly do this.                               Dear Team, I would like to some highlights which needs to be aligned on basis of complaint reduction. I am a part of GTPL as couldn't able to get flawlessly services from Nava naroda local engineer team, since activation made on 28-feb-2014 there is no such kind of support we received from local team, i have called up on customer care number as he has suggested that there is no registration sync with your account insted this is been registered from last user Mr.Giriraj, which we needs to submit are documents to contacting with local team, however they are not picking up the call since last 2 days and disconnecting the calls every interval, I have tried calling on below number who have installed are set up box: [protected]: Would request you to please take action on priority.                                 First local operator merged with GTPL, then pushes customers to buy SET TOP BOX, now. Issue is neither GTPL care executives / nodal officer nor local operator taking responsibilities to fix STB in time & resolving the issues faced by customers. Indians are born to suffer by big talkers always. Have filed complain already in consumer court (Grahak Suraksha) for not delivering STB even after 3 months till now. They (C.C.) suggest compensation amount would be Rs. 35000/- due to customer harassment, inappropriate reply, not delivering exact product (which sited on GTPL.net i.e. Cisco DVB -3410) & bad quality of service given. They (C.C.) calculated the amount 10 times to paid Rs. In advance. So, Please get all your receipts from Local Operator mentioning GTPL name on it & filed your case with Consumer Court. For whom not using GTPL services advice to them think 100 times before being a customer of GTPL...

                                  Several times we suffered and still suffering. I don't understand why they don't get the get this courage to

                                    Dear sir,
                                    We are regular customer of gtpl and paying rs 1800 per year. Now in december 2013 our renewal call for rs 3000/ i.E.250/ p.M. As price and service tax levied on. We ask for receipt and provide cheque. They refuse to accept the cheque and receipt.

                                    Our connection closed from dec.2013. Again we call for payment and agree to pay cash without receipt. But he demands 2 months charges even service has been closed from dec'2013.

                                    Is it right for a consumer? Your action in this matter will be appreciate.
