Hi i have applied for gtpl connection and given advance money. After some days they told me, we are not able to give you gtpl broadband connection because there is no any connection in your area. Then i said that's fine give me refund. And i already told that guy about refund. But still i am not getting refund and Every time he is gives me different reason to not giving money. And i have also a receipt of that money but not getting refund. Its about bapunagar branch.

    I have bought Internet connection of GTPL two months ago but it is been for 9 to 10 times I have been facing the problem of losing the connectivity. The error is the same every time "ERROR 651". Every time I call up customer care, the representative who has got good capability of of providing same answer to everyone to check Link speed and duplex settings and result also remains the same "ERROR 651".Again the same reply, "A person will come for visit and will get the problem sorted out within 24 hours" But neither the service person visits nor the problem gets sorted out. Whenever I try to approach the area supervisor through phone call, it is always out of reach or unanswered. I complained last week about the loss of connectivity with the complaint No. 309994 Today I complained about the same bearing the complaint No. 318558 Please do the needful.

      I have a GTPL broadband connection that I took last week and my user ID is terence503. The connection keeps disconnecting within 5 minutes o[censored]sage and this is happening since 3 days (from the time I took the connection). I have raised a complaint thrice for the same issue by calling the GTPL customer care but they have not bothered to send any engineer to fix the issue. They promise each time they will send someone but nobody turns up. The GTPL connection is really BAD and If anyone plans on taking it PLEASE REFRAIN FROM THE SAME as it is not worth it. Also, as far as my issue is concerned I need a refund of my money failing which I will go to the consumer court. User ID: terence503

      I won't give any rating connection keeps dropping every 2-3 hours for 5 min or so.. no resolution after complaints
      Facing same problems. Net disconnected everyday for multiple times.

        Wagholi GTPL Company is very fruad.as Myself Keshav Shinde Living at Awhalwadi Road Near MNS Office .i had taken connection from last six month and now i want to disconnect the same.but GTPL owner not refunding the deposit of rs 750 taken at the time of connection.and giving reason that owner has been changed and we cannot refund the same.Please do needful urgently else i will give your complaints to all TV channels. regards, Keshav K Shinde, Mob:-[protected]/[protected]

          Rove old set-top box is not working so we call their agent and give him that set-top box. He tell us that he will exchange that old set-top box with another working set-top box. But after taking the money and all Documents like aadharcard and passport size photo he is not giving the new set-top box. And for reson for it he Told us that gtpl office not have the forms of it. And Their all helpline num is switched off. Only one num is working But the exicutive talking in abuse language.

            Dear sir, I took you broadband internet plan since around 6 months. I faced couple off break in internet connection since I started to use. This time it has been 2 days and they are not resolving my issue. I filed 3 phone complaints on toll free no.[protected] and local office land line no.[protected], to their customer support, nodal officer, Still I did not get any solution.                 I have GTPL broadband connection since 1 year in the name ID : plastic 1983
                I have taken the unlimited plan.
                But since 6 months, the net is not working properly . It get disconnected half of the time. It gets disconnected every evening from 8:00 pm to morning 8:30 pm. So, I have used only 50% of my net limit. I have called the customer care several times. But NO any technician has come yet to solve my problem.
                I am surprised for this POOR SERVICE.
                You must resolve my problem within a week otherwise I will file COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COURT.
                Or I want my REFUND back..

                  Dear sir, MATTER MOST URGENT. My Setup Box was not working as per Cable technician report. Myself go to GTPl Vadodara & they also checked setup box & say not working & replace it, But THERE IS NO STOCK FROM LAST FRIDAY DT.13/06/2013 & WHEN WILL RECEIVE, THEY ALSO KNOWN. HOW CUSTOMER WILL KNOW, WHEN RECEIVED & HOW HE WILL REPLACED IT, THEY ARE NOT GIVEN ANY REPLY. MEANS CUSTOMER WILL EVERY DAY VISITED TO GTPL, VADODARA FOR ENQUIRY FOR SET UP BOX RECEIVED OR NOT. THE CUSTOMER MOBILE WAS NOT LIFTING AFTER MANY TIMES RIGING ON M-[protected]/75. THE NUMBER WAS GIVEN ME BY GTPL, VADODARA OFFICE & ALSO PRINT LISTED ON DOOR OG GTPL, VADODARA. SO, about all problems, how you will help me to replace the set up Box immediately. My TV in OFF from last Sunday i.e.15th June, 2014 & still OFF due to setup Box. My self only the paid charges in advance of six months from last 12 years & even though we have suffer a lot. WHY? So, request to take immediate action for replace my set up Bos.                       My Dlink wifi modem had aproblem.. I can't access playstore and youtube and many more. also this problem in computer some sites are not open just loading like youtube .. It's so irritarting while iI use wifi via this modem.. pls recover this problem as soon as possible

                          we have GTPL connection from about 1 & half month, some particulars channels like colors, star action movies etc...numbers of channels are blocked during saturday & sunday, we have not been able to watch our fav. shows since Gtpl service has been installed, we have total three GTPL set up box in our home & these problem is in all of them. we have complaint in -GTPL Centre at(Pratiksha Complex, 10th Floor, Mahalakshmi Cross Road, Paldi, Ahmedabad - 380007. but still they do not have solve our problem. so plz take note of this complaint & solve as soon as possible.

I was send my query since 22 may and till today no one service is provided ... your commitment was 24 hours right...? i already call 15 time to your customer care center ...but reply was false ...Every member talking false with me... its very bad for your company ... if customer is not satisfied with you then how you grow your company. yesterday technicial come at my home and he done problem but when he going after 20-25 minits problem running. my complaint id is- 286405, 295690, 297689, 298898 and other complaints messege is not deliver to my phone and other deleted from my device. i am an accountant and this time is file return of customers but for your bad and third-class service i am in very loss my all customer turned other consultants. this loss is going upto 2, 10, 000/- who is paid to me this loss??? plz co-oprate me and feed back me otherwise i am going to consumer court for help and judicial court for claim of my loss. reply me as soon as possible for my compalints about your third class service. plz reply me via mail and contact no.

                                      Dear Authority, We have paid full amount of 6 months in advance to GTPL for unlimited Internet. but we are not getting proper service from their side. Internet line was not working since last 15 days . their customer service center is not properly replying for the same. Further on each & evary day internet is automatically switched off by 7 to 8 pm & up to second day 10 am. inbetween many times it happens that internet is not working for half hour to hour & 2 hours. it is totally discusting . customer service center is also not attending calls while internet is not working. in short we are getting only 25% of what we have paid. i register this complain after 2 month of such a kind of harassment. Here below i have attached a photo proof of same which indicate that Internet is not working of GTPL so that i am using vodafone to draft this complaint. Regards Dipak Mewada
