Internet connection at my home is not working since last one week even after raising service request for multiple times, nobody has bothered to resolve the issues. Service request has been raised via mails and phone calls but still it is unattended.

After calling multiple times to customer care, Always receivedsame response as the system is slow hence they wont be able to register the trouble ticket to raise a docket.

    It has been 3 months of gtpl broadband but the app shows wrong expiry date and when I complained there is no response.they say application solution people do not deal with it and then even customer care say we do not deal with it.the appellate and nodal officer email is just for show.i have emailed 50 times and even net doesn't work there is no solution on Sunday and when I asked for extension, they said do email.
    The email system of GTPL is never seen nor they take any action.lets see if CONSUMER COURT can resolve. Uname: lg_d202

      I am from satara mahrashtra state. I booked gtpl broadband on[protected] for which i paid 1500rs initial booking amount. I was promiced connection will be provided within 2-3 days. Its been 17 days now yet i haven't got internet connection. Every time i call the service provider informs connection will be provided in 2 days. Now i am fed up of calling.
      Its the worst service for anything i have came across.

        Last time as i had write down complaint here regarding issues i am facing with gtpl network for not getting wifi facility.
        Instead of repeteadly complaining they dont make there service better.and in that we suffer.
        Last 4 days wifi is not working.and whenever we complain they assure us to resolve things in some hrs.but as there service are poor we feel.we r neglected by service provider.as last time complaing here was same issue.
        In every week.1-2 days wifi is dead.and in result we couldnt connect to social media or any other important things.or we could not search anything.we r so fed up now.and i want this sitr to take action against such company.who promise to provide best service.but its worst service.

          Guys please be aware before you go with this company. Customer care executive speak as if they are sitting in Pakistan at least there language seems so. Totally unprofessional.

          Internet seem to go down very often and customer care executives are not at all trained about how to speak to customers they just want to close the tickets that's all. Without solving the issue tickets are colesed.

          Since 12th Aug 2016 my internet is down they are saying problem is solved from there end.

          Don't know were is my end.

          Think with another ISP.

            Hi, I am unfortunately an user of GTPL Internet service. They are pathetic service provider, their internet connection get damaged every week mostly on sunday. When you complain & they address you please give us time of 24 hours and nobody even calls you for the solution for the complain. The same issue i am facing since 4 months on every week or on the gap of 15 days it occurs. Now i am tired of complaining every time over customer care. So if you are planning for a broadband connection never go for GTPL. You will regret after choosing it.

              It worked ok but for past few days the broadband speed was drastically slow around 0.5kbps (My connection was for smart-512-2mbps-6m) and starting from 09th july it stopped completely. After submitting complaints they came and `rejoin` the cable despite me requesting for a new one. More than half of them say `resolved` as talked with the customer or technical team. They did call me and i clearly said the problem is not resolved yet.

              First of all the customer care no. Is always busy

              When they pick up they try to divert the problem saying we will refresh the connection and you try connecting after sometime.

              These are my complaint no.

              I regret to inform you that gtpl customer service is very lower, poor. Am totally unsatisfying with service of gtpl customer care & all... I already register my complain regarding not channel coming last 15 to 20 days i call to customer care so many times but still no response.

                Here with inform you that, so many time we complaint to gtpl by call (No. [protected]). But there is no response from your side.
                We are unhappy by your services.
                Every time we complaint, from your side, we got only one answer, your service will start properly by 24 hours.
                Now we had no way to where we go.
                We decide to go to consumer court and complaint for this.
                This the last and final warning from our side.

                  Gtpl broadband is provideing third class infact no class service. There is just online help number and online site but they never call back or take action to complaints and even they dont provide valid informatiin always excuse that system is slow please call back. Take payment in advance and they dont renew plan for days and weeks. They must give service to customer they have no value of valued customers

                    I am using broad band connection of gtpl at ghatlodia dist. Ahmedabad gujarat.
                    Sales executive given the plan of your broad band is rs.4000 for 12 month and getting benefit in the plan is 200 gb data free and 10mbps speed but we have not getting 10mbps speed.
                    We getting speed is very very poor in laptop and computer.
                    O please resolve this problem otherwise our connection cancel and payment refunded.

                      I have internet connection of gtpl broadband since[protected].internet plan validity is for one year & 300 gb data. but since six days (06 jul 2016) there is internet connection problem and we have complaint on 06 jul 2016 on gtpl customer care no.[protected]. complain no is 1419597. but still they could not resolve the problem and everyday they just saying problem will be resolved in 24 hrs. if they could not resolve the problem then we request refund amount 4000 rupees. please help us to resolve problem.

                        I hv 3 months un-limited data plan of 2550 /- rps.
                        bt in between these 3 months i m facing d problem of disconnectivity with network..
                        The customer service satisfaction should b at first place .
                        And the company itself is responsible for this discomfort of net-fault.

                        So its my right to regain my loss.
                        so hereby i demand to add 15 days more validity on my connection.

                          Please forward this mail to your top executives and managers who are just taking there salary without giving any service to the customer care and customer satisfaction.

                          My name is jay Arora


                          I have face number is issues with Gtpl broadband service in last one year.

                          Ones your cable gets cut down with any unknown reason, it takes minimum 10 days to get it fix.

                          U can check my account and get the information for how much days there were breakdown in your line.

                          Second you're customer care numbers is like eid ka chand, gets connect but know one is there to attend the call. And when it gets connect and get a chance to have a word, your internal system to get the customer details are down.. Get only one answer please call us after 30 minutes.. Lol.. Don't know what you guys are teaching to your call attenders to make fool to the customer. Or may be your system is to weak to sustain the customer issues.

                          Trying to contact ur care about the low speed during the night slot. Need to ask is there any change in the day and night plan timing, as between 9pm to 9 am I should get the speed of 2mbps, but never get it, only getting 512kbps as of day time. But my luck is too weak that from my 10 calls I didn't get the opportunity to have a talk to ur customer care.

                          Also I was promised while booking the connection that the number of days when there will be breakdown, that days will be added to my plan. Please requesting you to check the details of breakdown in my connection and add that much of days to extend my service period.

                            Hello,

                            I have been sing gtpl broadband since last 10 months and they are giving the worst services.internet breaks every 12-15 days and no solution is brught till 5-6 days. on calling the customer care it continuously comes busy and after picking they only have to say it will be resolved. actually it doesnot gets resolved till 5 days. on complaining to nodal officer also there is no solution.

                            They make fool o[censored]s.

                            By keeping internet not working for 10 days in a month which i feel is pruposely.

                            Pls help me.

                              Took 24 months plan for Rs. 10050/-. Every 7-10 days there is some kind of problem.

                              Complaint No.: 1371777. No internet from 21st June 2016.

                              Even after 3 days of complaint, no service resumed.

                              On calling customer care, they are talking like, "WE WILL BE LIKE THIS ONLY, IF YOU DON'T LIKE OUR SERVICE- GO TO HELL".

                              If you really hate your ENEMY, just recommend GTPL for his business and he will remember you everyday for 24 months.

                                I am a digital cable tv subscriber of gtpl v&s from dibrugarh, assam where the zee network, & and the zee turner channels have been blacked out for more than 20 days or so. They have put an ad in their local channels saying that the zee channels have been temporarily shut down as zee has hiked its subscription charges and the ad further says that the blackout is in the best interest of the consumers. Now my question is why are you guys charging the full monthly dues from the subscribers when you have blacked out so many channels. Lower our monthly charges for the period while you are not relaying the zee channels and that will be in the best interest of your subscribers.

                                  There is a person in your Jamnagar office named VISHAL who does not have any mannerisms in talking to a customer...he says "tell appellate and nodal officer that e logne Jamnagar ni Kai khabar na pade k Jamnagar su chaltu hoi che ane appellate ne nodal Kai dejo k e enu kamkare amne na ke k amne su karvanu che.
                                  Ane anme kai farak nathi padto k 2-3 customer nikdi jai toh...6 lakh mathi 2-3 customer nikdi jai toh amne toh kai farakj nathi padto."

                                    I am using 1 mbps plan unlimited for 6+1 months. Which started on 2nd December, 2015. Today on 3rd June, 2016 they have stopped my connection saying my 6 months period of connection is over so they can't start my connection. The reason I was given is I need to upload my payment receipt on their id: [protected]@gtpl.net. But this process wasn't communicated to me even once during my tenure of internet usage. So, I even sent this receipt on the mentioned ID. After which also they have refused to start my connection. I tried to speak to all possible person including sales person, customer care executive, and many others. But no one was able to help me start my internet. And due to this issue, I have lost several dollars as I couldn't submit my assignment to my US based client. So, I want to sue GTPL Broadband as it has made me suffer financial loss. I want this issue to be solved at the earliest and punish all the responsible person to the extreme so that they won't repeat such mistakes again.

                                      Ten network channels, ten 1, ten 2, ten 3 removed by the operator without any notice. All this after making payment and not getting services. No heads up or notice was provided before removing the channels. Happened last year also, the channels were there but there was no telecast of those channels for 2-3 months, but this time around channels are removed completely

They assure that the problem will be solved but still the same problem occurs within 2 hours. After complaining many times, they do not even receive the call. The company is not providing satisfactory service and ignoring the customer problems. They are not trying to find a permanent solution for the same.
