Dear Sir, unnessessaarly increase THE MONTHLY CHARGES OF CABLE TV BY OPERATOR. the operator do not given original payment copy ie TAN, VAN NO. OF GTPL COMPANY. ONLY given ordinary bill copy if operator wants to increase the monthly bill then they should provide original TAX payee bill copy to the all your customer. ministry of broadcasting do not announced any kind of increasing of service tax. if GTPL do not take any action against such operators then I need to complaint against GTPL and operator in the consumers court as soon as possible. thanks and regards. sumit goverdhan, warora

    Hi manager sir. I kindly request that GTPL costumer care staff are very unco-operative with costumer. They are not giving satisfied answer to us. & net service also very very slow. I talk so many-times with costumer care service regarding my complain & net service but that staff are very arrogant Please take action on this. Your sincerely costumer

      TV subscription expired. I have called to GTPL various times for payment of my monthly subscription fee of my TV connection but they didn’t resolved my issue from one week. Every time they are telling that it will resolve in 24 hours bot now It is one week. Also they are not providing me the USER ID and PASSWORD doe my existing TV connection.         Hello there, I reside in bharuch, gujarat. I have installed gtpl broadband (former bsnl user). The first 10 days of installing the net were awesome, I was getting about 60ms ping on every servers whatsoever! But just after 10 days, My net started to suffer from High Pings! It stared to become above 200ms. Only on few servers, it was about 120ms (average). I mean I bought gtpl just for gaming and now I cant even play multiplayer games at all. I would get 300 ms ping on bsnl user (He also lives in the same city!) I have complained literally 100 times! But these guys doesnt seem to solve my problem! They say the internet is supposed to work like this! Then I complained about speed, I have 5 MBPS plan but i wouldn't get more than 3 mbps in the morning. I knew I was getting saturated bandwidth, I told those guys but they don't seem to help me at all. When ever I call gtpl customer center, they dont even know what PING is and I have to explain them everytime. I ask them to connect me to their seniors but they never connect me with them and argue a alot! I feel like I have been looted! I really miss my bsnl connection. Then I made my mind and realized to ask refund. A guy who came to my house for the installation of internet said you can always ask for refund and so I did, but they said refund is not possible thus they cant refund my money! I was like What The [censored] they asked to pay for whole year and now they are refusing to give me my money back!! Please help me!
        I live in Pune, Maharashtra and i have the same story. One day two technicians came and changed something with the box on top of my house which made me have high ping and they aren't even helping me even after complaining many times.

          I have got plan 1 month before migrating from another ISP to GTPL with very high hopes of getting regular connectivity. But all in air – in just 1month I was forced to call so called CUSTOMER CARE every 3-4days. And customer care people’s verifications – wonder! As if they have to transfer some property to me. In spite of calling from registered number & providing User Id and full name they will again ask for registered number. And height is, when they ask to verify MAC of router!!! What the hell!!! How can they expect one to carry router like a kid before calling customer care!! Every Saturday-Sunday there is not connection as if enjoying weekend. Totally fed up with frequently registering complains.

            Hi my name is Alay Shah, my user-id is rajeshbhai98 i am using gtpl broadband from last 6/7 months. before 2/3 months i got the issue of error 651 and it took 1+ month to solve that by the GTPL. and now again i got the issue of not getting the connectivity. i got this issue from last 1 week and still not getting any permanent solution. I got the connectivity maximum one day and then the issue started.please resolve it as soon as possible or please provide me the procedure to get refund.

              We have taken broadband plan for 3 years by paying Rs. 8000/- (Approx) just one month back, but now we are shifting from ahmedabad to mumbai so we need to discontinue the plan and want our refund back. I have been doing follow up since 15 days but u people doesn't have any courtesy to revert back. I have also told to help us for transferring our services to one of our colleague staying at surat but you people doesn't have odesity to revert back to ur customers mail. We were using ur services since 3 years n would be looking forward to continue the same but ur attitude towards ur valued customer doesn't help us to do that, also would never recommend anyone to use GTPL services anymore neither broadband nor cable. We are also working in service industry but didn't had such a bad experience ever. If still u believe in some kind of humanity kindly contact me on [protected] for fruitful solution.

              gtpl broadband network problem

              i am having gtpl broadband connection and it is not working properly. i am trying all customer care numbers but no one is picking up my calls.

              Net is not working

              Hi, My user ID is kvr1112 and internet is not working since 24 hrs. It's showing network cable is disconnected. I check at computer end, it's O.K. So, kindly take necessary action to start internet on my PC.
              Worst Service I have ever seen
              My net connection is not working since 5 days and before 15 days also it was same problem no one is bothered to give reply they just are giving one and other reasons of net problem and giving time period that it would start in this much time.
              No Reply in Email also.
              Totally worse service. My whole work has got upset due to this.

                I paid 6 month advance for Broadband connection. When sales person come to my place for document I told him that I have wifi router but it is not with me today than he told me that let's start connection for your laptop and when you get router raised complain to set up router our engineer will do. Now when I compalin to set up router on Sturday 22nd Aug they told will send some one to set up your router. no one come yet to fix router, I called today GTPL customer care they told that will not set up your router unless you buy it from GTPL. you have to do it on your own. I told them I don't know how to set up router so please send some one but they said not possible. I ask for refund and they even hang up call. GTPL is not providing services and behavior is also not good, their support team is very cheap they don't know hoe to reply customer.
                same problem with me. i am leaving in ahmedabad vejalpur

                    I have GTPL Broadband connection at my home. I have paid 3 year advance for the same. My internet connection is not working since last 15-20 days. Daily I call them to solve the same but still it is not solved the only answer is your query is in process, when I ask them to give me number of technician they dont provide the same, also when I ask them to transfer line to some senior they dont transfer the line too. I think GTPL has hired telecaller team to make people fool they dont have any technician to solve the problem. They have taken advance money now I cant do anything please suggest me to tackle the problem.

                          I have bought gtpl plan since 2 year, last year since 3 month remain in completion of internet service period, internet problem arise repetitively, after 2 month and before 1 month of completion of 15 month of service providing by gtpl broadband, internet service working very smoothly due to renewal purpose. Then gtpl and hathway merge togather and set plan and renew of contract of service providing till next 15 month. After that i received internet problems repetitively month by month, sometime its arise every week, so they provide 12 month internet service and give 3 month free internet plan as per their respective scheme, they are making fool to all by providing such a bad way internet service. After making complain regarding internet error, it will fix withing 24 working hours as per gtpl guideline. Means 8 working hours per day. So i have to wait till 24 hours because it never had fix the problem withing 8 or 12 hours, min i have to wait till 16 to 24 hours to solve the problem. Sometime line down problem arise. Saturday & sunday not a working day, so if i got prob on thursday, then i have to wait till monday.. All to gather its combination of more then 100 days waste of internet service and they called they are providing 3 month free extension o[censored]sage. Currently i m facing internet error, so i have to connect laptop through mobile data. Complain did not fix till 2 days. So gtpl broadband service are that type of service provider. So thing 100 time before purchase. Hope i will receive any resolution. I want to sue on gtpl broadband, for that want to make consumer complain officially and want to back my money which actually i m not getting service for service provider

                            Hi I was using GTPL broadband since last few years. On 11th July 2015 my internet stopped working and I registered the complaint with their customer care as always. I had renewed my connection on 2 months back and it was a 1 year plan. Since then I followed up with customer care executive for almost 20 times but I didn't get any solution. They even did not provide me any registered office phone number or address where I can go and ask for the solution. I mailed them on their mentioned email id for more than 10 times. It had been more than 15 days and no solution. They I got their address from their recently updated website and I visited the place. They sent me to 2 different places for my solution. I reached to their technical department finally. The guy told me that there was some DP placement issue and they were not getting any place for it so my connection could not be resumed until they get the place for it. I argued with them that it was their problem and not mine so I asked them to refund the amount I had paid for the connection. The technical guy asked me to call customer care for that problem. I called customer care but the employee told me that prepaid connection can not get refund. I argued with him that it was the problem from their side and not mine but he did not listen to me and he put me on hold for unlimited times. They I got contact number for their Gujarat based head which was provided on their website for critical issue solving. I called him and he assured me of some action. I have been cooperating with him since last 10 days and finally he came with an answer that my issue can not be solved. So I asked him for refund and he told me that he will consult with the accounts department and I will the notification about it and then after 45 days I will get the refund. Now I seriously don't understand what to do with these people. 1. The problem was from their side 2. It has been more than 40 days since my connection is inactive 3. And now they will notify me about my refund being processed and it will take 45 days from then for me to get the refund I want some serious suggestion about where can I lodge a complaint against this company and what can be possible outcome. I am no more interested in refund but I want this company to get shut down as it is committing serious fraud with customers because many people don't care about 3000 bucks and they forget the issue and move on. And this company is making serious money out of these.

                              User tanzeel I have gtpl broadband connection. My gtpl registered number [protected]. At ahmedabad. I have paid 13000 rs to gtpl which provide unlimited for 1 year at 2 mbps speed. There is a kind o[censored]nsatisfactory issue with gtpl. I have complained at around 6 times within a week regarding my wifi speed and connection error slow speed. . I have to complain everyday. When i complain regarding wifi speed and failed connection slow speed, they always register my complain but after 1 days they close my complain without solving problem. Though my browsing speed is 0.41 mbps, many times server time out and not download any file

                              very bad service.. I also complaint about GTPL slow connection but every day they close it without even testing or replied.
                              Yes thats true, they will note your complain and within 2-3 days they will close it without confirming whether your issue is resolved or not. I am planning to change broadband from gtpl to you. Thats the only solution guys believe me. They will not hear or solve your any problems. Speed issue is the only issue all the gtpl customers are having.
                              GTPL is the worst service provider. They are charging for the 40 Mbps speed and providing the 2 Mbps speed. Earlier they took the money for 1 year from me and they just provided me only 3 months. It's better to shut your business.
                              I also have a GTPL fiber optic connection with a plan of 60 mbps. My download speed is good but upload speed is not even 1 mbps. I have complaint many times and raised tickets through their android app portal but every time their staff is just closing my tickets without giving any proper resolution. I request you to kindly resolve my internet speed issue at the earliest. Due to this covid 19 pandemic I am working from home and running my office from home itself as it affects my work due to this speed issue.

                                I have register 1 mbps broadband conection on 2nd august and today was 13th of august and till nobody come here to connect a single cable to my Wifi router and i have a huge reqirement of net now. When i call to customer care they say that the it has proceeding and someone come to you for conection in next 3 days... well now, when they come for connection.

                                  Hello, Myself Akhil Nathani, Residing at (21, A/9 Block, Goyal Intercity, Drive-In Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad) My S/N no. : FCBDRNWMX GTPL Contact Person : Krunal (M - [protected]) The above mentioned person is not replying or picking up my call since about a month of time. Why? I dont know the reason yet. you can check his call records. Or if you want my copy of my call records than you will get it. The reason i am calling him is my cable connection is not working well since a month of time. i have even complained in your call center they have suggested me to fit the cable as it may be loose. still there is a problem in some channels. I thought it may be due to rain, so i tried to contact above person atleast 10 times a day, but not a single time he received my any of the call or never called me back. Now, As i am paying you timely every month the money i deserve the accurate and fast customer service from you in return. this month i was not able to watch any t.v. program so i am not liable to pay you this month amount. Also as a valuable customer i request you to take proper action to above person. as i am going to forward this email to all the respective legal departments. and in necessity i am going to take legal action also.                                     I have paid the amount of my wifi internet plan on 08/07/2015 but till now my internet connection has not been started. From last 2 days i am calling their customer care centre and i have call them more than 10 times but they are not resolving my issues. Everytime they are giving me an excuse and keep me on hold for atleast 10 minutes every time.
                                    Had a same experience with GTPL, after full payment they didnt provide me the connection. When i asked for refund, their sales representative Mr. Arun start abusing me. Worst ever internet provider. I suggest everyone to never ever take GTPL connection

                                      I am having connection of GTPL Cable DTH, i have made advance payment of entire 12 months, but not getting proper services from past 2 days. They have blocked my connection mentioning that i have not made payments. My Account No is[protected]. complaint id is 195309. i have called the customer id and they are keep on telling me "Wait for some Time" your connection will be active. till date is not working.

                                        I got connection of internet of gtpl. Every Saturday I don't know reason it stopped working so complain goes on Monday directly. They repair internet then again failed on Saturday. This repeating all the time. No quick service and appropriate answer ever. I know this types of small complain does not make difference to this company they just concerns with new connection and money collection. Unfortunately, I can not do anything as I am out of India and parents can not do much. I hope this type of company understand customer satisfaction and believe in good service not just in money collection for the better future. Anyway finally quieting from this ever ever hopeless company that I am connected. Many will do same in future if service is like this. Thank you GTPL broadband to giving me and my family so so much bad bad bad service ever in life. Goodbye.
