Hi I was using GTPL broadband since last few years. On 11th July 2015 my internet stopped working and I registered the complaint with their customer care as always. I had renewed my connection on 2 months back and it was a 1 year plan. Since then I followed up with customer care executive for almost 20 times but I didn't get any solution. They even did not provide me any registered office phone number or address where I can go and ask for the solution. I mailed them on their mentioned email id for more than 10 times. It had been more than 15 days and no solution. They I got their address from their recently updated website and I visited the place. They sent me to 2 different places for my solution. I reached to their technical department finally. The guy told me that there was some DP placement issue and they were not getting any place for it so my connection could not be resumed until they get the place for it. I argued with them that it was their problem and not mine so I asked them to refund the amount I had paid for the connection. The technical guy asked me to call customer care for that problem. I called customer care but the employee told me that prepaid connection can not get refund. I argued with him that it was the problem from their side and not mine but he did not listen to me and he put me on hold for unlimited times. They I got contact number for their Gujarat based head which was provided on their website for critical issue solving. I called him and he assured me of some action. I have been cooperating with him since last 10 days and finally he came with an answer that my issue can not be solved. So I asked him for refund and he told me that he will consult with the accounts department and I will the notification about it and then after 45 days I will get the refund. Now I seriously don't understand what to do with these people. 1. The problem was from their side 2. It has been more than 40 days since my connection is inactive 3. And now they will notify me about my refund being processed and it will take 45 days from then for me to get the refund I want some serious suggestion about where can I lodge a complaint against this company and what can be possible outcome. I am no more interested in refund but I want this company to get shut down as it is committing serious fraud with customers because many people don't care about 3000 bucks and they forget the issue and move on. And this company is making serious money out of these.

    Net connection not working and poor respose from technical team

    We have complained regulary since last 4-5 days . The latest complaint number is 764553 but they seem to give standard reply that wait for sometime it will be resolved.     I have register 1 mbps broadband conection on 2nd august and today was 13th of august and till nobody come here to connect a single cable to my Wifi router and i have a huge reqirement of net now. When i call to customer care they say that the it has proceeding and someone come to you for conection in next 3 days... well now, when they come for connection.

      Hello, Myself Akhil Nathani, Residing at (21, A/9 Block, Goyal Intercity, Drive-In Road, Thaltej, Ahmedabad) My S/N no. : FCBDRNWMX GTPL Contact Person : Krunal (M - [protected]) The above mentioned person is not replying or picking up my call since about a month of time. Why? I dont know the reason yet. you can check his call records. Or if you want my copy of my call records than you will get it. The reason i am calling him is my cable connection is not working well since a month of time. i have even complained in your call center they have suggested me to fit the cable as it may be loose. still there is a problem in some channels. I thought it may be due to rain, so i tried to contact above person atleast 10 times a day, but not a single time he received my any of the call or never called me back. Now, As i am paying you timely every month the money i deserve the accurate and fast customer service from you in return. this month i was not able to watch any t.v. program so i am not liable to pay you this month amount. Also as a valuable customer i request you to take proper action to above person. as i am going to forward this email to all the respective legal departments. and in necessity i am going to take legal action also.         I have paid the amount of my wifi internet plan on 08/07/2015 but till now my internet connection has not been started. From last 2 days i am calling their customer care centre and i have call them more than 10 times but they are not resolving my issues. Everytime they are giving me an excuse and keep me on hold for atleast 10 minutes every time.

        Had a same experience with GTPL, after full payment they didnt provide me the connection. When i asked for refund, their sales representative Mr. Arun start abusing me. Worst ever internet provider. I suggest everyone to never ever take GTPL connection

          I am having connection of GTPL Cable DTH, i have made advance payment of entire 12 months, but not getting proper services from past 2 days. They have blocked my connection mentioning that i have not made payments. My Account No is[protected]. complaint id is 195309. i have called the customer id and they are keep on telling me "Wait for some Time" your connection will be active. till date is not working.

            I got connection of internet of gtpl. Every Saturday I don't know reason it stopped working so complain goes on Monday directly. They repair internet then again failed on Saturday. This repeating all the time. No quick service and appropriate answer ever. I know this types of small complain does not make difference to this company they just concerns with new connection and money collection. Unfortunately, I can not do anything as I am out of India and parents can not do much. I hope this type of company understand customer satisfaction and believe in good service not just in money collection for the better future. Anyway finally quieting from this ever ever hopeless company that I am connected. Many will do same in future if service is like this. Thank you GTPL broadband to giving me and my family so so much bad bad bad service ever in life. Goodbye.

              I recently shifted to gandhinagar in june and taken Internet from GTPL the worst service ever in this city... when i taken internet one of his technician came but didn't able to configure my router.. he went without configuring and i have to configure by myself... After that every two three days Internet is down and never working at the expected speed... today is 23rd july and i have been following up with the company since two months every alternative days... FED UP with the services and whenever I contact there customer service department they constantly ask standard questions and just put the complaint but never ever took any action on it... while i ask to change the technician but no action taken on that as well its like i just have to pay monthly fees for Internet cable without Internet and constantly wasting money by calling them and they give the standard answers every time... i will never ever recommend GTPL TO EVEN MY ENEMIES

                1. it took 20 days to them new conncetion set up. 2. after conncetion i registered complaint regarding broadband, they took 6 days for problem to be resolved. when i visited their office on 7 th day, they came for service. 3. I applied for closure of conncetion, they are refusing for same . on the other hand customer care said it is possible. i have mailed required details for closure as customer care said. no reply has been received regarding this even after many phone calls.

                  I taken Gtpl broadband from last 4 months, but daily stop net up to three to four hours. After complain login to CC of Gtpl my net start within 10 minutes and complain closed by Gtpl. Next day again log complain then again closeded. Till date log complain more then 100 time but Gtpl not short out my issue. I request to iccf, pl strickly action...

                      I am Tushar Sheth From Junagadh and my gtpl broadband id is “Tushar19_jnd”, I am getting issue of limited access (651 ERROR) from last 10 to 12 days( Every Day ), for this issues I call on my gtpl Nodal Office “[protected]”, and they response me like this “let me check your connection, after few second they told me your connection is working perfectly, here showing, that issue in your site so check your laptop”, then I check my laptop as well as my router and restart both device after sometime I try again and getting same issue, again I call here and they told me “wait 10 to 15 minute and try again” means each and every time they just giving new excuse and time passing with calls, so here I am request to solve my issue else do whatever in your hand for this issue, otherwise just do one think please uninstall your broadband setup from my premises, I don’t want this connection, I already waste my money and time for this connection as well as calls, With this email I am just waiting for your positive response and positive support for this kind of issues,

                        I have taken the Gtpl Broadband on oct 2014. So From oct 2014 to 25 june 2015 the internet works properly. Problem starts from 26 june 2015. My Problem is that from 26 June 2015 the internet remains inactive for 3 to 4 days per week till now. I have make many complains to Gtpl Customer Care but they did'nt provide me the Permanent solution of my complains whenever i make complain they provide me only temporary solution. So due to temporary solution internet works for 3 to 4 days thenafte it will inactive sometimes for 2 or 3 or sometimes for 4 days. Whenever i ask to Gtpl Customer Care Executive to transfer the call to their higher authority they say that we have no rights to transfer the call to higher authority. Whenever i make call to Gtpl Customer Care for complains i said them this time i should get the permanent solution then every time Executive said that this time you definitely get the permanent solution but till now i didnt get the permanent solution. So please see what you can do regarding my complain. Thanks

                          It has been just 3 months I have started using GTPL connection in Gandhinagar Gujarat. Ever since I started using this service every day morning from 9 am till afternoon 3 to 4 pm there is no internet service, when I raise a complain (which I did for 8 times if not less than that) the irritating call center person gives stupid complaint number and say they gonna forward this complaint to their technical team. they don't understand problem faced by clients which being a service company is really pathetic.

                            Hello, I am Jemish Anaghan user id: jdanghan226 My last complain was dated on[protected]:03, reference no-701971, Company's technician person no any single time come to my office and check cable box but he was told in office all cable checked. when i was went office and met contact person on[protected], he told me your area all complain solved to 2 to 3 days. then after manager was ask to technician regarding complain then he was not accept his fault. but i told them no any person was came my office for check at list one time in last 8 days. After pressure of manager, technician is come and check whole cable and find problem in cable power supply. If technician was came before 2 to 3 days then he was not found this so its true he was not came for cheeking and wrong reporting regarding his work. I know very well with name of technician, customer care officer, manager in Surat branch as well as Ahmedabad customer care office senior manager. I hope take some action on technician In GTPL Broadband Internet we are not safe because company's employees are misuse our name and user id. Company's technician is not know their own company cable between two different cable
                            I COMPLAINT AND COMPLAINT BUT GTPL NOT SOLVE MY NET PROBLEM

I am so many time call to customer care but not any positive response. Any time call them, they are say wait one day, your problem will solve, our person will come today and end of the day. One time i was called[protected] around 10:00 pm, customer care executive tell me wait sir your problem will solve tomorrow morning... I am tell her company's technician is work in night also she has no any answer. On this Monday morning I was went GTPL Surat office at 10:15, employee time in 10 o'clock in morning, but manager was came, He was came after 10:20 am, when he come i am tell them sir I am meet you and I have problem about Broadband, He was told me I have no time to meet you, then i was told sir when will you meet then he told I have no time for two days, come after two days and he was went. This person is a manager Mr. Vikram in Surat Office.
