Hi, i have purchased LLYOD 1.5 ton AC on 12/06 from sathya agencies vadapalni, chennai. on 14/06 it got installed, but after installation the technician came to know there in display issue, h swing is not working, timer is not working. and he told me to raise a service complain, by mistake i have raised 2 complaints and here is funniest part.
these people cancelled both the request, without inquiring anything, and ideally 1 request should be cancel.
again 1 more request is raised by dealer on 15th, ref [protected].
but no update on this, when i called to customer care, and spoke to executive Mohini and sourabh, they not gave any update and when i told i want to speak to your supervisor, they just disconnect the call or put on hold.
Dear havells, this was my first mistake to trust your brand, please take your AC back. if you are unable to give any service for the product which is just delivered, i cant expect what kind of service u will give in future. Totally waste.
