On september 2021 we had purchase 9 remote ceiling fan of havells... one of them stopped working completely and eight of them work randomly, I have made countless complaints, and the technician visits and says that we have to replace bearing of fan and etc etc... Fan is in warranty... But he never respond againg after one visit.. We had made a several compalint on toll free num...but complaint has been not resolved by any local service center...his name is Narayn mishra... And they also not responding about the phone calls... My complaint number is""[protected]"" is scheduled at ""[protected]:40"". Till today no one visited at my house...
My humbe request to you kindly please resolve this issue as much soon as possible...

    Defective LLYOD AC delivered and no action on any of the complain

    Hi, i have purchased LLYOD 1.5 ton AC on 12/06 from sathya agencies vadapalni, chennai. on 14/06 it got installed, but after installation the technician came to know there in display issue, h swing is not working, timer is not working. and he told me to raise a service complain, by mistake i have raised 2 complaints and here is funniest part.

    these people cancelled both the request, without inquiring anything, and ideally 1...

    Dear Sir/Ma'am,

    We have purchased electric appliances for house on 05.01.2022 from Havells exclusive outlet, Jaipur.

    After installing them at site, it was found that below mentioned items were not working:-

    1. Item Name:- LED Lighting Fixture
    Model:- R36MBB
    Item Code:- LHEXACP7IN1W036
    Item Description:- LED Pride Plus Curve Batten 36 W 6500 K
    Light Color:- White

    2. Item Name:- LED Downlighter
    Item Code:- LHEEBPP5IN1W005
    Item Description:- LED Light Lumeno 5 W Round 3000 K
    Light Color:- Warm White

    For above 2 items, we have lodged complaints 3 times but regret to state that till date didn't receive any response from Havells.

    Is this the service provided by a brand ???

    Kindly check lodged complaints against registered phone no. [protected].

    Every time we receive reference number against lodged complaint but not a single representative visits till date, really unsatisfied with the service.

            I am using 1.5ton lloyd ac and it is 8n wareenty period. On 17th of may i made complain that ac is not working. ( Comp no - [protected]) . Upto 29th may nobody has visited my home and on 30th may they cancel my complain and lodge new complain on 30th may without my concern . Complain number of 30th may complain is -

            Inspite of sending too many mails, doing too many phone calls on daily base to local service provider and to customer care no body yet visited my home.
            Pathetic service provide by mr.amit bhatt owner of care services lockal service centre.

            Kindly do the needful as soon as possible otherwise i need to lodge complain in consumer court.

                  Good evening,
                  Myself Kumaravelu A residing at Sholinghur Ranipet Dist. Tamilnadu. Actually, I bought ( LLOYD AIR CONDITIONER Split AC 1.5 TON 3 STAR - LS18B32MX1) from SRI KUMARAN ELECTRONICS Sholinghur on[protected]. However, it has been one and a half years to today's date. Today[protected] I made a call to the Havells customer care and I have said the issue regarding the A/C. They also cooperated well and booked a complaint on my issue. But here the problem is today evening a technician came to see the issue. I would not say him as a technician itself as he was a small boy around '20'. He just visited and did not do anything.

                  My complaint was regarding the cooling problem in A/C but he doesn't know how to modify or overcome the issue and he is saying that he will be removing the indoor A/C fully and taking it to his place where the office is there and "he was replying that he should do the casting, dust cleaning and other stuff" is this the way how you appoint the technician and how dare he can behave with the customer like this? Similarly, how come the customer can believe or what is the guarantee of giving the A/C to those small boys?

                  Those boys made a bill around,
                  1) For normal service visit - Rs:400
                  2) General service is Rs:1500 (but the A/C will not work effectively)
                  3) Doing the full Service and solving the issue is around Rs: 3200 (but here they will remove all A/C spare parts, do some welding and clean the inside fan, etc. Since it is a new A/C I don't find any of the major problems in it. They are involving as many conditions as they wish.)

                  All the above fee payment details are said by that manager and those small boys who came don't know anything about what to do.

                  All these are taught by their office manager to these small boys. It's like a scam. But those guys did not do anything for a normal visit. They took the service charge around Rs: 400 and I have also paid them unwantedly. Though my house is near to their office, if I go by bus also that amount will not take it.

                  The SMS which I have received from the Havells as a technician will be visiting from this office Global cooling solutions Arakkonam. And this office manager is very very very very irresponsible, careless and not taking the calls also. I tried to contact him around 10 times but they were also not picking up the calls.I Am really frustrated and angry with this manager and he is arguing too much with the customer.

                  I would like to register a complaint on this office manager also of Global cooling solutions Arakkonam.Kindly warn him or else I may make a severe complaint to Havells company which will affect.

                    I have booked an service for Bengo food processor, the service person -ashok naik visited the site and checked the issue, later told the Jar is creating a issue and need to take it to office for repairing, i also handed over the jar to him. he asked me the verification code (not the satisfactory code) to acknowledge the issue and take the jar with him. after giving the verification he promise to return in 2-3 days - am waiting since week to get an update and jar, but no updates and he is also not picking up the calls.

                    i tried to reach customer care - they checked my history and told that your service request got cancelled. they raised it again - this time ticket assigned to some other engineer - again i have to tell the story to him.

                    cromo sold this product to me by telling lot of promises and features of the product. but i see the product is very pathetic and service persons are behaving unprofessional way.

                        I would like to draw your kind attention to an issue I am facing after purchasing your product CRABTREE MCB Distribution Board attached details of MCB from your dealer in Karunagappally "Luminous Electricals".
                        Since Feb 12th 2021 I made my complaint about MCB in which 2 of the switch was damaged or not working, subsequently, 1 switch was changed after a couple of months and the technician who came to replace told us he has only as of now and second he will replace by a week or 10-day max upon his next visit to Karunagappally, thereafter till this day no response and no one answer the call and now the situation is the 3rd one is also damaged.
                        I am not in India and its a really hard time for my family back home to contact Havells and sort out the issue. Meanwhile, we got the contact# of a manager named Ajay Kumar. When we discussed it with him he kept blaming us as we didn't complain which is totally unacceptable. when i was in India i called many times Mr. Shajahan also was in a managerial position and he also assured it will be solved. The excuse was that because of Covid 19 there are no shipments coming so once he receives switches he will replace it.
                        No, we keep on chasing Havells people, at last, I got the contact # of another manager named Aslam and when I talked to him his version was that the Guarantee period is finished, My question is is that my mistake ???
                        It's from the Havells team who fooled us all this long time making an excuse of Covid 19.
                        Is this the way Havells treats their customers? Or it was my wrong decision to choose Havells, it's some unprofessional people in our institution who don't know the definition of customer service.
                        Hope if there are some professional people in Havells I will at least get a response.

                            I purchased a Havells ceiling fan but the speed of the fan is very low compared to other fans in my home when it is kept in speed 4 or 3 but in speed 5 the speed is very very high.
                            What kind of service is this?
                            If I can't adjust the speed then what's the use????

                              I purchased an AC on 22nd March 2022 (all info is already registered with the app). On the 14th of May, 2022, I registered my complaint as my AC stopped cooling (service req no: "[protected]"). The task was assigned to Hiz electronics, Lucknow.

                              There were two technicians visited my residence; the first technician said "there is leakage in Union and from there all gas has leaked, I have no gas with me the other person will come and solve this problem.

                              The next technician came the next day and tried to fill the gas but his tools were defunct. He said he would visit later with new tools. After a long wait and repeated following up with customer care he finally came on Monday, 16th May 2022, and filled the gas. While checking he said, "there is a leakage in Union and a new technician will come to fix this. My job is over, and was only assigned to fill the gas". He went off and amusingly (service req no: "[protected]") closed without my consent.

                              Again I raised a new request on 17th May 2022 (service req no: "[protected]") but since then no one called me or visited me to fix the issue. I called Hiz Electronics' local customer support for an update, his response was that - Technician will visit you only when he is free.

                              So for the last 5 days, I am without AC in this scorching heat. I have asked your customer support to replace the AC if there is a fault in the machine, he said only the dealer can raise a replacement request, a customer can't. I visited the dealer shop he said he can not do anything, and asked me to approach Havells directly.

                                  I have raised the complaint by calling havells customer service on 9th May 2022 and today it is 18th May 2022 till now I have not got any call from service engineer to visit the site and address the complaint.

                                  I did follow up call with customer support almost every day, they keep tells we are escalating to higher authority, but from higher authority also no call or support.

                                  I never seen this much pathetic service support from any of the companies.

                                    We were supplied with 2 split ACs in August 2021 by one of Havell's authorised dealers (Khushi Technologies of Bangalore). Both ACs stopped cooling shortly after installation. For several months, we coordinated with the dealer who would come, refill gas and attribute the problem to random issues (monkeys in the vicinity, outside units not bolted down etc.) We took each advice and implemented. In the process, we created concrete platforms for outside units, fabricated protective casing for the outside units and all exposed parts. The problems continued and at this time the dealer stopped responding to our calls. Mr. Vijay, the MD of Khushi Technologies too has stopped answering our calls.
                                    We contacted Havells. After their technician assessed the situation, he told us that the ACs delivered were defective since there were old oil leakages inside the units.
                                    Since then both the dealer and Havells service team has been unresponsive. We raise complaints and escalations through official channels, that Havells team cancels without our authorisation or any intimation to us. Mr. Vignesh (Dep. Manager) refuses to listen to us or talk on the phone. He doesnt respond to text messages or answers his phone. Ms. Ramya once called and told us the units will be replaced, but now has stopped responding to our calls.
                                    When I asked Mr. Vignesh for contact details of his superior (Mr. Bipin Shetty or Mr. Subramaniam) to escalate the case to, he refused to share the details with us.
                                    At the time of checking the ACs, the Havells technician had removed both units from the walls and placed them on the floor. They remain in the same position for months now. (Photos attached)
                                    Both units are within warranty but our only option now is to scrap them and write them off, and buy new ACs of another company.
                                    Dismal experience from Havells and it's dealer Khushi Technologies. Their fancy customer service app or e-waste program are of no use if their back-end is broken and their employees have no regard for the money paid by their customers. Strongly recommend not to buy anything from Havells.

                                      I was purchased a Llyod window ac 1 ton through amazon for 8 inches x 10 inches Room first floor on 11/04/2022. The window ac is not proper cooling. I was two complaint registered on Llyod customer care. Mr. Asif (Engineer) was came on first complaint. He told me, stop ceiling fan then used window ac. The ceiling fan stopped and switch on window ac continuous on16 degree temperature 8-10 hours. But window ac is not provide colling.

                                      2) Then I was registered second complaint on Llyod Customer on 16 may 2022. Then Mr. Asif (engineer) call me on mobile for second complaint. He said me your ac is good and i am cancel the complaint. I am requesting to Mr. Asif (Engineer) please check ac proper, If you are not resolved my problem then forward to any senior engineer. But Mr. Asif misbehave with me and threat me. i will not fix your problem. Do whatever you want.
                                      I am request to you please take legal action on Mr. Asif (Engineer) and please replace my unit.

                                      The window ac is run around 2-3 hours in 18 degrees Celsius but room temperature is not down to 27 - 28 degrees Celsius.

                                      The window ac is not working properly. The Engineer visit in my home and not resolved my problem. I am not satisfied your service. The service is very poor. I am upset.

                                      Kindly replace my window ac unit.
