Water heater is stopped suddenly.. i have 5 years of warranty..i need service regarding

Hi friends here I am sharing my experience with Havells Company. I did by this fan on 10 oct 2021, since after installation my family's member observed that fan getting speedup to its max speed automatically hens I am technical person so first I just denied this but after examine the fan go's to max speed in just 15 min. Then I am book a call at costumer care services on 14/10/2021 ( but unfortunately that call record wiped out by changing my phone call record gone with old phone ) after 15 days their are no sine of services in November become lucky to got a visit by company's technician he change something and told be now all prob solved but he also experiences another problem in fan now fan become solver after 20 min it goes the lowest speed that you cant imagine it just spinning like hand driven. and still company did solve this issue. Here after this incidence I will not buy any Havells products in Futures

Our Havells geyser is not working since 16 days... complained to the customer care many times...but not responded yet... kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem immediately.

I bought an hair dryer back in dec 2020 from amazon India. It has stopped working abruptly. Please check into the matter and do the needful.

Our fan is not working properly from year and it's not working

Late installation

I bought a steam iron of Hacemos company.after 5-6 months it stopped to work.I called the customer card .I received a call from the technician.Gave him the iron, when went to his shop it was mended in the worst way, I denied to accept it.He put a tag on it for replace .I gave it to the shopkeeper where I bought it from .It was 30 kilometres away from my own place .I am tired of calling the responsible people but all in vain .It's almost more than 35 days since the process started, still I am waiting for my iron .
It seems as I am refilled by the v concerned people .
Please take affirmative step to handle the situation.

Our geyser is not working since 15 days. We have complained to the customer care number for 3 times. They told tht today we will come.. But not yet came and rectified the problem... Kindly look into the matter and do needful...

Last year we purchased water geyser. As on date the same is not working we have already checked with electriction, electric supply is proper but the geyser is not giving hot water.

I had bought Havells Toaster on 16th August 2020, sL nUMBER and according to warranty terms it is in warranty.
I have Called to Havells Cmplain booking number and have lodged my Toaster complain a number of times and every time Havells have assigned the service to " Fairdeal Services" and Fairdeal Services use to cancel the Service call from their side without even bothering to attend the customer, I then I have lodged complain to Havells about Toaster and about their service center Fairseal Services and have requested to assign the job to other service person than Fairdeal Services but inspite of three times lodging of request Neither Havells nor their service Center Fairdeal services is ready to attend my request. My Gyser is not working at all. Indicator on smart plug is coming but no indicator on Gyser. This issue is reported 5-6 times already. But No one has attended my previous 3 complaints as yet. I am chasing the vendor on phone but no one is responding. My complaint is pending for last 2 weeks.

I have purchased my gyser in Jul-21 and it is covered under warranty.
It is difficult to manage without a gyser in such a chilly weather.

I have purchased Havells India Electric Immersion Water Heater -Auto in the month of October. It has stopped working. It has 2 years of warranty.

Not propar work and vibration fan

Sir,
I have purchased an exhaust fan from your renowned company. But as ill luck could be, capacitor of the exhaust fan is defective the rating is 0. 8 micro farad. Picture attached. I have searched it in midnapur district town but i could not found it. Please redress my grievance.

I used first time this product. It didn't work well. I complaint on the company customer care services 5 times. The technician are not coming from past 15 days. I hv too much worst experience with this company.i hv paid for my product. But the company is ignoring my all complaints.

I have bought a oil heater of you company and no one is coming to install it. I was informed that a call will be made with in 24hours fir installation but it was not made. So plz call me

I purchased Havells Oil filled radiator at 4 Nov 2021 it is not working properly not heating room. Please resolve my problem..

Poor service of Shivam service, I have to assign plumber for removal of old geyser for which I have to pay Rs.200/-for removal, further no demo was shown for new geyser, technician is in hurry. He was not waiting for the plumber to complete the work. Very poor service.

No power...

I bought a Havells geyser on 18/12/21 and assigned with installation Ref No [protected] . Mr Sachin Kumar was supposed to have installed it on 20/12/21. My wife being a working lady, took a day's leave since Mr Sachin called up and said he will come and install it at 1430 hours. He never came. Now he does not attend our call.

Havells Customer Care assured us that some one will come at 1000 hours today (21/12/21) but so far no one has called. Its almost impossible to get in touch with Customer care now.

We cant waste another day's leave due to inefficiency of the company.
