Dear Team,

This year I've purchased 4 Havells Sagittal 1320 mm ceiling decorative fan for my home. After installing the all the fan is noising very bad. After I raised a complain and Havells engineer fixed the appointment for the same.

After visiting my home Havells engineer is saying "we can not fix". Again I called Havells customer care and given the detailed information. Again customer care registered one...

I purchase 10 pcs new Havells fans for my home. From these 10 fans 1 fan is not working properly. Please resolve this problem. Thanks...

Not attending complaint and rude behaviour service center.after three months attend complaint but not complete...

I have purchased havells Olivia fan and it’s under warranty… I’ve been in touch with there customer service team for about 16 days… all I get is I haven’t got any respond and cut the phone without proper information… it’s talking so long…...

I purchased gyser of model Ellena in 2019, it was in off condition for around one month and now I am facing a problem that it's outlet water is not coming even after sufficient pressure of water in inlet. So please suggest me the problem and provide services at the earliest....

Instant Geysers (3 Nos) need to be serviced / repaired but nothing done so far.

The local Technician closed the complaint on his own mentioning false information; have tried calling him multiple times but no response; have called Customer Care number again and explained the situation; they have registered the complaint again with new number.

Very poor...

Purchased a water purifier of Havells Alkaine based on october 2020 for my new house.
As the installation done immediately we didnt get into new house for two three months. After getting observed that water TDS is 500 and complained to Havells customer support. Technician visited and did some changes but still it is coming 375 TDS. Technician told me after u pour some water outside purifier will become normal.
Till now 6 times...

Dear Sir/Madam,
The water heater has been installed.
However the engineer used his private fasteners without asking me. He gave the excuse that the ones supplied by Havells would have broken the wall. He kept the original fasteners with him.
One of the flexible pipe was short. He asked for a two feet long pipe. he was ready to provide one at a price of Rs250, much higher than the going market price. I had to get one...

I want to complain you that my havells Trimmer get stuck and having issues so that i want you to request that please provide me service for that product...wo can resolve it...

What a pathetic service you have and please don't give warranty and cheat people as you cannot give service I am not satisfied with your service as from the day I had purchased the iron it isn't working properly and clothes are sticking and inspite of complaining also you don't value your customer and your engineer is taking the iron and returning it back without doing any work Then third time again

Gyser isn't working...

Water is not coming from geyser through tap. Plumber has already check the water pipe and tap. No problem in the tap....

Havells have been cheating on us with with fake promises.
We have a Havells Max RO Water Purifier. We raised a service request on September 6th 2021.

The technician came on 6th Sept and sold us a AMC and said he will change the components in 2 days. We have been following up with him everyday and he everyday said that he doesnt have the components...

Mistakenly arround one year back i bought a mixer grinder which is Havells Rigo & his costing is approx 2500/-rupees, i never recommended to anyone buy Hevells products much better to switch. chiness mixer, because they sold faulty products every months my mixer is Repaired even service engginer is also rude . Worst Company seen in my life …

We purchased a fan from havells, which now is making weird sounds. We complained in the customer care, but no one is giving attention to our complaint. Those people said that they will send a engineer. But nothing is happening, and its about a month. Tjere are no actions from there end. They even closed our first complain on there own, without resolving it. Now, they are not paying attention even after constantly calling them....

I have requested service with no [protected], as per sms that complaint must be attended by Mr Suresh, but that is attended by technician Mr Lovely with no knowledge . As I have received a call from your service center, they have informed me if I produce bill in front of technician he will not levied any service charges but still after producing bill, he has collected the same.
My complaint is still not resolved .

Dear Sir,

We bought a havells geyser on amazon recently.when we fix the greaser with a local plumber it is observed that heat water is coming out from the greaser very slowly(Like drops ).
You are kindly requested to send your technician to solve the Issue as soon as possible.
