We have register complain for not working of PCB . Mr. Sarfaraz from v tech service center came to our place and replaced it . but problem is he is not giving us company's original bill . After so much arguing, he gave us contact no . We called there and talked Mr.Nazir Shekh . He told the same that they will not give us bill. After that We told that we will register complain against them in Havells. he said you can do it but there is no meaning and no one will revert you.

How strange. company like Havells after sales services is ZERO. and the staff are talking so rude.

Hope Havell's team will take some good action against him .

    My 4 lights are not working. I have complained about the same 5 times but no response came. I have purchased 150 lights from Punjab Electronic Store Palwal Haryana as Mahesh Kumar

      I hav opted for an AMC plan for water purifier in the may, service dealer said your existing filters are gud now so complaint next time to change filters, later I booked slot for servicing, I asked for filter he said we will hav to check either I m saying correct or not. Since then I have requested 5 times to the service dealer to check the data and change my RO's filters, he is delaying it for more than 20 days by saying "Sir I m telling u in an hour". Since then I m getting this statement every day on my whatsapp.
      Am I paying thousands for this ?
      Or should I warn everyone in family relatives n frnds not to go for havells in the future.
      This is too much, for how long should I beg for what I have paid.

                  I have logged complaint no [protected] with Havells on 07/11/2021 12:16 PM IST. This product is under 5 years warranty. I have made multiple follow ups with the customer service, they have escalated/ highlighted my issues to the concerned team and branch service head but my problem is not resolved. I request you to take necessary action as soon as possible please....

                    I have purchased a storage water heater (gyser) on 08/11/2021 and I hv raised a request for installation on 09/11/2021 and after 48hours I called back and asked them why the technician didn't visited to my place and the person on the call answered me sir ur complaint is cancel technician has mentioned here the costumer doesn't have proper fitting arrangement I didnt understand that because without visiting my place how ur technician has mentioned that I don't have proper fitting in my house and I raised the issue again and till now I didn't recieved any call from ur tenchnical department ... I request you pls resolve my issue asap ...

                      Under Warranty Water Geyser Not Working and Complaint Unresolved since long

                      Logged complaint with Havells on 5 Nov 2021 8.45 am IST. I have made multiple follow ups with the customer service, even tried contacting customer service via Twitter but there has been no technician who has contacted me or has visited my house to address the complaint.

                      Geyser continues to remain non-working and it is really troublesome in winters.

                      Warranty is valid till 12 November 2024 but no one from Havells...

                                  I have purchased a Havells Stealth Indigo ceiling fan in May 2020 through Amazon. Initially, it was running well. But for last few months it is creating a lot of peculiar noise at low speed. The noise is so disturbing and loud that I am compelled to turn off the fan.
