    I bought the havell instanio water heater on 16th Dec 2021 at 10:am and request to install the same in same day evening and shop owner agreed with it, but after waiting till evening no calls and attendent will come to install my heater and after complaining about the delay, he says that you can complain in havell and it is not my duty and he cut the call and use abusive language with me.
    I immediately returned the product.
    Kindly look into the matter.

      I had requested for replacement of my damaged chutney jar for my Havells Momenta NV 750 on December 10, 2021. The request id is [protected]. I didn't get any response from your service personnel and when I contacted the assigned person, I got some weird replies. Later, he stopped picking up the phone.

        Sir,

        I purchased a Havells gas geyser Flagro 6L on 05 Feb 2021. It was hardly giving 4 to 5 litres of hot water initially and that also gradually reduced to almost zero ml. Finally, I raised the complaint on 08 Dec 2021. That was registered with ref no [protected] and was assigned to Sachin Kumar. The machine label was sent to him on 08 Dec 2021 and copy of tax invoice on 11 Dec 2021 (wasn't traceable on 08 Dec 2021). He did not arrive for fault rectification till the evening of 13 Dec 2021.
        Then, i enquired about the status of my complaint with Havells customer care, the reply surprised me, "the complaint had been cancelled'.

        My complaint was registered again with ref no [protected] on 13 Dec 2021 and was assigned to dipak Kumar.
        He did not call me or turned up till 15 Dec 2021 instead i received a SMS "Dear brijesh singh, Your Product Service with ref no [protected] has been assigned to Sachin Kumar. He will fix appointment before visiting - Havells". (The same person who was assigned previously).

        The service center and customer care are going funny by making such stories? Is this the response from a reputed and established company? do not sell such lower quality products and have such product service centers?

        If possible please direct technician from any other service center other than "Angel Traders" to attend the fault on top priority.

        Technician did not arrive till now to rectify the fault. The complainant numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Sorry does not solve any problem. Havells customer care and Havells service centre "Angel Traders" are playing hide and seek game with the customer. The results always speak about the efforts and hardworking.

        Fault of gas geyser rectified by Mr Sachin Kumar and Mr Chauhan at about 1430h on 17 Dec 2021. I am well satisfied with their work out put, their knowledge and behaviour. I am very happy to interact with such service centre staff.

        Thanks to the service centre team and Havells customer care centre for providing best services.

          Product Service with ref no [protected]. The small jar got stuck in socket and was not coming out. The third party vendor from Havells came and collected the mixie and said would return it in 3 days. Three days is over.. when we call them, they either don’t answer, behave rudely or lie that they will deliver but they don’t. It looks like a case of theft. The technician details change every day. Currently it’s with K Santosh Reddy with mobile number [protected]. The manager Balaji lies all the time and never gives an update. Please look into this.

            Complaint id latest [protected], refer the attachment for all the related ids.

            I have been trying since last month to resolve this issue and only I am getting is new complaint id and fake promises. I have tried every other way to get the required attention but after today call, I am really disappointed.

            Here's the scenario -

            After multiple attempts, finally I got call from Mr. Rameshwar Khamkar. He explained that part has 4 year warranty but company cannot replace it as the said part is not available as company does not manufacture it for llyod LED TV mode I use, hence I need to pay additional 10-12 k and company will give new LED.

            I denied this offer stating this is company's problem and I don't want to pay for it neither I wanted new LED TV. Why customer should pay for this company issues, you are giving 4 years warranty for said part but within that period saying not manufacturing. Company should have thought about such scenario before committing warrenty.

            Even after I denied this offer, today I got call from local vendor 'New star electronics' stating Mr. Rameshwar sent them mail stating customer is agreed to pay the additional amount. Now they are saying only way to fix the issue is by paying Rs 10-12 k. This is clear act of misleading customer to pay extra money to cover up company issues.

            Is this the way Havells work? I asked for escalation matrix which I haven't received, I asked Mr. RAMESHWAR to mail these details which he agreed but didn't do it even after follow up. I paid rs 900 where technician just came and told me this happening coz of cold, vendors are asking KKG code even before technician visit.

              Hello sir My name is ompal singh, and i purchased atleast 15 Havels fan from your company, its about a month the fan’s are not working at all, early also i complained but their is a guy called NIKHIL said i ‘m coming afterthat he just vanished, no one came to solve our problem, Now we are thinking we just had a mistake to take fans for our Home at your company.
              kindly solve our problem immediately..otherwise we wont ever buy it again in your company..and i’m gonna write very bad review about this.

                I purchased the product on 13th Nov. I have been using it without fan all this time. Yesterday, I switched on the fan in the heater and the heater automatically switched off within 30 mins. It is not turning on since then.

                Please help.

                      I complained on 6/12/2021. Till now no one came to my address to repair the heater. Please get the heater repaired as soon as possible.

                      Really worst service 1st time using your heater product very bad quality and service. I received technician mobile no from you through by msg they didn't picked my call.

                            I have purchased a 10 litter capacity electric water heater model havells Adonia on 02/11/2021 from J. J. Electricals, Agartala, Tripura west. After installation the product is not run. The service Engineer said that the circuit is not functioning and it is required to be replace. But after several persuasion with the shop and service center of Agartala and they have not taken any action in this regards.
                            Now I would request you to make necessary arrangement for replacement of my product.

                              Hi I bought a steam iron in June 2021 from heaven's. I have stopped working in November I bought it in June. That I've blocked a complaint to customer care on November 25th. A technician visited and he confirmed that the default is due to a leaked tank which is a manufacturing defect. Told me that he is going to order a new iron for me. After that he closed the complaint and the no one has called me back after that I am trying to call customer care again and again but there is no response from anyone and no 1 is trying to listen or resolve the issue. They also disconnect the call in between when we are talking so I'm not getting a resolution please help me.
