I complained on 6/12/2021. Till now no one came to my address to repair the heater. Please get the heater repaired as soon as possible.

Really worst service 1st time using your heater product very bad quality and service. I received technician mobile no from you through by msg they didn't picked my call.

        I have purchased a 10 litter capacity electric water heater model havells Adonia on 02/11/2021 from J. J. Electricals, Agartala, Tripura west. After installation the product is not run. The service Engineer said that the circuit is not functioning and it is required to be replace. But after several persuasion with the shop and service center of Agartala and they have not taken any action in this regards.
        Now I would request you to make necessary arrangement for replacement of my product.

          Hi I bought a steam iron in June 2021 from heaven's. I have stopped working in November I bought it in June. That I've blocked a complaint to customer care on November 25th. A technician visited and he confirmed that the default is due to a leaked tank which is a manufacturing defect. Told me that he is going to order a new iron for me. After that he closed the complaint and the no one has called me back after that I am trying to call customer care again and again but there is no response from anyone and no 1 is trying to listen or resolve the issue. They also disconnect the call in between when we are talking so I'm not getting a resolution please help me.

            I have raised complaint on 29th November and still its not resolved.The technician has canceled my first request and again I have raised new request [protected] but nobody has visited. AFTER SALES SERVICE IS NOT GOOD

              Since installation of this gyser by your mechanic water is leaking both from outlet and safety valve, in spite of information to both mechanic and sells person till date I didn’t get any response to resolve my this issue

                        Purchased Adonia 15 storage water water of Havels. It worked ok for about 10 days.now it is making loud noises in the storage tanki ntermittently the noise is like bursting creakers in side. It is scary to use product which is making such loud noise. This is suppose to be the top end model in this brand.

                            I purchased around 50 Havells LED lights. But after a few days they started getting faullty one by one. I made a complaint to the company on whatsapp number [protected]. But I didn't receive any response although it should have been replaced being under guarantee period. Local LED lights are cheaper and much better than Havells LED lights. What is surprising is no response from such a reputed company.

                                  I have a Havells Monza DX 15 lit. Water heater purchased on 08/11/2019 and it suddenly stopped working on 30/11/2021. I log a complaint with reference no. [protected] and representative says water tank, heating element, electrical wires etc. all got damaged due to hard water & cannot be repaired. Surprise to know a water heater is damaged by water itself and that too in just 2 years time whereas it has 7 years warranty for inner container & 2 years warranty for electrical components. Should we purchase a water heater & throw it after warranty gets over & purchase a new one again !!!

                                    I have bought havells geyser 3 ltr on 14/11/2021 but after installation it didnt worked. Now company has changed the Coil, but as per product specification Heating Element was supposed to be used as Copper but Havells cheated customer with steel Heating Element. I asked technician about the same but he said he is using what company has provided. As per Product Specification Heating element should be copper and in warranty period it should be replaced by copper only.

                                        I have purchased electric hot water tap from amazon on sep 2021 . But when engineer visit for installation hot water function of tap didnt work.
