What a pathetic service you have and please don't give warranty and cheat people as you cannot give service I am not satisfied with your service as from the day I had purchased the iron it isn't working properly and clothes are sticking and inspite of complaining also you don't value your customer and your engineer is taking the iron and returning it back without doing any work Then third time again
I had filed a complaint against it on 10 th September but till date there is no service provided .I had called your services engineer but he is not receiving the call so please don't fool people by giving warranty as you can't provide customer what they need

Gyser isn't working

Water is not coming from geyser through tap. Plumber has already check the water pipe and tap. No problem in the tap.

Havells have been cheating on us with with fake promises.
We have a Havells Max RO Water Purifier. We raised a service request on September 6th 2021.

The technician came on 6th Sept and sold us a AMC and said he will change the components in 2 days. We have been following up with him everyday and he everyday said that he doesnt have the components and they have not arrived.
This went on till 15th September.

We called the customer care again and they said that the service request have been closed. This was so shocking and dissapointing.

He again raised a complaint and said a technician will service the purifier on 15th or 16th Sept. On 16th September, I got a call in the morning by a technician saying that the warranty on our RO is expired and wanted to sell me an AMC AGAIN. I sent the previous AMC bill to him over whatsapp and then he never contacted me.

We have been sitting without any response from Havells since then and no one has bothered to come or contact us.

This is a very very pathetic company and pathetic service. People just want to sell AMC to you and vanish. No service is being done.

I also asked for a money refund for the AMC we purchased but no response.

My last resort will be to contact CONSUMER COURT and sue Havells.

Mistakenly arround one year back i bought a mixer grinder which is Havells Rigo & his costing is approx 2500/-rupees, i never recommended to anyone buy Hevells products much better to switch. chiness mixer, because they sold faulty products every months my mixer is Repaired even service engginer is also rude . Worst Company seen in my life …

We purchased a fan from havells, which now is making weird sounds. We complained in the customer care, but no one is giving attention to our complaint. Those people said that they will send a engineer. But nothing is happening, and its about a month. Tjere are no actions from there end. They even closed our first complain on there own, without resolving it. Now, they are not paying attention even after constantly calling them.

I have requested service with no [protected], as per sms that complaint must be attended by Mr Suresh, but that is attended by technician Mr Lovely with no knowledge . As I have received a call from your service center, they have informed me if I produce bill in front of technician he will not levied any service charges but still after producing bill, he has collected the same.
My complaint is still not resolved .
Kindly resolve my complaint and refund my service charges

We bought a havells geyser on amazon recently.when we fix the greaser with a local plumber it is observed that heat water is coming out from the greaser very slowly(Like drops ).
You are kindly requested to send your technician to solve the Issue as soon as possible.

My fan is not functioning properly

I had filed a complaint against you earlier also. Who after that had also accepted my complaint on 31 October but after that.Today is 2nd september but till now your service boy has not completed his service.
At least I called your service guy 50 times in which 2 times recive and said we don't have time right now and made an argument with me

Thi has reference to the service request No BOF290821FS00339.registered with you according executive visited at home and serviced my AC.
I also informed you that water comes from indoor unit and accordingly informed to the technician he has called up to the distributor where he had taken the pictures of the unit and sent.He said part is come from the company which takes time. My invoice no is SLA105RS1860701 dated 18.06.2021.

Pls resolved the issue earliest to escalate further

I have user of havells instanio geyser since three year, but right now my electronic gyeser problem of water lecakge.

Somethign is wrong with the geyser and when i am trying to switch it on i dont fine any thing on and even the water is not getting warm or hot
