I purchased a geyser 23.06.2021, it got disfunctioned after two days of my purchase. when i complaint about you the company replaced the geyser. But again after 10 days it got disfunctioned and emit loud sounds like before. i want to replace and change the model as soon as possible....

I have purchased 9 fans all have some voice...

We had purchased a rice cooker last year and it was giving problem since its inception. When we complained from [protected] and [protected], last three months no resolution was provided. They close calls without resolving. Every time they ask for 15 days time for resolution. Last one month it is down. The current complaint number is [protected]. Please help by replacing immediately....

Have purchased 3 water heaters from you.
being a renowned brand i was assured good service, however to my it was amazing to see the poor response that I am not able to get these water heaters installed after repeated calls to your contact centers.

i first called on 19th Jul 2021, case no. [protected].
was told i get a call from the technician, and he did call saying he is coming in 10 mins, however, and ever...

Hello dear my 3 ltr hevells geyser not working so please repaire soon as possible....

I purchased 3 fans. One is making noose. No one cares aboutmu complaint. Very pathetic customer service. Poor service.

Since the day one of installation in May 2021, all the 5 fans are having following issues:
(1) making irritating noises at low speed levels.
(2) All these fans have different speed of rotation at the same speed level setting.
(3) Some of them rotates like 2nd speed level when set at 1st level....

We purchased above fan from sanzari jaipur day one faulty they repaired and gave please note no replacement now we complained on april 2021 with another problem of rod tight screw is not working still not solved and unfortunately and surprisingly your technician mahesh Saini closed the complain of his own is this the way to handle customer complain with in guarantee period, we contacted him many time but he is having always some good reason,...

This product is having some issue it is making Heavy sound and also have some Touching sound.. This is really bad experience with this product plz provide some service or replace this fan....

I purchased AC in 2019 ...from the starting it's not working every time I used to make service request and have to give 500/- amount to technician again and again ...what kind of ac you gave me only few days back it got repaired ...but today still same error (E5) displaying ...please do the needful other wise I have to go legal assistance ...AC details are attached and I made service request again...

I purchased water pump motor model number CMV 20 D on 08.07.2021 and
today is 13.07.2021. Only 5 days passed motor is not operatable.

While using fans, fan is making sound ....

I have purchased a lloyd air conditioner in April 2021, from very initial day it is not working well...in name of cooling it is slightly better than fan only...i had lodged a complain to company earlier also.. company service man came and detected some gas leakage issue...after resolving that functioning did not improved well...after that they changed coils. Nothing was useful. it is still d same...i am highly disappointed with your company...
