Havells water electric heater does not work.it was not on mode

Please provide service as soon as possible.

Hi,
I purchased one remote Havells fan with light on 21st May'21 .
But few days before I found some noise coming inside the fan. So raised a complain in Havells and two technician came to fix my issue. But they won't able to fix the sound issue and did some wrong connection in the fan which results the pcb problem and my fan stopped working.
They left and said they will come next day with new pcb and will fix the issue. But they didn't came after and I called customer care multiple time to fix my issue but no body is coming. The number provided by Customer care is showing busy.
My fan was good, at least it was working . Now it stopped due to this unprofessional electrician who don't know about remote fan and their function.

Now they cancelled my ticket without resolving the issue.
I request Havells to resolve my issue asap or provide me a new fan.

I have ordered Havells Pocket Shaver on 05 /08/2021. And the product is not working even after charging the shaver.

Please consider the replacement of this product or its repairing.

हमने होली एंजल पब्लिक स्कूल बाड़मेर में 5 साल पहले Havells के नवकार इलेक्ट्रॉनिक से स्विच लगवाए थे, जो कि कुछ समय बाद ही खराब होने लग गए | इसकी बार-बार कंप्लेन करने पर एक दो बार आदमी आया और कुछ स्विच बदलकर गया | इसके बाद भी लगभग 80 से 90% switch खराब पड़े हैं | जिसकी बार-बार कंप्लेन करने पर भी कोई कार्य नहीं हो रहा है | कृपया कर इस समस्या का शीघ्र समाधान करावे|

This fan was installed on[protected] at my new house. But on 29th - 7-2021 it is not functioning

Fan has been making noise like hell even after repair . Havells is a true Chinese Company.

I purchased a geyser 23.06.2021, it got disfunctioned after two days of my purchase. when i complaint about you the company replaced the geyser. But again after 10 days it got disfunctioned and emit loud sounds like before. i want to replace and change the model as soon as possible.

I have purchased 9 fans all have some voice

We had purchased a rice cooker last year and it was giving problem since its inception. When we complained from [protected] and [protected], last three months no resolution was provided. They close calls without resolving. Every time they ask for 15 days time for resolution. Last one month it is down. The current complaint number is [protected]. Please help by replacing immediately.

Have purchased 3 water heaters from you.
being a renowned brand i was assured good service, however to my it was amazing to see the poor response that I am not able to get these water heaters installed after repeated calls to your contact centers.

i first called on 19th Jul 2021, case no. [protected].
was told i get a call from the technician, and he did call saying he is coming in 10 mins, however, and ever since i have been calling him and only getting dates.

i have also talked to customer care 5 times where my calls were disconnected when asked for a supervisor.

Hello dear my 3 ltr hevells geyser not working so please repaire soon as possible.

I purchased 3 fans. One is making noose. No one cares aboutmu complaint. Very pathetic customer service. Poor service.
Fan model ES 50

Since the day one of installation in May 2021, all the 5 fans are having following issues:
(1) making irritating noises at low speed levels.
(2) All these fans have different speed of rotation at the same speed level setting.
(3) Some of them rotates like 2nd speed level when set at 1st level.

We purchased above fan from sanzari jaipur day one faulty they repaired and gave please note no replacement now we complained on april 2021 with another problem of rod tight screw is not working still not solved and unfortunately and surprisingly your technician mahesh Saini closed the complain of his own is this the way to handle customer complain with in guarantee period, we contacted him many time but he is having always some good reason, today we did complain again

Would really need replacement of this faulty pc we got from you ASAP other than this we don't have option left to review your products as worst as well as consumer forum will be the last station to meet you

This product is having some issue it is making Heavy sound and also have some Touching sound.. This is really bad experience with this product plz provide some service or replace this fan.
