Fan speed is very slow, it seems capacitors problem....

I registered a complaint on the 3rd of May, that the oven wasn’t heating, the technician visited and I was told that the thermostat wasn’t working, 2 days later the thermostat was replaced but the oven the oven was still not heating! Was told that will get more parts and visit again, that visit is pending for the last 60 days!!! Havells Service is really horrible. I have raised complaint on 14-06-21 and till date 25/06/2021 about air cooler is not working.

I have sent an email to the higher management and few more guys as well but looks like all of them are same shoes and they are not in mood to take any action.

Till now no assistance from havells and they are not even bother to inform whats going on. This is brand new product (45 days...
