Instance water geyser not providing hot water and also leakage in water outlet pipe

My complaint for non working of my food processorfor the last two months. I booked complaints through app, first vide JOB[protected]dated 22.6.2021 and when its status was showing closed, again booked another complaint vide JOB[protected] dated 29.6.2021. Till date no person visited my place for attending and now the status of my complaints is again showing closed. also called at call centre for about more than 10 x and emailed for more than 20 times at customer care of Havells but all my efforts gone in vain my complaint is not yet attended by any of the engineer however on both my complaints on AP the status is showing closed I am attaching the screenshots of my complaints for ready reference now I am fed up with the after sale services of Havells and is planning to go to consumer courts for resolving my complaint as well as for the compensation of harassment faced by me

I purchased AC in 2019 ...from the starting it's not working every time I used to make service request and have to give 500/- amount to technician again and again ...what kind of ac you gave me only few days back it got repaired ...but today still same error (E5) displaying ...please do the needful other wise I have to go legal assistance ...AC details are attached and I made service request again

I purchased ceiling fan from pokharna sales Bhilwara on 31.3.21 since then fan incurring noise. I registered online complaint on 10.7.21 but still technician not attended complaint

Dear Sir,
I purchased water pump motor model number CMV 20 D on 08.07.2021 and
today is 13.07.2021. Only 5 days passed motor is not operatable.

We thought there could be some defected part. we filed a complaint to customer care for the resolution but this is 3rd day in a row we are contacting customer care executive. They commit daily that service person will come and check the issue, but no one is coming.

Remember one thing Sir, we are small farmers we can not afford delay in this work. Rainy season is the season time for new crops. if we will get delayed in planting, this will create a huge loss for us.

If you can not resolve the issue, just let us know we will look for some other alternative but please do not give us fake commitments.

Request you to please look into this matter and resolve the concern ASAP.

While using fans, fan is making sound .

I have purchased a lloyd air conditioner in April 2021, from very initial day it is not working well...in name of cooling it is slightly better than fan only...i had lodged a complain to company earlier also.. company service man came and detected some gas leakage issue...after resolving that functioning did not improved well...after that they changed coils. Nothing was useful. it is still d same...i am highly disappointed with your company air conditioner. Till now I have raised 15 service requests for the new brand ac. Recent one is [protected]. Very disappointed by your brand and services. Damaged product is thrown at my face and you are doing repairs for the new product. I want total replacement only. If you didn't provide the replacement I should have approached consumer court at any cost. I will file suit for my mental torture also. Get ready for that.

Fan speed is very slow, it seems capacitors problem.

I registered a complaint on the 3rd of May, that the oven wasn’t heating, the technician visited and I was told that the thermostat wasn’t working, 2 days later the thermostat was replaced but the oven the oven was still not heating! Was told that will get more parts and visit again, that visit is pending for the last 60 days!!! I called the technician and was told that I should get in touch with Mr. Mukesh which I did and was assured that the complaint will be addressed shortly. I have even shared the bill wil him on his WhatsApp and was told he has sent a mail to either have the oven or the parts replaced and would let me know the status on Monday ie 28th June . No revert from mr Mukesh and it was chasing him again and he ignoring my calls, to the excuses that he was out of town and the parts for replacement have been received and the technician will come and sort it out the next day ie 2nd of July. There has been no news from mr Mukesh nor has the technician visited till date ! Today ie 9th July I called the Havells customer care and narrated my complaint only to be be told that the complaint had been closed as I didn’t have a bill!!! Can you imagine my shock that after all the chasing and calling the customer care only to be told that after more than 2 months the complaint was closed as they have a certain time frame to complete the complaint... only wish the complaint has been truly been addressed! Such Miserable service from Havells... !!! NEVER EVER AM I FOING ANY WHERE NEAR A HAVELLS PRODUCT...

I purchased havells Celia-i Air cooler on Feb 2021 the cooler cooling stopped working after 1 month of purchase,

i registered a complaint, no one attended Complaint req no:[protected], after a month again i raised complaint complaint req no:[protected], the technician came and checked told pump is not working, said this model pump is not available i will fix a small pump i rejected the small pump installation and he told need to order, i waited 7 days after i called SLV Traders they are not receiving the calls and not giving any update.

The worst product and service i experienced in my life

Have shifted to a new flat at Gurgaon. Had requested the Builder to install Havells Ceiling fans. Dissapointed since a couple of fans are noisy.
My brother in law Mr. Arun Batra (Delhi Electric Co., Southe Extension, New Delhi has been one of your biggest dealers and now you have opened a Co. showroom in the premises).

I purchase cooler 2 month ago but water pump is not working from 15 days I visited to dealer but not get satisfactory support kindly do help

I bought a beard trimmer BT5112C on 16/05/2021 from Emkays super market.pulickal kavala.kottayam .When it is used, it causes scarring on the face.so I complained in the shop on next day.But to date they have not found a solution.I have no use with this trimmer.My contact number is [protected]

Our table fan havells not working it was stoppend before 1 month plz check the prblm and slove urgently we requires that product.

NEGLIGENCE TOWARDS CUTOMERS HEALTH ISSUES. WHO WOULD BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HEALTH ISSUES DUE TO SMELL IN WATER OF GEYSER. I have complained many times about the smell in water of the geyser . The technicians come and says that this problem never occurs and just come up with a temporary solution and just cleans the geyser . For one month the problem is resolved but after one month the problem reoccurs. Everymonth I have to go through this . Your technicians can't figure out the real problem. There is no smell in the inlet water of the geyser but there is smell in outlet water of the geyser . The technicians always say that this problem never occurs . We also know this problem is not common and not occurs . But this problem is happening. We are facing health hazards . Who would be responsible if we would have health issues because of this . I want a permanent solution to this problem. If you can't figure out the problem take the geyser and give it to your research team and replace my geyser . I have spent more than the cost of the geyser on the checking of the whole water system in my home and then we figured out the real problem is in the geyser. This kind of negligence towards your customers problems is not acceptable . This kind of service is disappointing. Either provide a permanent solution or replace my geyser .

Even though two times person from havell visited but issue is still there.
