I had perchased Havells juicer mixer grinder on 24/10/20. It's grinding jar is not working properly. Kindly let me know what can be done in this regard the Product is still under warranty.

I bought Havells Mixi Grinder 500 Watt in Jan 2021 which is not working.I request you to kindly repair my mixer grinder.

We procure 2 Nos 10 liter water heater during Oct'2018. which was serviced by third party service person in April 2021, we have noticed water leaking inside the water heater and has got tripped . Last week 05.06.2021 we lodged complaint thro' toll free number, service person Mr Siva (Mobile No.[protected])has come and attended the fault. He has removed the overflow water from the bottom of the water heater cleaned by cloth and collected service charge of Rs.250/-, but he doesn't know why water is leaking . After 3rd day again water leaking and got tripped, we are unable to use the water heater . Inspite of our reapted request that the service person he hasn't properly answered to resolve the issue . Kindly depute some knowledgeable service person to attend the fault. We will not make any payment for the same

The service guy of my AC didn't do the service properly..he just clear the dust..I am really unsatisfied by the guy your company sent for service ..my Havells contact no.is [protected]...the service guy just didn't did his service at all. Why is he talking the salary from you and not delevering proper service even.

I have purchased a Havells Friddo Cooler on 10th May 2021. But within a week the problems started. Firstly on 15th may 2021 air cooling knob was broken. I called customer care and issue was not resolved and ticket was closed they told due to lock down spare parts are not coming second time now that is today on[protected] motor stopped working i have raised new service ticket from the app . I guess i have purchased a defective piece. And now i have to suffer with this cooler each and every day. But question is why???. Why should i suffer??
You don't have required items in your stock then how can i be sure that my problem will get resolve. Please don't give this type of products in which you guys dont have the required parts.
I have been using Havells fans for very long, so i thought i should buy a havells Cooler. I have spend Rs 15, 000 in buying Havells cooler, but that was all waste of money. I am fade up with this.
So I request you to look into the issue seriously and replace my Cooler. because i don't this piece can be corrected and this cooler is in warranty now.

When I had ordered the product from flipkart, in the description it has written that it is anti dust ceiling but it is not working now a layer of dust is appearing on the blades.

I have contacted havells several times, mailed them, called them but there is not a single response from thier end to atleast call back to thier customer and give thier consent. I have purchased ht cable 95sqmm 3 core for electric supply of worth 50lacks, but such untoward attitude and irresponsible attention towards makes worsen of such a reputed firm.

My product is in guarantee and I make a service request because my product is stop working, but then servicer contact me, they will say I replace your products and give me a another trimmer but those trimmer is not same with my trimmer and also price of this trimmer is low as my trimmer and also very cheap trimmer

First Complaint raised on May 9th, 2021 following the system alert from the purifier.

The service Executive got in touch with us on 13th May, 2021 for which we made a payment of Rs 400 inspite of having an AMC.After 20 minutes of service there was water leakage which we informed immediately and he said he would come immediately and rectify but he didn't turn up.

Constantly we called him but he wasn't answering any calls.

Also there are some protocols that your service executives follow- like wearing hair cover, leg cover(which he didn't wear).

Since he didn't turn up, we raised another complaint on 16th May, 2021 post which we only received calls asking for details of complaint but no one came.

Since lockdown continued, getting executives was difficult.. Now the machine has completely stopped functioning.

We raised a complaint on 1st June, 2021 again.

Today (2nd June)a service guy came, he said internal electrical parts needs to be changed and hence raising this complaint. This guy said he would come to repair in a day or two but really not sure.

We have spent close to Rs 20000 on the machine and because of the negligent attitude of MR RAJASEKHAR REDDY, we are at loss. Expecting a strict action against this Executive- RAJASEKHAR REDDY!

I purchased a trimer from Flipkart one and half year ago and the product is in 2 year guarantee but suddenly trimer stop working . I submit my complaint in the Havells app and customer care number but my service request cancel without any reason but I am repeat this service request 3 to 4 time but all the request cancelled . I requested that you will give service soon

Sir, The motor of my cooler is not working. It is in warranty period. I expect a quick service as per company reputation.

I have purchased Havells exhaust fan 2.5 years back and its not working now .Can some one look into that pls .

Cooler system was not working after 1 year of purchase and havels took almost 1 month to repair in year June 2020 with inferior quality.
Now again water pumping system not working

Many time I called, requested but still pending .
No any response from Havells .
Now I will not buy any of the Havells products and same will tell to others.

This is about to Complainant of my food processor which was registered on 30/04/2021 having complaint no[protected] but nobody has come to attend the complainant and cancell the same without informing me.Again complaint was registered against comply no[protected] but again no action has been taken by Havels.
Pls do the needful at the earliest.
