Havells mixers is not running

I have purchased Havells Benzo food processor on August 2019. After that all the 03 jars were under service several times as they are defective. Also my main Unit was faulty in October 2020. I don't have particulars of service during 2019. I have some dates in 2020 when my product was in your service center are,

I request you to change my product as it is continuously on ventilator since purchase. It's warranty is only for 02 years. i.e. it is expiring in August 2021 and I am sure it will not work properly. My last service reference is Regarding Job[protected] CRM:0061410

I bought a product on 6 June 2020 from Amazon and now it is not working.
Previous complaint have all been closed without informing me. Previous job ID are :[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] which are closed.
I want to claim my 2 year warranty.

Havells fan not working since many days

30 swich, 5 power plug, 3pin are damage propraly. Light fitting me sb khrab ho chuka h Sare switch bekar ho chuke h. Please solve my probulem

A complaint has been lodged in service centre on 17 Mar 21 regarding repair of water gas geyser 06 ltr (no flame is observed in gas geyser burner for which complaint has been lodged), on my complaint, service centre arranged technician, who repairs the electric geyser, whereas I am in possession of geyser. This was brought to the knowledge and your customer care officials escalated my requested to higher-ups trice, but no action taken so far to deputes so far. I request to look into and do the needful.

I have purchased 2 Nicola fans 6months ago, one of the fans is making huge noise since the purchase. Per some suggestions, that the noise gets reduced after few months o[censored]se, I have waited till date but of no use.

I raised a ticket to havells and technician replaced the shaft, however the issue remains same.

I have raised another ticket and there is no response from them(cancelled the ticket without resolving[protected].

It looks like they are selling defective pieces and models in the market as I see multiple users facing same noise issue from fan.

I have been trying to have my Purifier serviced from last 2 weeks and despite of being very clear on the request NO effort is being made to address the issue. Contacted the customer service Numerous times only to hear the assurances and never a concrete action. Contacted Twitter and Still not getting any results. The purifier filters are declining and must be serviced immediately but all I am getting is - Nothing. I received some really good feedback about the Service of Havells and that's the reason opted for a purifier from them, but guess things change all the time..

I bought moja digi 3months ago . It's not heat

Very bad product, not works good, too expensive than iron but zerp productivity, demo techinicians try to satisfy me forcefully, no hearing about complaints, very bad company

I have purchased Havells ro one and half year before but very poor service.they will not contact us for any service and even not a single part changed by company itself.when we decided to purchase this product they told us three free services but not a single free service provide from the company.

The middle filter of air purifier needs to be changed as advised by Mr Amarjeet who attended first complaint on 8 Feb from Krish enterprises. Subsequently on 10 feb second complaint for replacement of filter was made. Despite several calls to Mr Amarjeet, who first said he was unwell and then said he will come on 27 Feb. Now he does not respond to mobile calls. Kindly ensure that the filter (B) is replaced at the earliest.

My mobile [protected]. Geyser 15L i baught in oct 2020 was giving current. I complained number of times, company tech attended but problem remained same for three months. Now past few days this items has stopped working completely.
It is very embracing that i m struggling with no results. Feeling so sorry having baught this company product

I have purchased Havells motor first time but motor is not working and i contact seller but he aungwished me. So i don't know what i purchase WY i purchased this one nor seller did me new one nor replace so i want to your goodself as humtraian basis i pay for yur product WY u punish poor people. Itz last time know i can follow this in social media abt yur concentration.

We are using havells fan.

within period of warranty; fan blade got rust after buying in a year. So I request you to kindly replace it and give me new blades.

Water is not passing through safety valve

Bought a havells geyser for kitchen last year..the geyser has not worked even a single day. there is a massive leakage of water from day 1 due to which we have never been able to use it.
there have been multiple complaints and visits .repair seems to be done but it still leakes and doesn't work.
need a solution asap.
the geyser needs to be replaced. have put many request but they seem to be ignoring the same.

copy of the last complaint is attached. no call has been received yet from 6th Jan.

I am writing in great despair and annoyance to inform regarding the shoddy quality of your product and the pathetic customer service support provided by Havells and standard for addressing of the problem.

I had bought standard water heater last year in the month of November’2019. From the beginning itself the product had a problem of leakage. During the installation itself it was evident but the service engineer did not acknowledge it and fooled us by saying it is a minor issue and did some temporary quick fix to tricked us into believing that it had been fixed.

The same problem had resurfaced and we contacted the customer care again for this complaint. The service engineer visited and told us that this is a manufacturing issue and the water heater will have to be replaced by the company under warranty. But since that day we have been running pillar to post for the redressal of this complaint but to no avail. The service engineer is not picking up calls and not providing any updates. We even contacted head office but they also have stopped responding to us.

It has been more than one month since logging the complaint but we are yet to hear from them for information on our complaint. Is this how customers are being harassed by havells who puts faith in them and buy their product. This is not less than mental harassment and seems some sort of punishment to stop the customer from buying havells product in the future.

I am writing to you as last resort as I do not know what else to do in order to get my product replaced/ rectified. Request to get the problem resolved at the earliest
