Stock pic damage

I have already made a complaint regarding installation of water heater of Instanio Prime. They gave a number and said they will call you on 16. it is 18 already no one called and when I contacted him he didn't care ..he just gave another number who was also uninterested to make any installation. And Havells promised that no charge will be incurred if it is in municipality but they said there is a charge...You people are lying. This is really disturbing and distasteful.

It is not working since yesterday.

I have a problem with geyser. Please send a service man. For resolve geyser problem

Switch of bulb is not working properly.

I have purchased the Havells geyser product today and completed the registration yesterday and informed customer care for sending the field technician for installation of the product. However there is no response from the customer care centre and there is no support from Havells Seller from whom we have bought the product.

Could you please register the complaint and address the issue at the earliest.

But one fan running speed very slow

Panel board for boring is not working. When we give switch than after 30/40 second it stopped functioning and shows yellow light that is motor trip

I bought a geyser from flipkart which was delivered on 31 st Oct after calling flipkart nd havells regularly finally a so called engineer came on 4th Nov, nd he straight away told me that if any damage is done to my wall and if tiles gets broken he is not responsible, I told him to do the installation carefully but the ### who had zero knowledge started hammering my tiles nd the geyser plate very badly, nd as a result broke my newly renovated bathroom tiles and also water is constantly leaking from the geyser, also geyser is shaking, that is not fixed properly. I just want to know who is to be held responsible for these damage or any accident if it happens to me, as your engineer who is not engineer i would say his skill level was poor then a labour, on what basis havells hires these ###s to damage property and life of others and what action havells would take now, otherwise I will refrain from buying any havells product in future and ask everyone so. If you people cannot hire skilled technicians why u say that outside installation will void warranty, let me tell you my plumber is far more skilled than your engineer.

I would like to take the opportunity to bring to your notice about the non-working of our New Havells ceiling fans . i purchased it before one month back i.e.[protected] i purchased 7 ceiling fans model no. 1250m stealth Air Fan H in that 2 are working rest of 5 fan not working. requesting them to give new 5 fans

nearly 50 times called to havells customer care but no one responding.

I am Gurmeet Singh i buy a new Jucier feom Ghai Elctricals o 25/05/2020 vide bill No.224 and i also pay Rs.2849.70 at purchaing time.But Jiucers all parts are not assemmebled properly, i comlaaint for it many times but myb problem has the same. so please solve my problem a soon as posssible

Button of geyser has been stuck in on position. It is not switching off. And some others buttons are also facing the same problem

Overload switch gone for 2.2 kw single phase motor.

I have raised complaint to replace switches of 16A. I have been raising and keep on raising complaints and those technical team keep on closing the request. No escalations route at all

For last one year ever since the said RO was installed at my premises nobody from company checked the pH of water coming out of water filter.

Yesterday it was checked through local service franchisee and was 6.5 pH which is acidic in nature and unhealthy for drinking purpose and the same was reported to local service franchisee and company's service head at Indore. But so far neither of them have taken any prompt action to control this damage caused to customer.

I am highly dissatisfied with such type of attitude of the company who is bothered to provide acidic drinking water to its customer after selling alkaline water filter RO.

I am Abhya singh your customer, I have ceiling fan of your company and the blade holding bracket got broken fortunately no body got hurt. I complained to get the blade holding bracket but till now issue not resolved it’s pending almost for a year. Ceiling fan is FHCFCSTBAN48 Florence. Please get it rectified soonest. The post sale services of Havells is really going bad.

tooth brush and clean INTERNAL UNIT Condenser fins and filter they dont have proper tools like comb for condenser fins clean ?
after he required step ladder or bench for outdoor unit clean when we arrange he said im bring pump for outdoor unit cleaning they dont have pump ?
now im awaiting for yours technical Engineer ?
please this is very sincerely concern
wastage of time due to not proper team and tools
please arrange qualified skill technician
