I had purchased 10 watt led panel on 21/11/2019. Total number of panels are 18 out of which 3 are not working. I request you send your repairing man aa soon as possible.

          I purchased a fan on 2nd august 2020. Of price: 3806.
          I paid the price through my credit card. I received it today and your executive told that the payment mode is cod. And took back the fan back.

            I had purchased 2 water heaters on 10th dec 2019. Since purchase, there has been recurring breakdown experienced of both the water heaters. Each time, your engineers visited the site and provided repair services but within couple of days, the heaters brokedown again rendering the machine useless. Each time your engineers persuaded to provide the happy code to close the complaints without actually removing the defect or providing any replacements. My last complaint was lodged in feb-mar which was closed by your engineer just on call even without visiting my home. Due to lockdown, i could not raise any complaints as mobility was restricted within the society.

            Further details are as below

            Water heater make : havells instanio 3 ltr electric water heater
            Purchased from : royal electricals & hw stores, shanti nagar, mira road
            Product serial no. : fnigeca06989 and fnigeca06991
            Date of purchase : 10th december 2019

            I tried calling your helpline and also tried to put whatsapp complaint but it is totally customer unfriendly. The artificial intelligence (Ai) used on both platforms to register complaints is useless and developed without customer centric approach and far from making any effort to register and resolve customer grievance. I have also raised a written complaint on 27th june on [protected]@havells.com but no one has even bothered to respond.

            This is pathetic service and a misnomer to the reputation of havells.

              Hello
              I have bought a iron last year which stopped working within 2 months. Later on i complained nd company ppl picked up for repairing. Later on they said it won't be repaired soo you will get a new iron in replacement. Then i approached the dealer cum distributor of your company - mega sales, near gitanjali sq nagpur, maharashtra, from where i have bought the iron. They said they have left the distribution of havells soo they can't do anything. Then i came to know diffrent distributor at ravi nagar opp sen gupta hospital. When i narrated them the story they also said he cant exchange and u have to call customer care only. I called them again they took the iron but no revert from them. Finally almost after a year i got my same old iron back.

              Now you only tell me who will get the iron changed when your technical team already said that the iron cannot be repaired.

                I have purchased Havells water purifier last December and within 1 months of the purchase the purifier stopped working. We informed the technician and he serviced the purifier and was working fine for 2 months. Again the same problem happened. Normally it takes only 45 minutes for the full purification. But now it takes almost 1.5 hours. During this period the water purifier has been serviced almost 4 times.

                Since the machine is not working properly even after frequent servicing of almost 4 - 5 times we would like to replace our unit with a new one.

                So kindly request you to kindly assist in our matter as quickly as possible.

                      Hello, sir complaint as per that i had purchased havells fan but within 10 to 15 days fan has breakdown (Some parts creating problems) our product is under warranty but the technicians came or told us you have to purchase parts otherwise it will not work properly. As per warranty rules of new fan products parts or service free but they refuse to change without money. They cheat us so, kindly request all of you take some action against shopkeeper..
                      And the details of shopkeeper mentioned in the bill which is attached with this mail.

                        Swallow well jet pump/ not working

                        I purchased the shallow well jet pump from shri sai sanitary and paint store mohammdi road, Gola (Kheri) on date 21st may 2018 with 2 years warranty. But the product was stop working from the last week of April 2020, for that I have called many time to havells costumer care and complaint it .
                        The engineer came to my home but told for replacement of product.

                          Purchased a pedestrian fan one month back directly from e shop of havells. This new fan, new product of havells in breakdown since last 15 days, worked for 5 days only after product delivery.
                          Raised call with customer care, number#"[protected]" dated 20 june, technician attended the call on 24th june and close the ticket without making fan in working condition.
                          Again raised the tkt on 24th june, request no. "[protected]" and closed by havells without providing the service and wrong and false comment that area is containment zone.
                          Called their customer care again on 2nd july and was put on hold for than 30 minutes, this is totally harassing from havells end.

                          Havells India team as since purchasing this fan has worked for 2 hours, please refund my invoice amount and take back your fan.

                          This is really disappointing that after purchasing premium fan of amount approx INR 5600, not worked for more that 2 hours since arrive of this fan.

                          This is really in a way harassments by Havells India. Customer executive simply put up on waiting.

                          As per is not with Havells India for the Andonia premium fan model, urge to replace the fan with new or refund my amount. Seeing post sale support and many faults in newly purchased fan, seeking refund of my invoice amount.
                          I'm cursing the day when I decided to Purchase a pedestrian Havell premium fan "Aindrila Premium" dated 14th May'20. That's finally delivered post with numerous follow ups on 5th June,
                          after 20 Days.

                          THE PREMIUM FAN BY HAVELLS INDIA AFTER WAITING OF 20DAYS, PROVIDED
                          SERVICE FOR COUPLE OF DAYS AND NOT FUNCTIONING SINCE THEM.

                          WORST POST SALE SERVICES FACED BY ANY COMPANY IN MY LIFE. RAISED
                          SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AFTER ALMOST WASTING MY MORETHAN 45 MINUTES,
                          EVERYTIME TRIED TO REACH CUSTOMER CARE TO RAISE COMPLAINT.

                          And surprisingly, every time the ticket is getting closed by havells with false comments like containment area, customer not picking up phone etc..and fact is that they don't have spare parts in their stock.

                            No customer service

                            I have bought havells fan on 16/06/2020. After one day of installation it was not working properly so I lodged service request. 2 technicians visited but none of them were able to rectify the issue instead of that another technician blown up the fuse and pcb circuit and left the fan in even more bad condition. Since then I have not heard from any havells executive that when they will change the fan. Neither of them pics the call whom number...

                              It is for your kind information that i made a call to customer care number [protected] on dated 02.06.2020, 06.06.2020, 16.06.2020 and 19.06.2020 for servicing o[censored]v plus water purifier. Every time customer care representative assured me that the technician will visit for servicing but till date no one has visited for servicing. I am surprised that such a big brand is doing this. You are requested to get the service done at the earliest. Otherwise i will have to take hard step.

                                I had purchased havells water purifier in may 2019. At that time upon recommendation of their engineer i bought 2 year comprehensive acmc plan as well, which covers my purifier till 5/5/2022 with change of filters at regular intervals.
                                As per plan details 5 filters were supposed to be changed in may but no one from havells contacted. I called their customercare on 25th may, 29th may, 11 june and 20th june. Everytime they say that needful will be done in 1-2 days. After the first two calls, i got a call from some of their technician but he had that he can just service the water purifier but cannot change filters. I refused as i have already paid for change of filters at scheduled intervals. Now for the last two times i have called them, i don't even get a callback from them. I either need the filters changed or return me the money i have paid for acmc plan with 1 year interest as well.

                                You can imagine what a bad customer care havells has. Haven't received any call or support even after so much time. Think twice before u buy any havells product. They are big cheaters and liars. Seems like will have to file a police compliant against them for cheating.

                                  Today I have received wrong product against my prepaid order .. as per my purchase order I hv requested for item code FHWGIMTWHT16 i.e model Girik 400 mm sweep white Wall Fan but I was astonished to received pedestal fan model different which has no use for me .so kindly arrange the correct fan model as per my order.

                                  Attached invoice copy and product received photo for your reference.

                                    I bought the AC just one month ago and the AC stop giving cooling. So complained about the same to the dealer as well the company. But dint show up for service, they just keep saying that they are coming. And the dealers is such a lair, , they hardly answered the call and hang up when the customer is talking. Doesn’t know how to talk customer.

                                    Regretting buying the product.
