I had purchased 2 water heaters on 10th dec 2019. Since purchase, there has been recurring breakdown experienced of both the water heaters. Each time, your engineers visited the site and provided repair services but within couple of days, the heaters brokedown again rendering the machine useless. Each time your engineers persuaded to provide the happy code to close the complaints without actually removing the defect or providing any replacements. My last complaint was lodged in feb-mar which was closed by your engineer just on call even without visiting my home. Due to lockdown, i could not raise any complaints as mobility was restricted within the society.

I tried calling your helpline and also tried to put whatsapp complaint but it is totally customer unfriendly. The artificial intelligence (Ai) used on both platforms to register complaints is useless and developed without customer centric approach and far from making any effort to register and resolve customer grievance. I have also raised a written complaint on 27th june on [protected]@havells.com but no one has even bothered to respond.
This is pathetic service and a misnomer to the reputation of havells.
Havells India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
