    I have purchased pearl model electrical switches, fan regulators, plug points, it comes with 10 year warranty. Most of the switches, plug points are not working properly and worn out. Electrical experts suggested that the pearl model switches got frequently repaired and this to be avoided by changing all the swirches and other and then only the problem will be solved. Also when i raised a complaint to havells, they always say that this model is discontinued we can not do anything and complaint closed. I have raised more than 10 complaints since last 3months. They have the worst servicing team. Nobody care.
    It is requested that make necessary things to change all my switches and other accessories within the warranty period.

      We purchased llod ac on march 2020 month from sargam store noida sector 18. Day after that installation it was not working properly. We did so many complaints and finally on friday 14 may 2020, one person came from llyod and told us that it is a gas leakage issue and next day he filed it. Now yesterday 16 may same issue is again happened. No colling. Please take back this faulty product. And please don't harass us.

      We purchased this ac on time before summer and not even single day we take the benefit of spending 35000 rs on this ac. Request you to please replace it and we are very serious this we will not allow anyone to come and do the repairing.

        Dear team
        We are being harrassed by service engineer of havells. We have digitouch ro which stopped providing purified water on 12 th april which was still under warranty. We registered a complaint on same day. We reaceived a call and were assured that our complaints will be attended once lockdown is eased. We patiently waited and on 3rd, lockdown was eased.
        Since 3rd may, we have been following up with service engineer (Name - vipin, number - [protected]) he has been telling us that he will reach today evening or tomorrow morning.
        We kept on calling 6-7 times a day but he didn't attended our issue telling that there should be atleast 3-4 complaints of our location then only he will visit.
        We have been spending huge money on purchase of drinking water since last 35 days.
        I have never seen such a pathetic service from any of the brand. We have products from different brands and all complaints are attended in max 48 hours.
        I need fixing of this issue immediately and also compensation for the amount that i spent in last 13 days (I am excluding strict lockdown period till 3rd may)

              This is with reference to a water geyser of volume 15L brought from Goel Enterprises, Gandhi Nagar, Basti with customer name :Smt Asha Tripathi of model Monza DX with serial no :83IFGBG01581 on dated 24/09/19.This is to lodge a complaint regarding the malfunctioning of the product and blowing up of the adaptor much within the given time of warranty.
              I, therefore, request you to kindly fix the problem as soon as possible proving the customer reliability of your esteemed company.

                I have purchased a brand new havells max purifier... After first replacement of filter it is not working... Filter is found faulty..

                Nobody has come till now..
                Complaint has been raised since 3 days
                The purifier is still in warranty..
                Please replace the mineral filter..

                Kindly take the issue on urgent basis.. We r unable to drink pure water from last 3 days...

                    It’s not even 2 months i got this product
                    It’s my 3rd complain
                    Purifier is leaking and i have no other option than to boil the water and drink in this hot weather
                    In maharashtra in this lockdown
                    I am getting insane, do you think 20 / 30 thousand comes from nothing?
                    I don’t care anyhow
                    I want somebody in my house to fix this
                    Why do you make such products which can not even work for 1 year without any kind of mechanical problem
                    Do your work
                    Don’t take money just like that
                    Everybody work hard to make money
                    I am just so irritated

                              Havells Ceiling light installed at my home keeps glowing even after switching of the the circuit. This is with all the 45 lights is it normal or a defect. If normal than why my electiric consumption is high.

                                I had purchased Havell's mixer grinder on 23.10.2019 from Jai Tulsi Appliances NX, Opp. Ice Wine, Vasai West- 401202 Bill No. 7431. Within 4 days of purchase, we lodged the complaint of faulty chuttney jar small which was replaced after 8 days by company technician. Now again same jar (which was replaced) is not totally working since a month.

                                    The remote is of very poor quality. After the warranty period, it started behaving erratically. Power button just puts the fan in 3rd speed and rest of the speed buttons don't work. When you are selling a 5000 rupee fan, ship decent quality remote with it. Don't give poor quality stuff. The fan is unusable without remote. We will throw it away and buy something that's not havell ever again.

                                      I recently bought a new Havells water geyser 5 star. The power supply is ok and the geyser is not working. The red and the green lights are not working and water is not getting hot. The geyser is a new one. recently bought. The other two Havells gysers installed in my house are working fine.

                                        I've given a complaint against the disfunctioning of the product i bought (Havells velocity rs 1200 c/f) on 12/1/2020 and installed on 5th march 2020 to your trivandrum customer service - request id:[protected]. The scheduled date was 13/03/2020, 15.04pm which was informed from the office. I was waiting the whole day after postponing my schedules and important meetings. They are not giving reply nor attending my calls from 13th evening (I got calls from this number initially [protected]).

                                        If there is any difficulties in providing sevice in time, i would ve given some other time for them, of they inform me the reason.

                                        I hope havells india will take measures to solve this issue.
