I've given a complaint against the disfunctioning of the product i bought (Havells velocity rs 1200 c/f) on 12/1/2020 and installed on 5th march 2020 to your trivandrum customer service - request id:[protected]. The scheduled date was 13/03/2020, 15.04pm which was informed from the office. I was waiting the whole day after postponing my schedules and important meetings. They are not giving reply nor attending my calls from 13th evening (I got calls from this number initially [protected]).

If there is any difficulties in providing sevice in time, i would ve given some other time for them, of they inform me the reason.

I hope havells india will take measures to solve this issue.

    Purchased lloyd l55u2coka 1860568m00375 139cm 4k smart led tv on 23 feb 2020 from ac gallery talcher odisha. Netflex was not working. After various complaintsii was forced to buy another 65inch uhd smart led tv l65 5u2doka hnfg20l01133 from shree agencies angul odisha. Till now i. E till 14th march 2020 netflix not working on second tv also. Despite talking to mr bhupendra of havells several times n your seniour officer at delhi mr neeraj singh no action has been taken till now. It also important to mention that till now no qualified technician or senior executive has visited or seen the problem. Pathetic state of affairs. Where should i go what should i do.

    Geyser is working extremely badly...causing lot of inconvenience...
    Please do something as soon as possible... the water is not getting heated at all. We opened the geyser till 1 hour but then too it didn't show any result.

      I am completely fed up from your services what you are providing to customers.
      I am chasing from last 3 days for service of my water purifier but till now it not get resolved. While calling to customer care mr. Saju he is saying no senior person is available in office to listen my query. This is last time i had bought any thing from havells, in future i will never going to buy anything from you guys, also i would never recommend to my friends and family to go with your products. This is because of your bad services and customer support.

      Also i am going to post this review on social media as today social media has a huge impact on your business and image.

          Here in my city jodhpur services from the service center are very very poor i had led downlighter in my showroom around 50 lights out of which 6 of them are not working due to non availability of driver of the lights there is always shortage of drivers in service center. Please help me to get at least 6 drivers for my showroom as the lights are not working.

            Havells geyser (Instanio) not heating within barely 2 months of its purchase. Despite repeated requests & complaints at both havells as well as croma customer care, there is absolutely no action in last 1 month. We feel cheated & harrassed.
            Your product is although expensive as cpmpared to other matket options but the quality & care just sucks. You also sold us 2 yrs extra warranty & not able to provide service in 1st year itself.

            How will you convince customers like me from not going to consumer courts & stop buying from you?

            Also, one strange things I've noted in only your company case that everytime we call to remind, we're told that earlier complaint is settled & they give you new ref no. WHEREAS, YOUR MECHANIC HAS NEVER VISITED US. Why??

            Seems like your customer care exists to satisfy your IT systems (CRM) and your Mechanics & not for the Customers.

              Please refer to my complaint nos[protected] dated 03.02.2020 and[protected] dated 05.02.2020. The latter complaint no. Is the so called escalated complain to resolve the matter quickly!! This is regarding breakdown of my geyser - non heating issue (Model quattro digital 15l).

              When i registered a complain with havells india on 3rd feb, 2020 i thought that the complaint would get resolved quickly by professional personnel. But as usual the service engineer who visited my house to inspect the geyser was highly unskilled and unprofessional!! He didn't know what to do about the geyser and returned without apprising us of what had happened or how long it may take for repair. After two days when i called the service engineer he didn't had time to discuss the matter with me. After few hours i again called him and asked what was being done from his side for geyser repair, he had no idea about the problem in my geyser and how and when to repair it. He started telling me that if any part is to be replaced it will be ordered from hyderabad then it will arrive raipur and then to the service centre and it may take more than one month time!! Then i asked him has he ordered any part which is to be replaced. I was shocked by his reply - he said first we'll bring the geyser to service center then try to find out the fault!! When i asked him why didn't he do this in his first visit, he started talking rudely.

              Besides being rude the service engineer was not at all concerned about my problem or interested in repairing the product.

              This is not the first time that i'm having such experience with havells service centres.in 2017 when my geyser was malfunctioning then i lodged several complaints (Call no. Gl052115 dated 05.12.2017, call no gl221440 dated 25.12.2017 and again via call no gl294129 dated 30.12.2017) which were again attended by highly unskilled and unprofessional personnel who finally damaged my geyser as they didn't know how to open it!!

              Again same thing is happening!! I’ve brought this matter to havells india customer care so that they can take disciplinary action against the service engineer and get my geyser repaired within a short time frame.

                  I have been following up with havells since last two months for replacement of side blade of my electric shaver. First they informed me that they could not change that, therefore machine will be replaced.

                  Since then it’s been one n half month they don’t have machine in the stock.

                  After my continuous follow up with them they have informed me that machine could not be replaced due to unavailability of product hence will we refund money via cheque.

                  They have also took my machine in the third week of jan 2020 with the copy of bill. Now the service centre person does not attend calls and the havells closes my complaint after every two three days without resolving it and informing me.

                  Request you to take the matter on priority and resolve it.

                    48hrs time was allotes to me for service agent service, but no action has been taken, its fourth day i am calling their customer service regularly.
                    Daily the customer service agent is asking me to wait for another 24hr, but only false hope and promises is given to me. This is the exploitation of consumer rights. The product is under warranty now, still no service agent has been sent by company, which is very disgusting.

                      I bought room heater on 22nd dec 2019, it stopped working and your technician came to fix it. Then on 2nd jan 2020 it again stopped working and we raised the complaint again but till now no technician visits us. This is so bad service you are giving to your customers. Everyday we are calling your customer care many times for follow up, but everytime we get false commitments. Not excepted from such brand. I am feeling like i have done a big mistake buying havells heater. My purpose of buying heater has failed as this heater is useless for me. Highly disappointed.

                        I had complaint about my havells water heater/ gass gizar on your customer care 3 times. On my first complaint technician vist my house and he did not understand the problem of water heater/ gass gizar then return without solving my complaint and he also abused with my mother and i registered second complaint about the same problem a technician called me and asked me why you registered your complaint again he again abuse me and his supervisor also abuse me then they block my number and close my complaint without solving my complaint after that third time i registered another complaint but no body came to my house.. Back he denied for service and said it's not my wor. No body called or came since then.. I had already complaint you through email also for which i have not got any reply yet. Today when i called customer care again.. They said my complaint has been cancelled and showing customer out of station. This is a clear lie... I have been suffering from this my gizar is not at all working and we are become helpless to use our appliances. The technician lied to an extent. Kindly take action and get my gass gizar / water heater repaired as soon as possible.

                            I have again register complaint online by using your consumer portal (https://consumerconnect.Havells.Com) on[protected] reference no .[protected] engineer was assigned and received the scheduled message for[protected]:00 but no one came to resolve our issue.

                            Further as discussed last evening[protected] with your customer care executive (aman kumar gupta) from delhi head quarter over phone call "your service request will resolve on[protected]". In case my request not resolved asap i will go to escalated the same over social media and refund/replace policy.

                              I had complaint about my havells switches on 18 december 2019 on your customer care. A technician called me and asked for my address.. But no body came to my house.. When i called him back he denied for service and said it's not my work mr jaspal will handle this.. No body called or came since then.. I had already complaint you through email also for which i have not got any reply yet. Today when i called customer care again.. They said my complaint has been cancelled and showing customer out of station. This is a clear lie... I have been suffering from this as the switches are not at all working and we are become helpless to use our appliances. The technician lied to an extent. Kindly take action and get my switches repaired as soon as possible.

                                Flood light model. Jete pro plus 150w. First complaint made on 07/12/2019 complaint no.[protected] engineer visited the site and ordered some parts for replacement. Till to day parts not replaced. Flood light model. Jete pro plus 150wflood another complaint on 19/12/2019 no.[protected] and no one attend till today. Kashinath service engineer aware of this complaints.

                                  havells water heater with serial number 83igghku523

                                  Leakage issue from the Geyser. we had registered multiple complaints for the mentioned issue, the technician has changed the valve 2-3 times but issue still persist. Need replacement of product now as I feel the problem in Geyser only . below are the complaint numbers :

                                  Two months ago, I bought a havells hair dryer HD3151.
                                  Unfortunately, your product has not performed well, it's stop working .
                                  To resolve the problem. I have been call the 5day ago to the service center but dont anyone solve my problem. It's has 7 days complete but not any person don't come from havells. Your service is very poor..really bad services. I really disappointed from havells.. now im not purchase product from havells..
                                  I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem. I will wait only one day before seeking third-party assistance. Please contact me by phone or email.

                                    We bought havells oil heater with 9 fins very recently. Unfortunately, due to high heat the electric plug got melted and the product stop working. I am bit worried since it was my recent purchase. I have also taken photographs of the damaged plug and the product and also the electric socket that i am using for this oil heater. Since the product is still under warranty, i request to get the plug replaced.
