I am highly upset and angry over havwells india ltd due to non availability of downlighter driver (Quantity 12 pcs). I have purchased led downlighter 18 watt for my showroom around 60 pcs out of which 10 of them are not working due to nonn availability of driver in service center even after complaint registered for several times. From last 1 year. Please help me to resolve this immediately....

pathetic service support

Complaint was registered for the ceiling fan breakdown on 25th july. The reference number:[protected] and[protected]

Technician told that part needs replacement and he will get it from havells by 7th aug and next day it will be fixed.

Now it is 20th aug, the issue has not been fixed and the technician/shanti sales to which the complaint was transferred are not even picking the calls.

I bought the fan from Havell which is giving noise. I complained 4 times so far and each time Havell person visits and do some basic repair and go. Problem repeats. I have asked service executive to replace as the problem looks like manufacturing defect.

Tried reaching Havell grievance . No details in their website and they still show same mail ID who were helpless last 4 times....

worst service
