Hello sir
My halves inducation is not working properly. For solution i registered my complaint with reference no[protected]. Service engineer visited & told to handover induction to him with amount 1200 rupees. He told that after few days he will return my induction with maintenance. When we demanded payment slip (For 1200 rupees) he rejected. Today i again call to customer care then i knew that he cancelled my complaint also.
Today again i complaint with reference no
[protected]. If possible please provide me another service engineer outside from kashipur, rudrapur.


Please solve my problem. I m facing problem from last 1 month continue.

    Switch c in not at all moving for oscillations but fan is working in all speeds. Therefore it is sticking at one place only. Please do needful and attend at the earliest. Fan switch c as mentioned in your operating instructions for movement one side to another side which is called oscillations, is not at all moving after new purchase. Model 021df5001402, purchased from 3529-ncc gp hq kakinada siddharda nagar nfcl road ph 2365534, bill no 016728 dated 30 aug 2019. Please do repair

      I had puchased few ceiling fans from an electric shop situated at sadar bazar gurugram in the month of 03/2019 and installed at j-403, corona optus society, sector 37 c gurugram pin 122001. All fan are in warranty period. Out of which one ceiling fan is making noise when it is running. Please make a suitable arrangement so as to get the disturbance resolved at an ealiest possible.       Earlier complaint was resolved but now one another fan is creating problem by making noise while running.
      Hi friends this in form you all people please don't apply for a job in Havells India Ltd i was applied for job and atteneded intevriew there is gm Niraj Kumar who is asking me to pay 2 lakh inr to get this job .this fellow is misusing his powers

          I had purchased one havells nutrisense 230w juicer in april 2019 and gifted to my daughter on the occasion of her marriage. But after opening the box, it was found broken. The complaint was lodged with service center against complaint no.[protected]. Despite repeated perusal and visits to the service center, my product has neither been replaced nor repaired with the excuse that the related part is not available and further informed that whenever they get faulty piece from the dealer, that part will be replaced whenever available. There is no time limit for the same as informed the service center. Repeated complaint ids are as under:-

            Hi,

            i have purchased a cooler 3 months back. But, 2 times motor has been damaged.Its really bad quality product.It has been 2 weeks, i am struggling to get it replaced. I called customer care many time and distrubuter s well. They are saying there is no return policy. This is really bad brand, i wont recomment this to anyone. Pthetic customer service

              No action taken on service request id[protected] dated 7th sept.2019 and mr. Raman kumar representative of havell collected the photo copy of the bill at 12.45pm on 9-9-2019. Till date no action is taken. After that we again put service request[protected] on 12th sept.2019 still no action taken. Please do the needful without any further delay otherwise we will put our complaint in the consumer redressal forum and liability for all the expenses will be of the company. We deeply regret your poor service.

                Its been more than 2 years I had already lodged the complaint ... regarding sensor issue with ceiling fan .
                there has been several changes in the sensor for 2 fans bought from Havell's Dealer in Tilak nagar Kumar Electronics
                The technical perosn visiting always has been nice but helpless as he doesn't get the right product from the back end
                we had purchased 2 fans with 8 blades with remote control & from day one there has been a problem on sensor not responding
                we have been out for a while & busy since last 2 months one of the fan is still not working as its sensor doesn't respond
                what is the use of replacing the sensors when it does work beyond 3-4 months
                kindly arrange to replace the fans in case you cant provide proper sensors

                  This is sahil sharma from ranchi, jharkhand.
                  I wish to raise a complaint against the product havells bt5151c beard trimmer.
                  I purchased the product on 16.03.2019 from amazon.
                  The product doesn't take any charging. It doesn't work without adapter. Now it has to be kept in charging mode for normal use.
                  Such a poor quality is not expected from havells which is a renowned company in the field of electronic devices.
                  Need a solution as soon as poosible.

                    I had purchased lloyd 32 inch led on march 2016 with 5 years warranty (World cup special offer), now my tv display is complaint & contacted the shop owner which one i purchased and they raised complaint one technician came my home & informed me panel should change it will take 3 weeks to replace. It's around two months gone my problem is still solved. Repeated inquiry about this no response from your side & i don't know the present status of my request. It's my experience i am not satisfied your service & behavior. With this kind of experience how can i suggest your brand in future.

                    I have purchased hevalls remote control fan which is not working fine.
                    It produces sound all the time till it is on and also it is not changing fan speed according to controls. I have complaint several times but no solution is given yet.
                    On 15 th November 2018 I bought Havells HD3151 1200W Powerful Hair Dryer (Turquoise). It has 2 years garuntee. Today it is not functioning. Kindly give me the information that how to replace this item.

                      My name is yashpal and i purchased a cooler celia 70 in june 2019, now its breakdown on 26th aug and i booked a complained no[protected] on 27th aug i received sms till 29th but no body come to check, then i call on 31th aug again then i come to know my previous complaint has been closed due to i didn't pick phone. I really shocked a gave alternate number also but no calls i received now its 5 days i am still awaiting for my new cooler repair in this hot season. I never expect from hevels services are so bad, this is not 1st time last months also they did like this and come in 6 days for repair water pump. Very very poor services and i never go with hevvels.

                        I have purchased a havells stand fan 3months before. The fan is now defective in motor. I have complained the customer care on 28 august and they told it will be solved in 48hrs. A phone call came after the second day on 29august and told me that no motor available in stock & next day it will be available. But it is around 96hrs the mechanic of our city is telling motor not available yet. Stock exhausted. So please action as quick as possible

                              This is to bring to your notice below mentioned complaint reference is not resolved infact not even attended by Havells service Engineer.

                              Product- Avion - Underlight ceiling fan sr no.16VC10AAB5200712 date of purchase 1/09/2017

                              Remark:
                              Fan all blades rusted within one year. I reported first complaint regards to this matter. Service Engineer visited to check reported problem approx. in aug/sep 2018 - I don't have complaint ref and exact date. Service Engineer informed he take up with boss and update further. Subsequently after 4-5 days I got message " your complaint is closed" .

                              Now again I reported complaint with above mentioned ref. but still not attended.
                              I am shocked when Havells Service Engineer - Mr Kashinath Mestry - +91-[protected] is asking KKG code prior to visit.

                              Fan blade paint quality is poor and rusted within very short span.

                              Call center every time registering new complaints giving assurance" your complaints will be attended within 48hrs" .

                              Kindly advice as warranty period getting over on 1/092019.

                                Hi,

                                I had registered a complaint for leakage issue of our new geyser within a week after installation. The complaint no. Is "[protected]". It was assigned to abhishek kumthekar who is giving vague statements and also not attending calls nor responding. Later he assigned this work to viki giri. Who till date haven't called me for appointment or visit confirmation.
                                This is not at all acceptable. We want worth for what we have spent. Need immediate action on the same.

                                  Dear sir/maam,

                                  With reference to the above subject i would like to bring to your attention that i bought a havells opus fan in 2013 for my residence. For a couple of years it functioned as intended but gradually the speed of the fan started flailing and the lights malfunctioned.in 2016 the capacitor along with the pcb and remote were replaced by the visiting technician and applicable charges were paid. After that the fan worked fine till recently when in june, 2019 again the speed of the fan deteriorated and remote became increasingly unresponsive. Complaint no.[protected] was registered on 03.07.2019 and service engineer md. Shakir khan visited on 04.07.2019.

                                  He diagnosed that the capacitor is faulty and would need a replacement. Further he made me talk to the service in charge who confirmed the same and also let me know that the component charge would have to be paid in advance as per the new service policy of havells which was an absolute first for me. I called up customer service to verify this unheard, industry first policy and was told that such policy doesn't exist. The support executive also had a word with the visiting technician who kept repeating that he's been instructed by his service head for the same. The call was never closed and the technician left after i was assured by the support executive that the matter will be taken up with the service center and someone else would be assigned this call.

                                  I waited for a few days but no one called. Finally when i received the call on 10.07.2019 it was more of a satisfaction survey, i let the executive know that the complaint was not closed and the fan is in the same state also that there is serious lack of co ordination between teams and commitments ain't being honoured. Upon this he raised fresh complaint vide ref. No.[protected] and to my utter surprise it was assigned to the same technician who had visited me earlier on 04.07 to no avail. However things didn't move and no one has called or visited my place or even bothered to get a feedback since then and the fan has stopped responding altogether and we are left to suffer in this intensely hot and humid weather.

                                  If this is the standard of service to be expected from a highly decorated company such as yours give me one good reason why a gullible customer would like to invest into expensive appliances made by you, when no one is bothered to take up their issues.

                                  On 20.08.2019 after I had sent the mail to customer support I was once again contacted by the same service In charge whom I had spoken with around a month and a half back. He reiterated that the component price i.e. Rs. 1400/- would have to be paid in advance only then they could attend to my call. Please clarify urgently if this is the company policy. Also give a good reason why a customer would reject the part having invested in such a high end fan.

                                    We bought havells lumeno 1320 mm on 19 jun 2019 from gurgaon store. The name of the store is arora electrical. Since then we are finding the fan very noisy. Pl help. Since the appliance is still in warranty period it is requested that a service agent may be deputed so that the issue can be resolved. The fan is noisier than our all other fans. We had opted for this kind of brand assuming that it will have higher technology and this must be silent.

                                      My havells storage water geyser was not powering on. On raising complaint, the ticket was assigned to sln enterprises and the guy diagnosed and said the prcd needs replacement. He came after couple of days and replaced the prcd. Then said the coil has gone bad and needs replacement. My model is quatro 15l. So he said he had to order from the company and it will take 10days. He charged me visiting charge rs.250 and for prcd rs.800 at the first time of the visit itself. There is no wat for me to check the price of the spare parts from havells site. So i had to give whatever amount he charged. He refused to give gst complaint bill. For the coil replacement after calling him multiple times he did not visit yet. There is no update on whether he has received the product or is it possible for him to do the repair. I called havells customer center again and the ticket was assigned to same guy again. Ticket details are "[protected]" and "[protected]". Both were closed without any resolution. Please try to support existing customers. Your service is terrible.

                                        I purchased a Havells Water Heater (ADONIA model), on 14th November 2018 from Reliance Digital store, Lucknow (U.P.).

                                        Till August it worked fine, but on 20th August 2019, its water inlet pipe suddenly got broken. I raised a complaint to Havells Customer care (Complaint Reference Number:[protected] on 22nd August 2019. The technician visited my house and after checking the water heater told me that I have to purchase the pipe from the market. I requested him that as I got the pipe along with the water Heater itself from the Havells company and the installation of the Water Heater is also done by technician from Havells, so in this case the accountability of the fault is with the company and as the product is in the warranty period so the product must be repaired without any cost. The technician gave me the number of his supervisor Mr. Akash (Mobile: [protected]) to talk with him. The supervisor spoke too rudely and bluntly and asked me to bear the cost of the defected pipe.
                                        If such is the behaviour and response of the employees, whose duty is to support the customer, then what can be expected from the company. It seems like company is cheating the consumer with faulty products are its staff are abusing the customers. Please fire such employees and help me by replacing the damaged part.
