I had bought an exhaust fan from havells. Its motor stopped working and it was under warranty so i contacted havells to fix it. I registered a complaint on 25 th oct. The assigned me a technician who always said he would come in the evening then tomorrow and then stopped picking up my call. I contacted havels customer support but all they said was that they would raise a reminder. It had been almost a week and all i have received is nothing. Really disappointed by the way havells treats its customer and unable to correct such unprofessional behaviour from their servicemen. I am tired of calling customer care several timea. Now the same technician has the gut to also say that he would not repair my fan.in my life time never faced such a bad customer service from any brand..

Our wall fan getting stuck
Purchased sr no ETHKEBE55988. Installed by trained technician but not working at once. Called toll-free no after 3 days they came but returned without any solution. I'm very disappointed 😞. There are many products in market on low price but I had faith in havells. I was wrong. Just pick it out. I would never buy anymore from havells. Thanks a lot.

    I have bought one havells fan, it stopped working after few days.
    From that particular day to till today i have placed so many calls to customer care and a new reference number has been given to me. None of my request number has been addressed and its been closed without solving the issue.

      One fan supplied by the company to kansal radio and electric co rampura phul (Punjab) distt bathinda has supplied one ceiling fan with different color blades
      And motor 1400mm of diffrent color. The fan was given to customercare executive mr signesh for replacement. I visited the local centre at bathinda.
      It was told that it will be replaced in 1 or 2 days. Then i follwed it and the position is my 20-30 telephone calls for this fan are unattended and we are forced to write to you regarding irresponsible behaviour of local customer care executive at bathinda. The matter two month old. I reuest to help to get the fan back

          Hair dryer was purchased on 16th may 2019 (Havells compact hair dryer hd3151) but stopped working. Its showed 2 years of warrenty and with 6 months it stopped working. Please check the same. And give a replacement or any solution.

          This is not acceptable. Havells is a good brand and as heard about its name it shoudl be a reliable brand.

            I purchased a ro of havells as i had mentioned from a dealer near me on 27/10/18 and at the time of purchase the tds was 4500 the installation guy told us soon after 15 days it started having lots of problems so we called the service centre and they sent a service boy for the repairing and he told us that the water pressure is very low so we had to change the piping of our house and the after 2 to 3 months of regular service it still had some or the other problems they kept on replacing its parts with new ones and on 7/9/19 we felt that the water is too salty then we called for a service and we asked the boy that why it keeps on happening so he told us that this ro is for low tds not for high and this ro will not work in your area and we asked him that why they hadnt told us earlier so they said that at time of installation your tds must have been low to 2000 we said that we have been living here for almost 10 years and it had never been this low and thus we are very upset and the ro is stiil not working and they are saying that membrane will not be changed due to tds and this is a harrasment and cheating of local people and i am working as a senior nursing officer in aiims and i was not expecting this kind of attitude from havells

            I bought a Havells Instantio 1 Litre Geyser from Amazon website last week. After I got it installed, I found that its LED indicator is non functional. The water is getting heated though but since there is no indicator light, I have to check the temperature of water by running the tap repeatedly. Kindly send someone to repair it.

              fan regulator burnt mid night

                  My halves inducation is not working properly. For solution i registered my complaint with reference no[protected]. Service engineer visited & told to handover induction to him with amount 1200 rupees. He told that after few days he will return my induction with maintenance. When we demanded payment slip (For 1200 rupees) he rejected. Today i again call to customer care then i knew that he cancelled my complaint also.

                    Switch c in not at all moving for oscillations but fan is working in all speeds. Therefore it is sticking at one place only. Please do needful and attend at the earliest. Fan switch c as mentioned in your operating instructions for movement one side to another side which is called oscillations, is not at all moving after new purchase.                       I had puchased few ceiling fans from an electric shop situated at sadar bazar gurugram in the month of 03/2019 and installed at j-403, corona optus society, sector 37 c gurugram pin 122001. All fan are in warranty period. Out of which one ceiling fan is making noise when it is running. Please make a suitable arrangement so as to get the disturbance resolved at an ealiest possible.                           I had purchased one havells nutrisense 230w juicer in april 2019 and gifted to my daughter on the occasion of her marriage. But after opening the box, it was found broken. The complaint was lodged with service center against complaint no.[protected]. Despite repeated perusal and visits to the service center, my product has neither been replaced nor repaired with the excuse that the related part is not available and further informed that whenever they get faulty piece from the dealer, that part will be replaced whenever available. There is no time limit for the same as informed the service center. Repeated complaint ids are as under:-

                            i have purchased a cooler 3 months back. But, 2 times motor has been damaged.Its really bad quality product.It has been 2 weeks, i am struggling to get it replaced. I called customer care many time and distrubuter s well. They are saying there is no return policy. This is really bad brand, i wont recomment this to anyone. Pthetic customer service

                                Its been more than 2 years I had already lodged the complaint ... regarding sensor issue with ceiling fan .
                                there has been several changes in the sensor for 2 fans bought from Havell's Dealer in Tilak nagar Kumar Electronics
                                The technical perosn visiting always has been nice but helpless as he doesn't get the right product from the back end
                                we had purchased 2 fans with 8 blades with remote control & from day one there has been a problem on sensor not responding
                                we have been out for a while & busy since last 2 months one of the fan is still not working as its sensor doesn't respond
                                what is the use of replacing the sensors when it does work beyond 3-4 months
                                kindly arrange to replace the fans in case you cant provide proper sensors

                                  This is sahil sharma from ranchi, jharkhand.
                                  I wish to raise a complaint against the product havells bt5151c beard trimmer.
                                  I purchased the product on 16.03.2019 from amazon.
                                  The product doesn't take any charging. It doesn't work without adapter. Now it has to be kept in charging mode for normal use.
                                  Such a poor quality is not expected from havells which is a renowned company in the field of electronic devices.
                                  Need a solution as soon as poosible.

                                    Dear all,
                                    I had purchased lloyd 32 inch led on march 2016 with 5 years warranty (World cup special offer), now my tv display is complaint & contacted the shop owner which one i purchased and they raised complaint one technician came my home & informed me panel should change it will take 3 weeks to replace. It's around two months gone my problem is still solved. Repeated inquiry about this no response from your side & i don't know the present status of my request. It's my experience i am not satisfied your service & behavior. With this kind of experience how can i suggest your brand in future.
                                    Kindly look this issue, otherwise you couldn't resolve this complaint please inform me i want to take other solution because tv display coming more darken.

                                    I have purchased hevalls remote control fan which is not working fine.
                                    It produces sound all the time till it is on and also it is not changing fan speed according to controls. I have complaint several times but no solution is given yet.
                                    On 15 th November 2018 I bought Havells HD3151 1200W Powerful Hair Dryer (Turquoise). It has 2 years garuntee. Today it is not functioning. Kindly give me the information that how to replace this item.

                                      My name is yashpal and i purchased a cooler celia 70 in june 2019, now its breakdown on 26th aug and i booked a complained no[protected] on 27th aug i received sms till 29th but no body come to check, then i call on 31th aug again then i come to know my previous complaint has been closed due to i didn't pick phone. I really shocked a gave alternate number also but no calls i received now its 5 days i am still awaiting for my new cooler repair in this hot season. I never expect from hevels services are so bad, this is not 1st time last months also they did like this and come in 6 days for repair water pump. Very very poor services and i never go with hevvels.

                                      I call the customer care many times ...they ask me for the complaint number, when i search the complaint number they cut the call and when i tries to call again then they switches off their number ...if no action can be taken then i will complaint for the product as well as company
