I have purchased havells water heater puro turbo15l ivory on[protected] from m/s naveen electronics, sanganer, jaipur. But from the date of installation some problems create for current flow in tap and water so we call engineer but he cannot resolve the problem even he visit four times and every visit new problem generated. And after[protected] your engineer not come and our complaint is pending for resolving. And your service request "[protected]" is pending. Kindly look the matter and resolve our problems as your brand name size and service quility because at this we much dissatisfied for your commitment

    I purchase Heavells Instanio geyser on 30 Nov 2019 and after installation they not Work. I contact Havells customer care register my complain by ID[protected] and fix appointment on 03 Dec 2019 at 18:04 hrs. but tecnician " CHUNNU KUMAR " still not visited on my address.

    03 month before i purchase Havells Adonia geyser and same technician was appointed for free installation . But at that time he also not come for installation and after waiting 15 day i installed by another paid technician.

    So i very disappointed by Havells Services.

      Complaint number[protected] registered on 10th oct 2019, still the problem is not resolved and your executive closed the complaint without solving the problem... After that i have sent 4 to 5 emails regarding the same but no response from havells. If you are not able to provide the service then why you selling products in the market. This is not acceptable and your executive behavior was not right when he was talking to me. Pls teach them how to talk with the customers.

        I vinay kumar gera buying an havell’s gas gyser in date 30/11/2016
        From chabra agencies kanpur
        Before few days gyser was not working so register an complaint on havell’s customer care no which ticket no[protected] dated 15/11/2019 after a day on 16/11/2019 his service engenier visited our premises and said this gyser not repair at your premises and taken gas gyser for repair and said it’s taken two days but till today 27/11/2019 we not received our gas gyser in between we register two more complaints regarding this issue which ticket no[protected]. Today we have received an call from his local service centre by miss akansha she said your gas gyser is not repaired due to shortage of spare parts so it’s taken 15-20 days to repair
        It’s look like company not able to give proper service after sales
        If company not able to repair my gas gyser then replace with new gas gyser

          A complaint has been logged for havells water purifier uv plus, item code: ghwuprl015 to be installed in our school premises.
          Their service care member mr. Vijay kumar (Ph no. [protected]) visited the school but he did not even look at the product and did not do anything to resolve our issue. Moreover, he was very arrogant and did not listen to us.

          You are requested to resolve our issue and send a professional person for the same.

            The power button is not working
            There is always a trip
            Even when we switch on the button, after few minutes it automatically gets switched off... This is a great issue

              I buy water heater of havells 10 ltr. Puro plus, after two days some sound is coming from geyser. I complained to custmer care they send one engineer but he is not qualified enough to solve the problem.
              After that i complained more than 2 times on customer care, but engineer didn't come on given time, their behaviour is unprofessional.
              Now i want to return this very low quality product because i think definitely it is not safe for use.
              So please suggest me how to return this useless stuff.

              My latest compailnt no. Is[protected] and I am waiting for help. One thing more please change the branch service head, he always give nonsense excuses these type of employe ruin reputation of your company.

                I purchased a geyser from electrocraft sakchi jamshedur jharkhand, on 25-oct-2019. But the same has not been fitted by them. Although i have purchased the product but couldn't enjoy the use of it.
                I have chased the maintenance engineer thrice but still it has not been fitted.

                Service provided by the company is very poor.

                I will prefer to return the product.

                  Geysar not working after installation. We tried to check pipe or water flow but didnt getting hheated water after switch on for even more than 1 hour. We are not getting why its not working.
                  Please ensure that it will start working by today only due coming winters. Its difficult to take bath without hot water.
                  So send the mechanic by today to check or repair it.

                      I had a downligter led 18 watts in my showroom required drivers for my lights from last 1 month but not availale i require 6 drivers for my downlighter led lights.                         I had bought an exhaust fan from havells. Its motor stopped working and it was under warranty so i contacted havells to fix it. I registered a complaint on 25 th oct. The assigned me a technician who always said he would come in the evening then tomorrow and then stopped picking up my call. I contacted havels customer support but all they said was that they would raise a reminder. It had been almost a week and all i have received is nothing. Really disappointed by the way havells treats its customer and unable to correct such unprofessional behaviour from their servicemen. I am tired of calling customer care several timea. Now the same technician has the gut to also say that he would not repair my fan.in my life time never faced such a bad customer service from any brand..

                        Purchased sr no ETHKEBE55988. Installed by trained technician but not working at once. Called toll-free no after 3 days they came but returned without any solution. I'm very disappointed 😞. There are many products in market on low price but I had faith in havells. I was wrong. Just pick it out. I would never buy anymore from havells. Thanks a lot.

                            One fan supplied by the company to kansal radio and electric co rampura phul (Punjab) distt bathinda has supplied one ceiling fan with different color blades
                            And motor 1400mm of diffrent color. The fan was given to customercare executive mr signesh for replacement. I visited the local centre at bathinda.
                            It was told that it will be replaced in 1 or 2 days. Then i follwed it and the position is my 20-30 telephone calls for this fan are unattended and we are forced to write to you regarding irresponsible behaviour of local customer care executive at bathinda. The matter two month old. I reuest to help to get the fan back

                                  I purchased a ro of havells as i had mentioned from a dealer near me on 27/10/18 and at the time of purchase the tds was 4500 the installation guy told us soon after 15 days it started having lots of problems so we called the service centre and they sent a service boy for the repairing and he told us that the water pressure is very low so we had to change the piping of our house and the after 2 to 3 months of regular service it still had some or the other problems they kept on replacing its parts with new ones and on 7/9/19 we felt that the water is too salty then we called for a service and we asked the boy that why it keeps on happening so he told us that this ro is for low tds not for high and this ro will not work in your area and we asked him that why they hadnt told us earlier so they said that at time of installation your tds must have been low to 2000 we said that we have been living here for almost 10 years and it had never been this low and thus we are very upset and the ro is stiil not working and they are saying that membrane will not be changed due to tds and this is a harrasment and cheating of local people and i am working as a senior nursing officer in aiims and i was not expecting this kind of attitude from havells

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I bought a Havells Instantio 1 Litre Geyser from Amazon website last week. After I got it installed, I found that its LED indicator is non functional. The water is getting heated though but since there is no indicator light, I have to check the temperature of water by running the tap repeatedly. Kindly send someone to repair it.

                                    fan regulator burnt mid night

                                    Recently we have purchased the havells fan regulator old type, yesterday midnight some sparks and regulator burnt and we have defused the regulator, this is very poor quality regulator, earlier we have not at all faced with any regulator we are using, by gods grace we are saw the burning and immediately switch offed the connection and stopped main switch also, if it is happened in deep sleep we don't know the consequences,...

                                    Sir maine 04/07/2019 ko 2 havells cieling fan purchase kiye the... Unme se ek fan approx 10 times khrab ho chuka h... Hr bar complain register krvata hun to repair krke chale jate h... Or ye fans abhi 2 year ki guarantee m h... So we just want to replace it... Pr havells ltd. Ki side se hme koi solution nhi mil rha h... Phle bhi fan bhot bar kharab ho chuka h or havells customer service kehti h 24-48 hours m problem resolve ho jayegi... Pr bhot time laga dete h... So please resolve our problem...

                                    Took a water purifier Digitouch.
                                    Water is towards acidic side and TDs also low. Water taste is also changed
