My last working day in hcl was 25 october 2018. I have to withdraw my pf amount. I can able to withdraw a amount because 60 days has been over. But, pf portal link is showing the pf account, start date and there is no any form to apply a pf withdraw. And also my last working date is not mentioned in the pf portal link.

I have raised a so many ssd, but no one replies. And also i have sent a mail to mohit. [protected]@hcl. Combut he also didnt reply. Is very urgent i need to withdraw my pf amount.

    I had worked with hcl comnet below are the details:

    Date of joining: 06th june 2011
    Date of separation: 03rd dec 2013

    While relieving from hcl, it was mentioned that pf amount would be transferred to the new employer directly.
    I had followed up with then hcl hr and he used to say that it was in process.

    Requesting you to kindly assist in getting the pf amount tranferred to current uan number

        I got relieved from hcl on nov 5 and i desired to know my pf balance and contacted pf help desk and found the roshan as the spoc and drafted a mail with all required details and i have not received any mail further not even acknowledgement. Then forwarded through suzanna. That person is far good assigned an auto reply which was not relevant to the query.

        If the dedicated team can't look into the issue means make a alternative make a portal to check the pf balance for ex employees or add the updated pf statement with the documents in seperation portal letters (Payslips experience letter, final settlement and relieving letter).

        I am not sure will this be taken care or not. But this has to be taken care. And need to taken to the higher level.

        Yes I received the mail but that concern spoc is not responding to the mails. Even Suzanna is not also responding with proper mail the only reply received from Suzanna is auto generated mail for COC. I am not asking for COC I need my PF statement.

            I attended interview in HCL Technologies Bangalore, Jigani campus on 6th of October 2018. HR named Manjula P had scheduled interview. There were around 50 candidates waiting for interview as mentioned in the call letter at 9:00 AM. But there was no proper communication and proper place to sit. It was raining outside but the people at front desk had no proper information from HR and the HR arrived to location after 11:00 AM. But still no proper communication from them. They given the laptop and told us the register. After which no communication from their side, they went inside. Around 2 O'Clock in the afternoon one HR person named Karthik Bevinamara R(Emp Id[protected] came and told finish your lunch and come back. When all the candidates lost their patience as there was no proper communication and they didn't respond to our queries properly. He told there is lack of systems, then we all spoke with him and he promised he will finish all the interview on the same day. But after lunch he called people those who were spoke with him regarding the delay first. When we went to interview floor, there was only 5-6 computers set up for test which was for around 1.5 hrs ! That too started around 5:00 PM. I cleared all the rounds successfully around 7:30 PM. But during HR round he told me that even though you cleared all the technical rounds, as you spoke infront of everyone regarding my mistake, now your offer release is in my hand, I know what to do. So, even after I cleared the interview this HR Karthik showed his bad attitude at me and did not release offer only for the reason I pointed out his mistake that too after frustrated by their irresponsible behavior. Please consider this as high priority as these kind of people and their irresponsible and unprofessional acts will affect the candidates and company as well.
            I request you to please provide us the justice for the time spent and Offer of employment rejected even though technically sound because of HR negligence and attitude. Please try to give me employment.

              My last working in day hcl was 2nd april 2018 (Employee number is[protected] so after 2 months from the last day, that is on june 4th, i submitted form 10 and 19 for pension and pf withdrawal, provident fund amount was credited on july 19th, when i asked about pension amount, i was told because documents pertaining to kyc were not updated because of which claim got rejected, so i was asked to update the same and submit the documents again, so i sent the documents on 30th sept, after that i have asked them around 10 times, whether they received the documents and the claim is filed, but there is no response from hcl pf department

                Your PF was transferred to RPFC Barkartpura, Hyderabad for credit to your current PF account in HSBC on 26.10.2018. Mandated Annexure K carrying UTR details was also provided to PF office, Hyderabad, you need to coordinate with your current employer as no further action is pending at HCLT end.

                As a policy matter, we don't share any employee specific financial/transactions data on public forums.

                  Recently i visited one of your branches in chennai. After showing the call letter mail also they didn't allow me. The interviewer did n't send mail to the gate. I don't have the interviewer number. I was waiting for 45 minutes in gate.
                  I came from distance place. And i wasted one full day and rs: 4000 due to your improper arrangements.
                  Afterthat also i didn't meet the mentioned interviewer. He send another one person who already conducted one interview for me in bengaluru. Without taking interview he rejected me.
                  In the first interview in bengaluru actually i did well. There also i didn't meet the interviewer. The interview was taken by the second person only.
                  In 1998 itself i published a book in c+ for rural students.in an instituition, 5 batches of students got passed due to me in c+. Because before that, continuously the students failed in that subject. And i worked in industry for 7 years in c+.
                  But in the interview in your company i was rejected. It is a great joke of the year.
                  I am the first graduate in my family. And i am from rural village. Moreover i worked as a professor in an university.
                  But the people in hcl treated me very bad.

                        I would like to request for annexure-k for my pf/pension transfer from hcl to quotient (Current pf no. : py/krp/1037495/000/0010138). I inquired at pf office located in kr puram (Bangalore, current pf office) and i have been advised to get the annexure k from hcl for further processing. Also, when i checked online, i could see that it is settled, however, i didn't receive pf and pension amount to my current pf/ pension account neither it is showing in my passbook.

                        Per the current pf office officials, i need to submit the annexure k from hcl to complete the transfer process, then i would have the amount in my current pf and pension account after confirming where or on which account and how much amount needs to be transfer or merge or hcl has sent.

                        Could you help me and send the pf related documents that is annexture - k so that the transfer process could happen without any delay in the right account. You may want to attach the docs to this email.

                          I had submitted pf transfer request almost 4 months back with hcl and still my pf amount is not credited in the requested uan/pf account. Request #- req-29596
                          I have dropped follow up emails with hcl. But there is no response from hcl / pf team.
                          I don't know where is the pf amount. This is very bad ignorance from hcl.

                                  Hi, i placed a pf transfer request req-285612 on 24th oct'18 but still status is open. Also i initiated the pf transfer request via my present employer confirmed (Cognizant) on 28th apr'2018, it has been approved by both your current and previous employers and that the request is pending with the epfo but still now i didnt get the my pf amount to my new pf account number.

                                  Also i submitted the grievance in epfindia portal and they confirmed that "no transfer in amount has been received by this office hence they asked me to contact my previous establishment /trust and obtain the details of transfer in amount, cheque no and date and also obtain a copy of ann-k along with utr no mentioned in it (If transfer through neft) and then submit the same to this office for further necessary action"

                                      I am a ex employee of hcl technologies.. During april 2017 i spoke to hr madhumathi regarding my health issues and asked for immediate relievement. She said she can't give that instead submit all your medical documents and take six month break and rejoin.. I said ok and can you send the same verbal approval in email for my further use but she denied saying no let it be in verbal very rudely were we can't talk back to her since she is hr... I took break i got married inbetween that six months and came back after break everything went upside down saying you went on upsconding.. I sent email to madhumathi asking for relievement letter and my pf... She answered saying other team to take care of my pf and she didn't utter a word about my relievement letter... Why the hell are you cheating workers like us and i worked nearly 2 years for your company... Am at your disposal for further enquiry on the same consumer complaint team... If this is not resolved hcl technology i will have to deal this in different level... Hope you understand.. Kindly help
