HCL PC with serial number 2123AC314447 was purchased on 14.3.12 It had a 9 month warranty automatically extendible by 6 months if the PC was registered within 1 month of purchase. The PC was registered with HCL on 06.04.12 (within a month) and this was acknowledged by HCL on email.

Now the PC has developed a problem and is not working at all. HCL is simply refusing to honor the warranty and refusing to send the service engineer...
