Dear Sir,

My HCL monitor still in warrantry period was not functioning properly for quite sometime. I had made a complaint over telephone on 15th October, 2011. Problem with the monitor was that two vertical lines were constantly appearing on the display. In response to the complaint, one of company's representatives Mr. Ravi Sain came on 17th October, 2011 and took the monitor with him for servicing vide receipt no. 63843 and call ID [protected]. He assured that the needful will be done and monitor will be returned within ten days. Now nearly two months have passed but I have still not received my monitor. Whenever I enquire on company's customer care, the response I get is, my call is kept on hold for long time and the customer care representatives look for one excuse or another. They never give firm reply that the monitor would be ready by a particular date.

I worked in HCL for 26-Dec-2005 to 31-Mar-2011 and my Employee Code was 40155688. I have served more than 5 year of tenure but when I requested for PF withdrawl they have deducted around 67000 Rs. as Tax amount. I know, there is no tax on PF if you serve more than 5 years in a company but people are directing to one another for responses.

I am frustrated with their responses and donot know how to get my money back.

i perched my hcl me laptop on 26 of jan 2011.After some time i am facing problam with there battery.i complan for it on 8th of july 2011.they told me an engg visit at my place in 48 hr but no one come.than contect them again and again them he come on 16 of july and pick my battery.he tolb me he give me a new battery on 18 th july but he did not come.than i contect to the service center the told me engg give me the battery on 25 july but again he dint come then they told me my battery will send to me with in 24 hr but my battery not come than i call again and they told me wait for 24 hr but m batter no come to me and this prosces repit again and again till 9 august on 9 august they told me to visit on there service center and they give me the add (logical solutions ,villa no 27 ,block 5 ,basement,charemwood village,faridabad,121001). i go to that add but there is no sevice center i ask to the securty gard he told me there this is a regidensal area there is no service center.than i call to the service center and told them the problam they also talk to the gard by my phone then the told me they have not any auther add .they told me to go back home and have time for one week.

sir , i have submitted complaint 2 times on consumer compalint forum against HCL computer and tech. My RAM was malfunctioning so an engineer has taken it for replacement but from last two months they took no notice about this concern. i am unable to complete my urgent project.if they will not notice that complaint then i have to turn consumer court. this is last time when i m registering complaint.

I have registered for HCNP course in AUGUST 2008...The course got completed in DECEMBER 2010. But till now I haven't got my certificate.
I went around 50 times to their office from my busy schedule ...
I can't understand how can one certificate of only 2 year course in hclcdc agra . can take 6 - 7 months to reach to me..I feel cheated... They also told me that they will give me oppurtunity for job interviews etc. but till now I haven't got any such oppurtunity apart from one online exam for HCL CDC itself.

they are making fool and playing with our career.

I have purchased a HCL ME 4502 Laptop from HCLstore located at Ghaziabad city as on
25/07/2010 ( EXPRESS COMPUTERS C - 10 & 12, Express market, Ambedkar road , Ghaziabad , 201001 UP ). Due to an unfortunate body of my HCL ME 4502 Laptop ( including front pannel & back cover ) crashed than i have given it to HCL Authorised service Provider located at Meerut , EXCELLENT TECHNOLOGIES , 161 CIVIL LINES MEERUT.for repairment as on 12.04.2011. but it is hearing very bad that the part of HCL LAPTOP is not available till now in stores.
Whenever i am contact to your authorised service provider the only statement they said to me that " We have punch the purchase order to our company but it is not available till now. What can we do when it is not available by company."
