HCL — DUPLICATE RESPOND

My complaint booking no: [protected], registered on 7Th September, desktop CPU machine, no technician received yet, but, on 13Th October i called call book manager at Chennai region, He replied it was registered on 24Th September and on The same day it was attend and closed.

It was a fake reply, I'm The one who holds The machine, i don't know why They are miss used. it seems to ugly. its not difficult to me to book a new complaint, if i am getting a new complaint how many days or monThs to recover or it has miss used and it won't happened again.

dear sir i have purchased the home basic system thro your dealer m/s tuslasi [protected]@ sol chennai viide

their bill 418 02.10.2007 ref:c188 dt 02.10.2007 where in they have given windows vista but asked the

dealer to change the vist inti xp, they have changed and worked after six months booting problem came

and again called tulasi sys for service they have informed me your systems hard disc is broken i could

not understand we have not open the system without proper hard engineer, proplem comes i used

contacted the dealer only I.e tulasi system only, i asked your dealer and service engineer they are asking

me to change the hard disc with cost around 3000/ i surprised note that i have not opened the system

only by service enginneer here how i am resposible for that

In Dhule Head Post Office, 28 HCL computers are received from Director Of Posts, New Delhi among these the two computers are showing the following error which is as under please
(1) SL No. A086A4079173, HCL Desktop
Error- A Disk read error occured, press Ctrl + Alt + Del to restrart, the cables of the hard disk are changed and tried again but showing the same problem.

(2) SL No. A086A4079233, HCL Desktop
Error- Rebbot and select proper boot device or isert boot media in selected boot device and press a kay.
Kindly send the technians in Dhule Head POst Office immediately to solve the problems please.

We received 10 HCL systems from KVS (HQ) via invoice no. - [protected] dated[protected] from HCL Inforsystems Limited, IIE Pantnagar, Udham Singh Nagar, Uttrakhand with the configuration I5, 2 GB DDR3 RAM, 320 GB HDD.
The Problem is this that the system is showing harddisk error and is not working

HCL — Worst Service / support

This HCL products are very very worst quality product... it has giving lots of troubles like motherboard problem, keyboard problem, touchpad problem, battery problem and LCD problem etc., even after sales they are giving zero service / support not and they are never responding, they does not care about customers. I am totally frustrated of these HCL Products and services. Here I am suggesting my friends never go for HCL products otherwise you will definitely feel worst for that.

Please ignore all these kind of offers, HCL will never ask any one to pay the money, infact there are a lot of layoffs in other major companies which are not at all happening in HCL.
