I have purchased HCL me netbook with sl no. 9101AE193270 on 6th Nov 2010. The battery is not charging. It has been informed to HCL service centre. They said the battery is not working and will send new one. Whenever we ask, we have demanded it will come. When we ask the customercare they tell to call[protected]. Nobody attends and if attends most of them drops the call unanswered.

It is very pathetic. I should know when...

I am ashish singh . I have purchased a new hcl laptop in 5 nov2010. After 25 days my new laptop have keyboarb prolem. MY hcl laptop have on side warrenty, I have complain in 2 Dec 2010 at 4:02pm ,his given ticket no [protected], but no one visit, after two day i call customer care but no reply, In 9dec 2010 again call customer care , his give again new ticket no [protected] at 3:31 pm, every day i was call customer care...

we had attended mainframe freshers walk-in at sapna trade center on june 5th around 30 people were got selected and we were informed will get our offer letter by next week.But next week in CDAC kerala they had taken 20 candidates and they were given offer letter and joined by July end .
By august 24 we people got conformation call and informed date of joining will be Aug 30 will send the offer letter in couple of days .

I am using HCL desktop since 1 year. Last 7/10, I complaint for my desktop monitor on/off button which is not working properly.. I was facing problem with my HCL's TFT monitor. Since it was under warranty period, I was told that it will be replaced and for that I have to submit defective monitor at their service center. I submitted my monitor at their service center on 17/09/10 and till now I am waiting for the monitor. Everytime I call them, they tell it will be done in next 1-2 days but this day never comes. To contact at cutomer care is another horrible experience....
