I've bought HCL EZEEBEE PC ( Product Code: AZ001088, M/C Sr. No.: 9087AZ066465 ) on 24.11.08. From 06.05.11, monitor picture was partially viewing and Image control was not working. I've lodged complaint to the company on May 9, 2011 about this.
But I've compelled to write that their customer service is worst among all other companies. I've lodge complaint a month ago, but they don't send any representative. After complaining for 2nd time after 1 month, they send a representative who is not concern about monitor problem, though I've clearly mentioned in my complaint that my product has monitor problem. Is it a service? Also he said that he would confirm me about the problem before afternoon, but till now he is not contacted me. Furthermore he said that as my product has expired the warranty period, company is not taking the responsibility about my product for repairing. What type of service is it? After warranty period they did not provide any type of servicing. Strange! Also they told me to buy a new one instead of repairing the previous. So, in this way they harasses me since 1.5 months. What can I do?

I received this mail on 6 June 2011 and was contacted on phone to deposite Rs 7825/- ,SBI A/c No. [protected],in the name of MD SHAMSHAD - HRD . Amount was deposited with SBI after that .So, called Mr. ARPIT CHATERJEE (Mob . No. - [protected]) informed that i will be getting confirmation mail
and interview letter lattest by Monday . After that this man is not picking up the phone.
Concerned authorities are requested to look into my grivence.

buy a HCL system. Monitor (HCL 8087AM043701 ) came with this system is creating great problems. Every user who owns this monitor is facing same problem. It's monitor display settings pop up automatically again & again. Menu buttons are not working. After every boot up screen got distorted.It's not only my problem but everyone who is using this monitor is facing same problem. Please help me adjusting the display settings of this monitor i mean configure my display settings very correctly (resolution, refresh rate etc) plssssss

We represent ‘ consumer computing’ – B2C division and we cater to the customer in the home segment only through the appointment of retailers/resellers. Our Requirement is 100 Desktops of dual core,100 Atom Desktops or AIO,and 100 HCL XCITEL52A Laptops for these requirement i have already mail the PO to Mr.Alik mark cc to Mr.Anil but till i did not got any updated from them,We are regularly contacting both but they dont have any confirmed words always coming with an fake commitment.

Is this the Real face of HCL & sales department????This bad image reflect not only on HCL with us it will be getting more than 1000 home users and professionals,company by us HCL is loosing trust and making remark on its brand.

I request to concern people to address our request in right order take the required actions and do the needfull accordingly and save the brand good image HCL since my requests is pending from last 15days.

I brought HCL Laptop model Hcl Ae1v2351-x from technology next infocom, Nehru Place on 14 April 2011.
One the very day, I got windows XP loaded on my comp, which somehow seem not working and my system kept hanging. I got the system formatted twice, from different IT consultants, but this hanging problem remained.


On the 22nd April 2011, I lodged a complain with the HCL Helpline, complaint ID[protected]. The visiting engineer (Shankar - [protected]) took my system's hard disk as it was defaulted.


If I go by the sequence, I understand that the laptop had a defaulted Hard disk, which shall be replaced with a newer one, rather than repairing the defaulted one. As it does not make sense to me if I have to get the stuff I brought right from the showroom repaired, (its not second hand stuff)


It a case of consumer right violation and causing mental agony on a newly purchased merchandise. I did not spend my money to get a stuff which does not work properly, abd time and again I have been misled with differing versions as in replaces or repaired hard disk. I have the details of my older hard-disk so pls dont even try to get into any tricks.


I again reiterate that whatever the case be, I shall be given a functionally working replaced brand new hard-disk for my system. The person incharge of my disk at HCL is Mr Yogesh [protected]. This shall be done at the earliest by 28th April as I have lots of pending things to work on.


Now I am regretting my decision to not go for an acer laptop. I opted for hcol as my sister has it and hers seem to function well. Hope to hear from you soon.

1) the employess are treated as bounded labours. my husband work there for 15 hrs a day.
2) Then how the employee will have the potential to work? it is totally lead to physical, mental and health hazzard .
3) Monetary beniefits are too low and moreover there is no overtime (OT) in offshore. that is till project goes alive there will be no OT.

these are the major reasons for more retrechment in bpo sector. it is not healthy for economy of india.

they treat employees as school children. i dont know how to say more than this...

if possible take action on this issue and bring a solution to this.

We are purchase 245/- Thin Client 254/- TFT 15" 249/- Mouse 256/- Keyboard 20/- TFT 17" for our company in year of 2008 with five year warranty but you people is not supporting as per the Warranty period is defined at the time of purchase.

And the support people is always used blame us that we have earthing problem in my company. But I already said to him that there is no earthing issue in my company and he can check by their own in my company. And I am doing mail from last one month and the support people from HCL is not even replying my single email. And now I am helpless where should I go to claim my warranty in HCL. How long it will take to repair the TFT’s. And please May I know why is you people is not replying my email. Is you are not used to consider me in your client list. I am totally unsatisfied from your services which you are giving to CSC or not replying even emails.

And there is no repairing status I got from any of your team member. And you used to continuously escalate the earthing issue but I had ensure you there is no any earthing issue in CSC and to ensure please come and check.

And in the last repairing please review your repaired hardware status from HCL.

HCL Technologies - BPO Services which is based in ELCOT campus - shollinganallur (Project Accord), is not giving leave on election day. Its our right as a citizen of india to vote. But my company is not giving me an opportunity to utilize my citizen ship rights.

Please look in to this and ban all the companies which is not giving the basic rights of citizens.

Dear Sir,

I have ordered a laptop online on 29th dec 2010, they have told me you will get laptop within 7 working days.After 10 workings days, I have called them they told me that you will get your laptop b/w 25th Jan to 29th Jan 2011.Since they have delayed to send me my laptop they have told me you will get Reebok jacket as a compensation. I have received my laptop on 29th jan 2011.

From the first day I have received my laptop it is not at all on a working state.My new laptop is not working from the date i have received. I have called them more than 15 to 20 times ask them to lodge a complaint they have lodge a complaint, but on the base of complaint they never revert me back properly.Complaint no[protected] on dated 29th Jan 2011 and[protected] on 5th Feb 2011),but they didn't provide me proper solution.

I asked them to take this laptop and send me new laptop, but they are not able to say anything.
