[Resolved]  HCL Technologies — HCL Technologies - REQ-99801 -please provide annexure k document for PF transfer

Hi team,

My name is Mukta Bakshi
My Emp id : 51660599
I made an online pf transfer request on 12.10.2020 and the claim settled on 13.11.2020 and request status : Disbursed in HCL separation portal but the amount shows as 0 in epfo portal.
And I did not received any amount in my current pf account.
So please provide the annexure k document for pf transfer request no. : REQ-99801 urgently to submit my current employer.

Annexure K will be available in HCLT's separation portal once you receive auto confirmation mail and SMS on completion of PF transfer process.
You may download the same from separation portal accordinglyl

I have got mail from HCL with status as below. Is it same as mentioned above or I will get one more mail as completion?

Request Type : Transfer
Request Status : Disbursed
you may visit HCLT's separation portal and download Annexure K which is available under PF link

Under PF link there is no Annexure attached
