Fake job offer and offer letter

I got a fake job interview letter. with the demand for rs. 8400 as a security and refundable which is pasted as below:

PF Portal Showing Error

I have been trying continuously from months to access the PF portal and fill the withdrawal form.

I always get the issue stating "Enter Date of Birth". There is no provision of entering Date of birth in the portal.

I have tried mailing [protected]@hcl.com but there is no response. Nobody is taking any action or even responding.

Not providing experience letter

PF transfer status updated as completed but amount transferred is zero

Submitted online transfer of my pf from hcl toy current company,
Hcl approved my transfer but amount transferred is zero Rs.0
I tried submitting transfer again, Epfo field officer rejected as transfer is already successful.

My question is amount transferred by hcl is Rs.0

Hcl is fraud, in the name of trust they are cheating.
Struggling to transfer my pf for past 7 years

PF transfer taking 2 years to complete

My pf transfer from hcl to my current employer is taking years together. I have raised online pf transfer and got only the reference number from hcl. no further communication is given. the reference number is REQ-75301. The hcl pf portal just says in progress for more than 2 years.

However i have not received any relieving letter, experience letter or fnf settlement from company due to admin clearance was pending. I literally had to struggle like anything in covid-19 situation i had to visit office just for submitting the id card and access card on 22nd september 2020.
