I am an ex-employee of HCl and requested for a pf transfer and it's still in received and under process status. Its been more than 30 days

But in order to transfer the amount to my pf account, i need annexure k from hcl pf team.

I was been following up with pf team from a very long time but they are not responding to my mails.

Below are my pf transfer details.

    Hi, I have submitted PF transfer from HCL to current organization through EPFO. In EPO the transfer status is showing settled and amount is showing as '0'. I have raised grievance through EPFO. Till now No response. In myHCL portal it is showing as under process.

      All your past PF transfer requests have been referred back including the present one as you had not provided signed and sealed Form-13 by your current employer. Do comply for closure. Annexure K can only get generated once you receive an auto acknowledgment that submitted Form-13 is correct.

        Today i have got a mail from HCL HR department and they have detailed written on mail that your CV has been sortlisted and this is one day offer so you have to make payment of 4200/- including GST after post completion of the payment you need to fill a form (http://hclcareers.com) them you will get the details of joining shortly.
        And i have followed the same instruction and did a payment of 4200/- but till now i have not got any mail regarding to the service or any confirmation mail.
        So now i all is wanted to refund my money ASAP.
        Please look into this matter and so the needful.

              My HCL emp id: 51769999

              I had found a few mismatches in my fnf settled dated 6 Nov 2020 .

              1. Why is GST charged (9, 484 RS) on Notice recovery? Amount recovered is part of my salary and on salary GST is not applicable (please go through CGST ACT 2017 Schedule II) and Refund my salary from which GST amount is deducted.

              1.1. For notice period recovery Total payable should be

              Number of Days Not Served – Annual leave * Basic pay/31. Why are you calculating the total number of days as it’s costing me 6, 000+ more? Please correct this calculation and refund additional deductions.

              2. Why is the salary on Demand 8, 843.35 RS is deducted? I had 31.8 days of leave balance, now it’s showing 27.8 days. Where is my 4 day leave gone? If (Sal for OCT is paid for 27 days, then where is my 4 days of leave gone?)

              3. Under other deductions I can see 598 RS deducted for Arr.Other Deductions please help me why it has been deducted.

                  Kindly help me to get my PF no, I am jobless with this money will be usefull for me to run the show for some time.

                  Kindly let me know my PF Details(PF No, UAN No). Missed My Salary Slip, I have just got my relieving letter, experience certificate and F&F Letter.

                  PF number is published on the face of salary slip and online PF statement which is available to all employees during their service tenure with HCLT. Do refer the same.
                  Visit HCLT's separation portal thru your individual login to raise online PF settlement request, if you wish to withdraw PF

                      Annexure K is available in HCLT's separation portal under "PF". Do login and download the same. Else approach dealing PF office of your current establishment as all PF transfers including Annexure K is online generated in EPFO portal only
                      Annexure K is generated online in EPFO portal, you need to approach dealing PF Office of your current establishment for an update as no PF is pending at HCLT end for more than 20 working days
                      Annexure K is also available for download in HCLT separation portal under "PF application"

                          I initiated pF transfer from HCL to current employer and I have received a mail from HCL that PF has been transferred.
                          I have checked with current employer and they are asking for annexure K. I have sending mail to HCL PF helpdesk( [protected]@hcl.com) but getting response that your mail has been blocked.

                            PF Account No. HIL EPF Trust-HR[protected]
                            Pension Fund Account No. : RPFC-HR/5572/102557

                            EPF was maintained by HIL EPF Trust, but EPS was maintained by EPFO. EPFO has not transferred Service History of Amdocs to BGBNG[protected]. Amdocs PF was transferred to your PF. Kindly get the correct Annexure k from EPFO having service history or past company and HCL as well.

                              HCLT cannot withdraw any PF on behalf of employee. Your understanding is incorrect.
                              Do share mandatory Annexure K issued by dealing Regional PF office of your previous employer to ascertain when and what PF amount has been transferred by them to exempted PF Trust of HCLT.

                              Soft copy of Annexure K is required to be sent to harshit.[protected]@hcl.com in HCLT

                                Hi Team,

                                Kindly advise & direct me to the concerned department/persons.
                                I left HCL in Dec 2012 & hence then i have hard time in getting my PF transferred.

                                I dropped no. of email to [protected]@hcl.com with no response and undelivered messages.
                                All my next companies from 2013 are pending for the PF transfer from HCL Trust. Hence i would like to withdrawn as its taking few years.

                                Kindly do the needful & help to connect the right teams.

                                    During my Bench period begins exactly on COVID lock down Period, Within 20 days intimation HCL fired my job though I got project on lockdown period, Against the GOV rule HCL Project manager telling to travel to Bangalore attend the project assigned behalf of client, HCL not followed the policy ...HCL TOOK MY VOLUNTRY RESIGNATION as per policy they should provide three month pay if voluntary resignation at least one month pay not provided ...Three month notice period not maintained as per policy ...GOV should take care these kind of human sense in professional world.

                                      Its almost 60 Working days could you please settle this.
                                      None of email ID's of hcl is protected.
                                      PF was transferred on 12th Nov, 2020 for INR 7413/- to RPFC Barkartpura. Do coordiante with them

                                        You need to approach project HR which was last assigned to you when you were part of HCLT for assistance to get your parentage corrected in HCLT database.

                                        PF Trust of HCLT cannot take any action for correcting any information in your personal records.
