My fast tag customer id :- [protected] on 22/4/2019. We recharge our fast tag wallet two time with rs. 30, 000/.. But in my wallet showing one time recharge of rs. 30, 000/. Only second recharge of rs. 30, 000/. Not showing in my fast tag id where as the bank deducted two times as per our bank statement which is given below :-

We also contacted the fastag customer executive but they are asking that payment of rs. 30, 000/.. Has not been received us and further directed us to contact with the bank further this amount be in suspense account of hdfc bank. So you are requested to please refund our rs. 30, 000/... Which not received by the fastag in this connection we received a message & bank statement which is also attached
