This is for my car lan#55016660, On 19/03/2019 I visited your indira nagar branch, stood in queue for two hours and i paid 251137 from my hdfc bank against my loan as prepayment. It got deducted same day.

Later I see in amortization that though my prepayment deducted on 19/03 but they deducted from outstanding principal on 05/04/2019 (so late), also they deducted it after they applied interest of next month i.e. interest 7, 451, my interest would have been different if they had applied it after deducting the prepayment.

Some questions here:
1) When the money was deducted from my account on 19/03 why it was not put against my homeloan on same day, both are HDFC bank.
2) You earned interest on my money 251137 from 19/03 to 05/04, where it has gone? I want my interest back or put that money on same day against my loan.
3) Why the interest of next month applied before applying prepayment, this way I ended up paying more interest. I would have got benefit of more than 2000 rs if you had applied interest after the prepayment.
4) You were unprofessional and cheated customer, kept money with you earned interest on it and customer ended up losing interest, paying more interest on loan and having more outstanding principal.
5) My outstanding principal would have been different if you had not cheated and I would have got more interest saving.

Seriously get your bank official to work on it. People from your side call me, they understand the problem too but they do not work on it. They also sent me amoritization but it is same. Dont make me FOOL.

i also raised online complain but no one really cares, they closed the case sending me same amoritization which was available online too. (5-APR - request reference # 9302559)

I'm going to further send it your nodal office and higher office for escalation.

ALSO YOU HAVE ONLY ONE BRANCH IN BANGALORE I.E. INDIRA NAGAR FOR CATERING ISSUES RELATED WITH LOAN, I WAS IN QUEUE FOR MORE THAN TWO HOURS. WHEREAS EVERY HDFC BRANCH DISBURSE LOAN, WHY YOU HAVE LESS BOOTHS TO ENTERTAIN THEIR PROBLEMS. YOU HAVE PATHETIC SERVICE AND ONLY INTERESTED IN MAKING MONEY AND CHEATING PEOPLE.

    Hi,

    If hdfc life not able to sale policy. Why they outsource agent & agent they call customer and tell they provide lots of fake offer. Behalf of fake offer they sell your product & you incur age that. Every 10 to 15 days i received same calls they offer if you buy hdfc life policy we are provide health insurance + bones + pension + 20% cash back. You are run this entire market in you senior staff & they get big amount of commission. Yours thinking is c (Customer)= c (Chutiya) katoo. That all.
    If customer complains against fake agents you are protect that & you don't take any action.

      I have got a call from hdfc bank for credit card about a month ago, they told me about the offers and benefits then asked about my salary details. After confirming my eligibility for credit card there representative visited my place filling in form and took all my required documents. Couple of days later i got sms with my ref number. Then got 2 3 verification calls one my mobile and office numbers. I have received as letter from bank to which i have to acknowledge with my name/contact number/address details. I did that.

      Then thereafter i have not received any further update from bank not a mail or call. Then i called up customer care to enquirer about the status. They simply said my application is declined, when i see the mail executive applied for "international credit card" instead of "reward credit card".
      This is pathetic and stupid answer, being eligible with authenticate documents they are not giving any reason for my application decline.

      I am highly disappointed with hdfc bank service and customer care support.

        This has been a very weird experience with hdfc ltd that i have submitted post dated cheques for my home loan and they are bounced stating that drawer's signature mismatched. With the same sort of signature my cheques are passed last month by hdfc itself. My query is very simple. Why such thing is happening? Either all the cheques should reject or all should pass. What or who decides to pass or reject the cheque?
        I have reported it long days back but i am not getting any feedback from your helpdesk. Hdfc is just bluffing the customers with very poor services. It is killing my official hours unnecessarily. Overall i need to take extra stress for this # created by hdfc. I have amount in my account. Why this cannot be done seemlessly without any hazzles?
        Last emi i paid somehow by link in which in need to pay extra amount for which i am not responsible at all. I need that refund from hdfc at any cost and request to streamline my upcoming transactions whether it is cheque based or automatic debit.

        Still waiting for kind response from HDFC support team.Hope you would have replied to my query till now.
        Support please let me know whether HDFC can refund my unnecessary deductions on loan account or not?
        It has been month and I am just in follow up with HDFC but no proper assistance till date.This unprofessioanal behaviour of bank is killing my time and mental harassment is there.If this cannot be assisted by support then some legal need to filed for this or go for bank ombudsman.

          Hdfc bank charging me late due or late payment charges even having amount in my andra bank account, i contacted bank employee and manager in mobile also they said this is ecs problem we can't do anything n u have pay the late payment charges also other wise your cibil score will be effected, i contacted 3 or 4 employes of hdfc but no one suggested me how to slove my problem. I already have money in my account then why should i pay the late payment charges n who is responsible for this, i hope u will help me to slove this ecs problem tq

            Dear sir i'm anurag manoj sharma my hdfc account is a salary account, i sent a cheque request through online request and there was a cheque book sent to me at my address, but not received because it was a office address and i contacted the courier multiple time also i provided them the time to deliver but they failed, i made a req again and they made the same mistake.

            I was asked to collect from the branch, i asked the courier guy where it is delivered to, he said it is returned to hdfc bank now after 2-3 weeks when there was no help from anyone i got a massage rs.237/- debited for cheque stop. Kindly let me know how it was my fault when the bank and the courier person failed to delivered the cheque

                Hi team, i did purchase the vivo v9 youth on emi on 08/08/2018 & the hdfc agent charged me 2000 rs in cash for the file processing & to process the request asap.
                I did purchase it from anant electricals.
                I am making the regular payment of my emi on my mobile phone.
                Now after checking the details of my receipt there is no amount of 2000rs mentioned on it.
                Kindly request to please check & return my hard earned money asap or else kindly tell me where i can lodge the complaint regarding the same.

                    I had requested the hdfc bank, candolim to open an nri for my cousin from london, in the month of june 2018. The bank manager deputed someone from the branch who explained to us the nre and nro account. The purpose for the account was made known to the employee of the bank who then advised us to open an nro account. The forms were signed and my cousin went abroad. After 3 months, i realized that i was not given the passbook which i subsequently got after several reminders.
                    On the 8th of march, i handed over two cheques to be credited to the said account. My cousin, meanwhile received an email from the bank which mentioned only the initial amount deposited. It put me into a very awkward situation. I asked the bank for an explanation it was only on the 4th april that i was informed that the two cheques could not be credited to the said account since the account that was an nre one and not nro which was requested for by us. This has caused me a lot of stress. Not to mention that the cheques could lapse. I have requested the bank to convert the said account from nre to nro with a request from my cousin from his registered email. Why should we be penalized for the mistake of the bank.
                    The bank wants my cousin to fill the form online scan documents and courier it to the bank which is confusing for him as he is not familiar with terminology here. Besides who will bear the cost of the courier from london?

                      Myself I’m Akhil, here I’m writing on behalf of my father late Suresh kumar. He was holding an existing policy with hdfc life insurance(motor insurance). The loan number is 37275634 and the policy number is[protected]. The mobile number which was registered with hdfc is [protected].
                      He was passed away on December 12, 2017. After the incident i had submitted the required documents for getting the claim and in regular interval; trying to follow up with the concerned persons from hdfc (Trivandrum branch). Until now I didn’t get any clarification from any one from your side. Its going to be 2 years.
                      Kindly have a look on this and please do the needful.

                        Hello,

                        My name is naveen kumar and i am a credit card holder (Card no-[protected]) of hdfc bank.
                        The limit of my card is 25000 and after the use of it the bill generates of rs.22659 but the notice sent to my home was of rs. 22782 and the due date was 12-april-2019. I paid the whole due amount on 11-april-2019 i. E. Rs. 22800 as suggested by the collection team (Ms. Tina) i also wants to inform you that my credit card is permanently blocked since november 2018 by the bank.

                        After the payment ms. Tina ([protected]) said that "there is no due amount you have to pay and the all dues are clear".

                        Also i have an amount of rs. 5520 in my bank account which was on hold by the bank and when i paid the amount of 22800 they also deducted rs.926. From my bank account (A/c no-[protected]), when i asked them they said it was late fine.

                        Also, they generated the statement of rs. 767. I again made contact with them regarding this. Some of them said that this is late fees and some said this is gst charges and some said it was finance charges.

                        I made this payment also because i want to close this credit card permanently. After making the payment of rs. 767 the limit shows of rs.25000 which was the initial limit provided by the bank.

                        I contacted hdfc bank to close the credit card account but they said "there is remaining payment of rs. 138.43".

                        I also went to my nearest branch to ask regarding this issue but nobody assist me.

                        Till now i did not get any proper details regarding the charges which they have charged from me.

                        I want my money back (The amount of rs. 926 which is deducted from my bank account on 12 april 2019 and rs. 767 paid by me on 13 april 2019) because it seems like the charges applied on my credit card is wrong.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I have taken a Personal Loan from HDFC Credit Card No. [protected]. I have been regularly paying on my dues on time for the past two year.

                          But due to some financial problem I am not able to pay my EMI from October 2018. I am trying to get funds so that I can settle down the account. But the agencies hired by the bank is harassing a lot. One person had even visited my home and started abusing all present and was shouting out how that anybody is dealing with me since I am a defaulter of bank.

                          Now today i.e 17/04/2019 I got call from [protected] (Mr. Rakesh Hate) and he told that his agent would visit my office on 17/04/2019 and that I have to pay him Rs. 9000/-. Meanwhile a lady by name Roshini called from[protected] and started arguing with me and asked me take loan from my office collegues and pay her. She told that she would send some person to my office and ask my co-staff to arrange money and give to me to pay of the loan.

                          Sir I explained that I have been servicing the Loan/Credit for past 2 years and I have holding this card for more than five years and that I have never defaulted in my payment. But since I am in a very bad financial situation I am not able to service it. I have many time previously told them that as soon as I have some money I would contact bank and settle my account.

                          I request that such harassment would not benefit the bank no, only it would create more problem for me.

                              I have taken a top up on my previous personal loan emi of which were being deducted from my saving account in pnb. Now at the time of top up they forcibly opened an account in hdfc saying that i can close the said account after three months. Now the main problem occured although m paying all emi online coz m unable to operate that account in hdfc, i came to know that my account despite my repeated requests has not been converted in loan account and is showing minus and bounced emi record which is very tortours and painful for me being a single earning salaried person in my family. I have a sick son to look after. Plz have some sympothy and reasonably resolve my problem by waiving the huge penalty and regularise my account by converting it into loan account as i cannot hold some 10000 in that account. Plz consider my previous record that no single emi is bounced.

                              I have taken a top up on my previous personal loan emi of which were being deducted from my saving account in pnb. Now at the time of top up they forcibly opened an account in HDFC saying that i can close the said account after three months. Now the main problem occured although m paying all emi online coz m unable to operate that account in HDFC, i came to know that my account despite my repeated requests has not been converted in loan account and is showing minus and bounced emi record which is very tortours and painful for me being a single earning salaried person in my family. I have a sick son to look after. Plz have some sympothy and reasonably resolve my problem by waiving the huge penalty and regularise my account by converting it into loan account as i cannot hold some 10000 in that account. Plz consider my previous record that no single emi is bounced.

                              With reference to my previous mail I received a call from your employee miss Neha. When I explained her that I have paid all my EMI through collection boy and through link which was sent by HDFC employees. But she has misbehaved with me by saying that I have to prove that I have paid emi. This caused me mental agony. Please look into the matter and clarify me where my hard earned money has gone otherwise I have no other way but to file a suit against hdfc bank.

                                Im hdfc bank holder since i opened account there is not any deduction till march 2019 after that i have credited my account with 3000. Rs then only 2100 is on my account about 900 is deducted for unknown reason this very ridiculous i want my money back or else i will with another bank really unsatisfied with hdfc bank services i also called customer care but they didn't answering me what...

                                I got a call from hdfc bank that you have a offer for free credit card. Your card is lifetime free. We will will not charge you any kind of fee or annual fee. But after my card received any month i got debited rs 500 + 90 gst as a membership fee of hdfc card. I talk many times to hdfc regarding this why you charge membership fee if you have done promise to customer.

                                When i received my card, i wrote a mail to hdfc my card is free for lifetime. So i not want any membership fee. Hdfc bank done a fake commitment to customer. Why they are cheating customer like this way. If they want to charge that fee than bank to to tell me in starting.

                                  I had requested for a demand draft online through hdfc netbanking and sent it directly to the admissions office of a reputed college because hdfc gives you an option to do so.

                                  Now, the college wants the dd number to track it since it will receive thousands of dds. I went to the hdfc branch in ecospace bengaluru and he said that we cannot give you the dd number.

                                  My issue is my admission stands cancelled if i do not update dd details on their portal. I tried contacting customer care, they have everything automated so i could not get hold of a real person i could talk to.
                                  I tried raising tickets through mails and nobody responded to any of my tickets.

                                  Now why are they not sharing dd details with the person who requested it in the first place.
                                  Also the person at the branch tells me why did you send it directly and not your own address.

                                  Why on the earth do you have an option to send directly when you cannot use it?

                                  I really need help here. I am clueless now.

                                      i am Gaurav, i have got fraud with HDFC debit card date on 06 Apr 19 17:32
                                      physical debit card with me. but don't know how to withdraw 22000/- in my a/c ( 10000/- 10000/- & 2000/- BOI PAHARGANJ NEW DELHI.
                                      I have complaint with bank Ref No MUM[protected] but now 10 days days over not any respond from bank side.
