My fastag sometimes doesn't get recognized by the scanner used in tolls. It shows zero balance. (Though i have around 500 inr in my account.).
Thought of replacing my fastag with new one and contacted customer care. As usual i have to wait atleast 10 min to get the call connected.
On 19th apr, they gave a mail id fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com and i was said i will be receiving a mail from them and a link for next step of process of tag replacement. Its almost a week and no reply.
I was also said it takes maximum 2 days to receive the reply. But haven't received any mail.
I even tried in the online portal, unfortunately, the otp is not generating. Dont know the reason why???
So i have decided to deactivate my account. And, ofcourse, with same 10 min waiting time, i was given the same mail id fastag. [protected]@insolutionsglobal.com today (25th apr) for sending a deactivation request. I have sent the mail. Let me wait and see... How many days they take to deactivate and refund my balance.
