Please stop the service provided on fastag to customer, you dont have a proper support function & call center, really dont understand how a call center toll free number be busy for 7 continuous days. I have not yet received my fastag, can you please confirm when will i receive the same its more than 15 days now and already received all the fastag generation messages 10 days ago Application ref number - hfr377886 Customer id is[protected] Please dont cheat the customers, you have collected 500 when submitting the details. This is the same with me too. It's been more than 15 days now and we are left with very few days to start fasttag. We will bear the extra amount to be paid.
I have received SMS, recharge information etc but no fasttag received. Customer care number is always busy. Can you please let me know the status.
