Have made the net banking payment through hdfc bank to get a fastag, payment made successful and after that no news from last 24 hrs, when i called phone banking team, they said very clearly that, they are nothing to do with these type of services and shared me a number to connect that is [protected]. But this number is not in use. Am really surprised how could hdfc can cleanup their hands of his own customers and giving annoying answers, this is really a unprofessional approach.

    Being a privileged customer of hdfc bank since 2010,
    I have submitted a new application for fastag with ref# - hfr546567 through hdfc portal 3 days ago by paying rs 500/-.

    I have not received any confirmation email / sms about the same till now.
    I could not even connect with fastag customer care [protected] as its always been busy (Might be intentional act).

    Requesting for resolution on the same.

    Note: we understand that the fastag delivery might take 7 working days from the date of application. But a confirmation email / sms would make us relax and confident about the application we submitted. Otherwise we would be under money loss impression.

    I have been trying to connect with fastag customer care # [protected] since i have requested for fastag.
    its always been busy ( No response ). Very pathetic service by HDFC Fastag team.
    My Fastag has not been delivered yet ( Applied on 26th Nov'19 ) .

    Alteast give us response boss...Delivery is second thing...

      I have applied for hdfc bank fastag on nov 19, 2019. I have received confirmation sms from hdfc, but haven't received any further information about it. It was told that it will be delivered in 7 days, but until now i have not received it. Tried calling to the number they provided in the website, but no response from other side. Pathetic service.

        I applied for a hdfc fastag via the bank's webbsite. Additionally, i have paid all the charges but have only received the customer id & wallet id. Despite repeated attempts to reach the bank, the physical fastag has not yet been delivered and hdfc fastag's customer service number is continuously not reachable.

        With the deadline of december 1, 2019 fast approaching, they should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

          Such abysmal customer service is not expected from hdfc. I had submitted an application for fastag where the money got charged but i received an error on your website (Which is what is happening to most people, so i think its become your modus operandi and a way to fleece people).

          After that i have emailed my concern to your fastag id and tried multiple times to get in touch with customer care (Sometimes holding on for upto 20 minutes!). I dont understand why you can get a number with multiple lines and how the line for a helpline number can be busy constantly in this day and age.

            I had applied for the fastag from hdfc bank fastag portal. I have already paid all the charged but i didn't got any response from hdfc. I have just received customer id & wallet id but the physical fastag is not received from bank and their customer service number is also not reachable. Being a customer for almost 10 years, never expected such a bad service from the bank. They should provide a tracking number or sms which clarify the current status of fastag.

              Applied for Fastag on HDFC website.
              Paid for HDFC fastag on Nov 28. Ref no. HR[protected].
              The payment of INR 500 is already deducted.
              Didn't receive confirmation message or status.
              Your helpline[protected] is always engaged and there is not response.
              today morning I called again and get response that untill the Wallet id is not created HDFC can't track the status of the request though Ref number is shared. This is soo illogical.
              Please respond on status and when I will get the Fastag.

                Its been more than 15 days and i am staying in bangalore. I have received all messages about card issues, recharge, etc. But card only has yet been received. Since many days trying to contact customer care, but not able to contact them and it always says number is busy.

                  I have received my fastag rfid tag 5days back but there is no wallet id/ customer id mentioned in the letter attached.

                  I havent received any welcome letter for the same to my mobile/mail.

                  So that i cant able to use the same.

                  Contacted helpline number [protected] multiple times they say - your details are not showing here.

                  Then how the hell i received the tag?

                  Sent mail to hdfc fastag support but no response from those guys.

                  I havent seen such a worst service from hdfc.

I supposed to get a confirmation in my mailbox on my registered e-mail id. But till now i have not received any mail.                             Have applied fastag on nov 12, 2019 morning. I received an e-mail that fastag will be delivered with in 7 days.

                            It’s already 15 days and no status update on fastag, customer care is completely a [censored]. Have tried more than 60 times in last 3 days but most of the time number ‭[protected]‬ busy, sometimes bell rings but no one picks.

                            Hdfc is making fool of customers with its ### services.

                            I want immediate refund now but problem is these ### are not reachable by any means.

                              I applied for hdfc fastag on dt. 18.11.2019 with application reference number hfr376106. But till date i have not received my fastag and the customer care number given either in the hdfc website or customer portal are all fake. They are either busy or number not valid.
                              Being a hdfc customer i never expected this much delay. I will never recommend this fastag from hdfc to anyone.

Hfr624080 and the tracking id - hr[protected] for my vehicle up32hs1313 the whole process completed and at last after payment page it shows unable to process request at this time but the amount has been deducted from my debit card. Now the thing is that it is uncleared that it is applied or what and when will i get it as there is no link where to confirm this and i called the toll free number for this many times but it responded busy always.

                                  HI I have applied for fastag through HDFC BANK. I have received the message about activation of Fastag for my car no MH12NJ6298.
                                  but till date I have not received any tag. While purchasing tag I have received message from HDFC BANK that someone will contact me. But till date no one has called me. I have tried to call on customer care number but for all 24 hrs the number is busy.

                                    Had applied thru for fastag thru HDFC Bank portal. The application went thru smoothly till payment. After I made the payment I received an SMS which shows that the amount has been debited to my credit card while the application portal was showing error.
                                    When I called the HDFC Bank local branch guys they said that I need to call Fastag Customer Care which in turn was not picking up the call.
                                    I need faster resolution of this problem. Courts in this country should take cognizance of these issues & initiate a legal action such service providers.
