I have applied for a hdfc fastag through their online portal on 17.11.2019. I received the activation message on 26.11.19.
I am yet to receive the physical copy of the fastag through post. Their customer care number [protected] is constantly busy for over two days and there is no other means of contacting them.

Complaint marked as Resolved There was no contact from HDFC or from insolutions global other than the reply on this forum. The fastag arrived after 12 working days rather than the 7 working days mentioned on their website. The delay was not a major issue, but being unable to contact anyone to address your complaints to is infuriating. The number provided on their website does not work at all.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
