They have committed not to charge Preferred customers who maintains so much balance in them . In spite without notification they charge so much money that is 400 + tax a year... which is not viable i[censored] have 5-6 Family accounts.
Please Refund us money and will Shift our account to other appropriate bank

This hundred percent correct that HDFC is cheating to all customer by forcibly implementing program management fees. I object on this and my complaint already sent to bank on 31st and 1st April'16.

yes we have to take up this matter on all forms i.e. with bank and Social Media this is clear cut loot and cheating by bank generally preferred customers have min. 5-7 account with bank so even after having a huge balance in the bank they will be charged 475/- per account means average collection of bank will be 2500/- per customer It shows how they Increase their profits by cheating and looting customers
Hi I just received my statement and there has been a fee levied in it.

When Program Management have I subscribed too.

I guess its time to shift my funds back here or switch to other bank.

Its shocking even if its small amount a fee being levied for no such service asked

HDFC bank is cheating customers. Without giving notice they have charged programme management fees. Today I wentr to the bank to find out what it is, they were not able to say. They say they have to find out. Already Government is charging too much as tax and now bank is charging.
Same here the bank is degrading its services, there is no value for person who are holding account as classic customer from past 15 years.. Sad I will be forced to move to other bank who are offering better services.

Please HDFC bank refund the money back. This is not right. I want to close my account if you want to deduct quarterly the programme management fee. You mean those who have been your customer for more than 15 years you should start charging them. I don't need any benefits from your bank.

Without intimation HDFC Bank has debited our 2 Preferred Accounts with Quarterly charge of Rs 100/per Quarter + Service Tax. Whether RBI has permitted such draconian charge to their Big preferred Customers? No satisfactory response id forthcoming from their Preferred Customer's Desk? Because we are Preferred customers. Bank want to Mich the Milk yielding cow & carry out their so called Best Technology Bank, which is now Customer unfriendly, egoistic, only marketing oriented Bank?

IS MD, Board & so called Corporate Governance believing Bank listening? Or now they want to treat Indians Preferred customers as a Dirt? Shall RBI & Consumer Courts Act in the consumer interest?

Whether & Why not Customers were informed in Advance?

Whether RBI has permitted levying such charges?

Why you are shy of not giving Ombudsman name when requested several times?

When your Bank uses our funds at low cost interest, where is the need to charge preferred customers?

Don't forget Bank lends money on savers money & we as a customers can shift to other Banks.

HDFC Bank has forgotten ford service & every one in the chain markets their products say Insurance, pensions schemes but they forget & has forgotten the word service.

Remember in India everyone does not need Technical Solutions but a humane faced service whereas you are compelling Non IT savoy customers to compulsory use Technology based solutions.
Don't forget you exists because of Customers & their support
I agree we should migrate to other Banks that treat their customers better
