Respected team, My Self Sandesh B Shetty, chartered Accountant in profession. My complaint is that i have booked my flight ticket from Bangalore to Mumbai on 30th March 2015 but unfortunately i have cancelled the same and I requested for refund but till today refund is not received despite of repeated request and mails, details are as below- HDFC Bank SmartBuy Ref No : [protected] Goibibo Ref Number: TUAJ66GDX Booked Request ID : GOFLD4de6a[protected] Booked on : 30-03-15 Refund details are as below- Booking ID: TUAJ66GDX Booked on: March 30, 2015, 1:40 p.m. Refund Processed Dear Sandesh, Please note that your refund has been processed Refund amount would be credited in your bank account within 3-5 working days. Please confirm if the transaction was done using your HDFC Bank Credit Card or HDFC Bank savings account. In case of your Credit Card, please provide us the last 4 digits of your Credit Card number and your mobile number. In case of savings account, please share your 14-digit account number or customer ID. No Till Now not received and lost all hopes of refund... by the way HDFC is biggest business leader in India right? for them my refund is very small amount but still they are playing cat n rat game!!!

I have made ticket on 8 June 16 using Smartbuy and later got cancelled due to airline. I got confirmation email from Goibibo (smartbuy) but money is not refunded in my HDCF account yet. sent many email to smartbuy customer support but there is no response.. below is booking details. little worried now what to do as spoke to may time with Goibibo and they confirmed that refund initiated to smartbuy.

My Issue:-
Ticket Abort and refund amount not credited
I have booked a flight ticket on 01/07/2015 from Hyderabad to Bangalore for Journey date 16/07/2015 through HDFC smartbuy (Goibibo Partner). But the same had been aborted from Goibibo.
Many times I call & e-mailed to smartbuy, they only says wait for 48-hours more for crediting the amount in my credit card account, till now no refund received. No e-mail from smartbuy I have received yet too.
