Rs. 147 was deducted from my account while recharging through PayTM. But the transaction failed and the money was not reversed to my account. Below goes the details. Account Number: **********7079 Customer ID : 48154281 Reference Number:[protected] Narration: [protected]-PaytmMobileSolutionP For this I have called a couple of times HDFC customer care, but all the calls got disconnected midway. I have also written multiple times using the "Contact us" option and "Mail"(Reference no of the communication: [protected]) in NetBanking. But I haven't received any reply from HDFC. That's why today I am resorting to this platform. Please resolve it and refund my money.

    Loan application vide File no[protected], with HDFC, for Balance Transfer of Home loan with other financial institute. I have approached HDFC.com for Balance Transfer option, to transfer my Home loan with other financial institute to HDFC. The Sales executive promised to complete the process within a month. I have submitted the application form on 09th of July 2015, and provided all the required documents then and there as requested by HDFC Sales team. I also provided the closure quotation of previous loan provider 2 times to HDFC. But even after one and a half month HDFC not completed Legal and Technical Clearance. Whenever I asked the sales executive he will say he will come back after discussing with his boss, not no time he returned unless I called him again. But he never provided any positive action, even the Deputy Manager from Chennai HDFC Sales team did not provided any positive feed back that my loan request will be solved soon. The processing fee they charged me was Rs. 7638/- which I paid through a cheque and they collected that within 10 days of my application submission. I patiently waited till 20th of August 2015, since I wanted to close the loan within August I requested HDFC.com Sales team and Customer care many times, to furnish me the loan before 25th of August as the September month ECS will trigger from previous loan provider then. When HDFC team did not met the date, and told many excuses, I asked them to stop loan process and return back my documents submitted and the Processing fee amount of Rs. 7638/-. Now on 3rd September 2015 HDFC personnel Mr. K Prakash writes me a email that my application did not met their technical requirement, so they cancelled my application. They sent back my documents and credited only almost 50% of the processing fee amount Rs. 4104/-, the remaining amount of Rs. 3534/- they took as administrative charges. Without doing any process in time, it is a new trick found by HDFC to make a loan process delay, making the customer to cancel the loan, and taking his processing fee amount. How cheap they behave? Even after I requested through phone and many mails, there was not reply for this. Please friends, don't approach HDFC for any loan purpose, they will take your hard earned money without processing your request.

      Dear Sir, I applied one term plam from HDFC life term insurance, my proposal no is s[protected].According to terms & condition of policy, i had undergone through medical test(the medical guy, shah diagonistic call me 3 times for the test). No after medical test they are telling to go for another test, which was neither mentioned nor conveyed to me before issuing proposal number. Now after spending so much time in first medical, i don't want to go for another medical, so i am asking those guys to cancel my proposal and refund my money(which they promised during proposal time that if medical report will not be ok then full money will be refunded, no where they told that if medical is not ok then again i have to go for another medical) .Now they are telling that they will deduct medical charge from premium amount.         I had deposited rd 2 Lakh in my HDF C Account [protected], SANTHOME Branch. Rs 1140 has been deducted from my account today towards INTER-BRN CASH CHG. I have noticed this kind of deduction earlier aswell. But havent got any satisfactory response ever. I have reduced my HDFC dealings and also changed my salary account from HDFC to ICICI. Need a resolution to this issue as its seen widely among HDFC Account holders.

From my end all documents also submitted as per there instructions. But after more than 1 month till now a/c not opened. They are not responding also properly. My d.d. is still with them only.             Respected Sir, Dated 7thth September 2015 I have a Saving Account in HDFC Bank since 15/2/2003, At the time of opening the account bank told me that if I trade in share in hdfc securities then there is no rule to keep minimum balance Rs. 5000 i.e. Average Min. Balance ( AMB) charges will be zero, I am doing trading in hdfc securities from 2003 to till date bank do not charge any AMB, first time bank charge AMB Rs. 396.26 on date 24/07/2013 without any inform to me. After complaint to bank principal nodal officer, returned the money, but after 2 month again bank charge AMB, after so many mail to bank nothing could happen . Since then bank is charging AMB on min. limit of Rs. 5000 that is Rs. 393.26 . time to time I got the SMS and mail that your balance has gone under the limit of Rs. 5000. In the month of april'15 & may'15 bank charge AMB Rs. 674.16 and june’15 & july’15 Rs. 684.00 that is on min balance Rs. 10000 on date 6th June I mail to bank that my min. balance limit is Rs. 5000 not Rs. 10000 (and even I forward the bank mail I got as min. balance limit is Rs. 5000 for your reference I am sending to you also ) after writing so many mails bank is not ready to accept and charging AMB on min balance Rs. 10000 from April’15 onwards. For your references as and when I send the mails to bank authorities sending to you. Sir it is request to you please take the appropriate action against bank so that it could not be happen to any one in future. And return my access money from bank charge from me.                   My skoda yeti was badly hit by an auto rickshaw and a wall. i took the car to the service center, the manager from skoda agreed to say its genuine damage after seeing the condition of the car. when i submitted the claim and the surveyor RAHUL KUMAR from company came and rejected the claim by saying its not genuine. i was very ashamed of having insurance from this kind of company. they did not treat there customers well. AND also they dont give any claim, the surveyor demanded extra money to get my claim approved . please dont get your vehicle insured from this company . i also had a talk with claim incharge of chandigarh and he assured me of best service but afterwards he stop picking up the phone . i took the car from service center by half of my work done. NO TO HDFC ERGO

                    Very poor customer support . i am a new HDFC credit card holder and is bit scarred of credit card as i heard of vearious cases where people suffered a lot due to payment cycle and forced to pay a huge intrest ammounts latter on . So to avoid all these trubles i wanted to know FROM HDFC COUSTOMER CARE if my transferred money against myfirst bill has been received . From last 3 days i am calling hdfc coustomer care but after listening my request they are droping my call . i am finding this attitude as a intentional offence where they may keep the coustomer away from statement and latter on impose intrest .

                      Hope we will get justice I went to hdfc Atm located inside Coimbatore SEZ. The machine was working fine. I tried to draw cash but I got a slip saying "unable to dispense cash" but there is no reason in it. So I took my another bank ATM and tried .. It shows the same "unable to dispense cash".. So I took the slip to bank located inside and enquirer.. They said there is no cash and will be filled soon. Now I asked the employee whether this transaction is counted? He said yes and we can't do anything... I feel it's an injustice to customer.. The mistake is from bank side but why should the customer be punished.. Already we have only 5 transaction. Banks are spending crores of money in SW.. Can't they do this simple display on machine... If you want evidence.. Plz check out the transaction for this month starting in that machine .

                          Hdfc bank has been debiting money from my Savings account rs.758.30 and rs.7712.90 with no explanation, these last 2 months. I need this money in Saving for monthly expenses and can't have huge amounts like this removed. If it is tax then deduct from interest on FD but not from savings. Staff at the bank have no idea what is happening, they walk around like zombies. This is indiranagar, Bangalore branch. They can't give any explanation. Where do I go for an answer?

                            Please don't go for any HDFC Life insurance, the worst customer support i have seen in my life, Customer case executives not having proper knowledge, what ever they say they are updating in their system on your next call they will say it not updated in system. i had a terrible experience i applied for click 2 protect & wasted my 20 days to get my medical check up done & finally i gave up & asked for cancellation & for that i getting calls after every alternate day saying we would like to know to reason & will update your cancellation status in our system...still waiting for my refund.

                              This is regarding my complains: HBL=[protected], HBL=[protected], HBL=[protected], HBL=[protected], #[protected]. The first complain was raised on 24th July 2015. I was promised that I would get Rs.250 as cashback by the HDFC representative who came to collect the form, but was not reflecting in any of my statements. After frequent follow-up’s I was told that I am not eligible for it and they asked for contact details of the person who collected the form which unfortunately I don't have it, and HDFC provided an excuse stating that only online applications are eligible for this offer. Secondly, I was promised that I am eligible for 5% cashback on certain category of transactions which also is not reflecting in my statements from the beginning. I get calls from HDFC in this regards, some said I am eligible and others declined. Finally Mr. Manikandan, HDFC Manager, agreed that I am eligible for the cashback via email (earlier he declined the same while in a discussion on call) and the same is already credited to my card account. But I still can't find it. Only Rs.44.45 was credited as cashback in my account, the calculation for which even HDFC customer care support team and your manager Mr. Manikandan failed to explain. Also, on my last call to customer care on 24th August 2015, the lady promised a call back from one of the Manager Mr. Chandrashkar but that too didn’t happen. Later, I sent an email to Mr. Binod P on 26th August and don’t know why, I am still hoping that I would get a response in spite of sending him reminders. I am really annoyed with the type of service provided by HDFC.I have wasted hours on call with your support team and my money too.

                              I am really tired of waiting.
                              Every time I write a mail I get a response after 7 days. If this is what is called PRIORITY, I wonder what would be the normal process.
                              Anyways, do I have an option other than waiting again and again for 7 days?

                              This company HDFC is a completely def and dumb with no ethics. They are highest on cheating in all aspect including the top management, My case is waiting for light for over year that too when I stopped payment and these guys are harassing my parents
                              Hi,
                              i have the same issue with HDFC, i got the ECS stopped and it was again paid without my knowledge, later when i checked there were late payment charges and when i asked to remove that, they clearly said no to that and asked for the full amount including penalty and late payment charges.
                              nothing is happening and now i see that they have impacted my CIBIL badly, i cant even get a loan for non payment of INR 1500, which was not even my fault.

                                My salary account(in HDFC bank) was created in my first company, so once i left the company and joined somewhere else i had to open another salary account. Now my salary account in hdfc bank has been converted to savings account(without informing me or warning me) in the month of march i had called customer care and raised a request to close my account as i did not want to use the account and they did say that they will follow up with the request and close the account. after that i never logged in to my account through net banking and i do not have a debit card(lost in 2 years back and i never requested for a new one). I logged into my account for some reason on 1st September 2014 and i see that i have Rs 3900 in my account. I request you to please take action against this bank..Thay have no right what so ever to do whatever they want without informing the custome

                                  Due to misguide the product from HDFC life insurance employee is Pihu Varma. She said we provide loan against policy. & I took policy after somdays she said you want to pay Rs. 30000/ Then Rs. 45000/ & then again Rs. 30000/ after paid all the requirements, she suddenly said you are not eligible for loan. Now 4 months we not received refunds. I am continue follow-up with Pihu Varma, Sandhya, Mohit Sharma, Sunit Yadav, Finance team. They didn't give proper response & all time they ask for different documents

                                    I have made a big mistake of buying a online policy from HDFC Life, i paid the amount on 8th July and its been almost 2 months and still policy has not been issued. On 22nd July, i was told medical is successful and documents needs to be verified. After a week i called to get the status and i was informed that all documents have been received and you will get the policy. 11th Aug: I get a call, saying your salary proofs have not been submitted, and i need to submit last 3 months salary slips. I have joined new company and i only had 1 salary slip so it was not possible so they asked me to submit form-16 of last year which i did. 17th Aug: i called them to know the status of my policy, i was told that all document have been received and even sent me a email confirmation of the same. On same date i got another response from them about what if i needed to cancel the policy and they will deduct the medical test charges. 20th Aug: i get a call from hdfc life saying please dont cancel your policy will be issued in 48 hours 24th Aug: I get a call saying at least submit latest salary slip (after reading this i was furious as i got a confirmation saying all documents received and 48 hours are well past but no policy instead another document required) still i upload the salary slips and wait 31st Aug: I thought now i must get a policy but now they find that my address proof which i submitted does not have same address as on policy form. i agree there is a mismatch but that document was sent to them almost 35 days back even a glance at the document could have spotted the thing but No these guys verify a document at a time and week to update and reflect the same. Now i have updated the document on monday but still there is no priority given to me. its still being treated as regular proposal. I have requested 3 times to arrange a call back from senior but not even a single call? is this how you maintain a brand? Whats the point in spending 14K on policy and being treated like this? its just a online but process is old-age, uploaded documents take 2-3 days to be reflected in system you need to call them and make sure documents are received. how is this process new age? Now even if i get the policy i am in big question, if they are making me go nuts just to issue a policy what would they do when it comes to settlement? i mean does it even make any sense to have a policy with them? Please dont buy any policy as they dont care about the reputation once they have the money they act like a king. even after mentioning that i will put this on internet no one is interested to even call me back. so here it comes i think should have done this before All i got for 14K is a proposal number[protected] and a lot of headache.                                       Hi Sir, change the payment due date to 4th of every month Iam credit card holder having card no.[protected].Currently i am having payment due date on 29th of every month.kindly change the due date on 4th of every month because my salary is credited on 1st of every month.

                                        Sir, My name is K. Sridhar and I have a salary account in the Bank. My account is at Nagpur Branch. Recently I opted mini statement from ATM. I am shocked to see that Rs.399 is deducted from my salary. And Rs.198.43 & Rs. 86.57 deducted from July'15 and Aug'15 respectively. My Account Number is[protected].
