Hi, I have savings a/c with HDFC Bank. On 28th Aug 2015, I deposited some cash in my account in Manjiri, Hadapsar Branch which is not my home branch. My home branch is Magarpatta, Hadapsar branc but I have been depositing the cash in Manjiri branch time to time and I never paid any charges for that before this. However, on 1st Sept 2015, there are 2 deductions in my account regarding Cash handling charges which amount to approx. Rs. 733 in total. I called customer care and they said that if the deposit amount is more than 50k and you are depositing in any branch other than your home branch then the charges are applied. My concerns are - 1. Why the cashier did not make me aware about the charges at the time of depositing the cash. 2. Nothing about the charges is mentioned on deposit slip. 3. Nothing about the charges is mentioned on notice wall of the branch or at the deposit counter. 4. No efforts are taken by Bank to make it's customers aware about such common transaction effects (other that putting these rules and regulations on bank website) 5. Previously it was told to me that if the account holder himself deposits a cash in any branch then there are no charges to it. If this policy is changed then why I was never updated regarding this. Request you to have a look into it.

      Hi I have a loan with HDFC Limited and my loan account number is[protected].I had visited your Capital Court, Munirka branch yesterday (1september 2015) and had made payment of 5 instalments .But these instalments have been adjusted against the tenure rather than against the loan amount.Request to please keep the tenure of my loan unchanged to 199 and reduce the loan amount accordingly.Looking forward to an expeditious resolution.         My name is Karthik Anbumani. I maintained a credit card 4346xxxxxxxx1707 with HDFC and they have charged a late payment penalty of Rs.486/- in Feb 2011. On my taking up with them, they have waived the same and I have not used the card further and paid all the dues. On the one side they have waived the penalty but on the other hand they have adverse remarks in CIBIL. Since then I am unable to get any finance from any other Bank. On taking up the matter through RBI OMBUDSMAN system, they have promised to make it as waiver and the column as blank. HDFC send a mail stating that they will abide by the set norms. But the remarks are still continuing and every bank approached by me for a loan or card have informed that there is a adverse remark in CIBIL report. Is it correct and eithical on the part of HDFC to do like this even after making a commitment to RBI. When I have taken up the matter again some 10 days back, they have given an ambiguous reply stating that they have updated the CIBIL remarks as per the guided norms. I don't understand the guided norms. If a bank like HDFC can do this type of harassment to a public for Rs.480/- even after given a commitment for waiver.

          Misguided during sealing the policy no. 17369352 Dear Sir, I had taken a new policy ‘HDFC classic assure plus” no. 17369352. I have following issues with this policy as below. 1) Policy given to me directly by company as telephonic discussion with Sonia Malhotra, Arti, Nitin, contact no.-[protected] (Directly communication with these three as direct employee of company) 2) Discount given to me is 30% of yearly premium & the benefit will given according to principal premium 3) i.e. principal premium – 60K, after 30% discount premium is 42K, but all benefit will given according to 60K 4) Total amount will pay after maturity will 8.4 Lac. 5) When received the bond there was huge difference found 6) I call immediately again the above mention number for verification & they committed the new policy bond will generated & send to you 7) Till then no any revised bond received 8) Now they have stopped to pick my calls Please do needful I am mentally very much disturbe due to this issue.             Its not about money, its just how big compnies are serving people. I have acct in ICICI and as i wanted money i went to withdraw money from HDFC atm near JP NAGAR 2nd phase Bangalore. As the machine takes the card inside, as soon I entered the amount of withdrawal power went off and there was no UPS no security or no1 to assist what needs to be done. For no mistake of mine I had to stand infront of that ATM machine till the power comes as i dint know what was their procedure. I dint receive the card. And when I went the security was there and he told me i need to go to the bank for the card, when i called the bank they told me i ill have to fill a form with their CS and then after 5 working days i will be receiving the card. For their mistake why should I wait. And when they have the card i can provide the ID proof so why cant they return my card? I had to again go get a Instant card as it was emergency for me, where they charge for the card. So for no mistake of mine, I had to run behind this leaving my all works. The amount I spent may be not a big amount, but the procedure they are following is troubling ppl. As i have listen to siilar problem with HDFC bank bfr aswell. Please resolve this issue. I dont want to pay for others mistake.

              Its been almost 5 months since i took the policy and i have not yet received my documents. My details were manipulated by hdfc bank staff to get nri status so the bond has been dispatched to my payroll office. I request to correct my profile details and to deliver bond for the policy.
              Since i have not received my bond in hand i like to cancel policy on basis of free loop cancellation.
              I am not receiving any reply from hdfc life customer service.

                Executive from hdfc bank called me for the payment and i asked him to send the executive to collect the payment but he refuses to send the executive and started misbehaving and used abusive language and continuously doing the same from last 3-4 days...he is harassing me and giving me threats ...and very disturbed with this kind of behaviour...

                  This is credit card num [protected] I'm using this credit card past 7 months as right know I dnt have job I could not pay the amout so collection dept gives me a call more than 20 bharathi and collection exective raghu will come near my at 7 mrning and will ring the bell as my dad is an heart patient but he calls and say with 24 hours u did not pay will continue the same this is professional way for a big bank to collection if I was in job I would payed the amout the throw the chard on that raghu face harassed me

                      Hi, I have raised a complaint to hdfc demat customer care saying my savings account which is linked the demat service has been deducted an amount of rupees 2025/- which is other than maintainence charges 885/-. I didn't even done a single transaction through this demat account and that's illegal my money is debited for no reason. Even I raised a complaint to them still no action is taken and when I called back to them they are telling as its in process, but nothing happened.. Please help me.

                        I and all other customers of the bank have been unable to use their forex cards for the past one week, including logging in to Netbanking as well as making online payments. Every time I call the customer care, I am told that this issue is being worked upon. So far nothing has been accomplished. The bank does not realize that the forex cards are the only financial source of customers living in the States or other countries. I think I will close my account with HDFC and buy a Thomas Cook Forex card. Their service is pathetic.

                          Hi I am rajni from delhi.I am dealing with hdfc last 5-6 years.I take personal loan from hdfc in 2013 till date I paid 23 emis without any gaps and late payments.last month I visit to naraina branch and meet with Mr ravinder from loan division to increase my old loan .he suggest for take new loan and close old one.I agree for it but so much time I askd him what is amount of new loan and how much money transfer after deduction old loan he didn't gives me answer.after 10 days I received msg from bank your loan is [protected]@224000/rps and they're transferred 83000rps in my account.now I want to close my new personal loans and 're open my old loan.no one ready to help me.I will take legal action against Mr ravinder.soon.

                            By mistake my brother made payment from his bank account to my Credit Card. Now from April I'm asking HDFC to refund the money to my brother or to me. But they keep on asking all different things. First they asked for confidential bank statements showing the payment done. Even though it was confidential, I complied & send. Now they are again asking for Bank statement of the payment made in May. I fail to understand why they want that. If I comply with that they would ask for something else. I don't know why HDFC wants to use my brothers & my money. My Credit card number is [protected]

                              I am HDFC Credit card Holder and was suppose to pay the due 27/08/2015, I issued the cheque infavour of HDFC on 23th night and it didn't got clear till 28 th. When I call the customer care for this they replied saying that it take 5 days for clearing the cheque .This is the way HDFC charge the delay payment on customer and make in come they also charge the customer if they doesn't deposit the money the home branch (there is no meaning of Globalization) HDFC is one of the worst bank .Please look into this issue because they and making lots of money by wrong way.                                 Fraud calls in the name of HDFC Bank Credit Card services

                                I got a call from +91-[protected] at 3:09 pm on 25th August 2015 saying that it's a verification call from HDFC Bank credit card about some services which are activated on my credit card. The lady on the call kept asking me about my Credit Card number and other details.I refused and asked her to reveal her identity but she denied to do so and disconnected the call. Now i am trying to call on the same number but not getting any response. Someone...

                                Hi,

                                I am using HDFC bank credit card from past 3 years and later i thought to close the card and clear all undue balance on my card.
                                I called them in June and asked for remaining balance so that i can clear it.The amount which was said I cleared it and after that never did any transaction.
                                In august when i applied for loan i got to know that my name is in civil because i dint pay one of my previous emi(1700 Rs).I paid around 20000+ Rs bill to clear ..why i will leave this amount?? makes no sense to me

                                -I never got any email or phone call /msg to tell me if anything is pending.
                                - I called them couple of times in mid, but still they never mentioned
                                - In june when i asked for total balance to clear, they said this is final amount and you dont have to pay anything after this(wrong communication)
                                - no intimation of name given in civil
                                -Now i cant avail loan because of this 1700 overdue amount that i have cleared once i got to hear about it.

                                Please let me know what can be done in this case.

                                  Am writing this mail because i am using HDFC LIFE's health policy plan with plan number 90059520 and i have paid for HDFC LIFE's insurance policy. Unfortunately i met with an accident before some days. Doctor advised me for eye surgery. I don't have enough money. I filled hdfclife's health insurance claim form on 19th Aug 2015. But i don't know the status of it. i filled all the required documents. It's not getting approved. Its just taking time. Many time i have contacted with HDFC LIFE's customer care team members. But they are not listening me. Tell me what to do. I am finding my self in huge trouble.

                                    They are sending randomn debit cards to people and deactivating existing debit cards, They are not sending the pin for the debit card. Netbanking for pin generation does not work. I cannot withdraw any cash and phone banking said that because of security they ar sending new cards to account holders. This is really disgusting. HDFC was a good bank once upon a time. But now it is horrible. Horrible customer experience. Avoid HDFC.

                                      'HDFCSL=[protected]' Application No - [S[protected]] I have applied for Click2Protect Term insurance plan and have paid 3Lks one time payment for the policy on 23rd July. I have completed the medical check 2 weeks ago and i was told HDFC will get back to me. I haven't heard anything from HDFC since the last one month...i have sent so many emails to the onlinequery ID but just keep getting reply that it's in process. I have never seen such a delay with any other bank for an Insurance policy. Is there anybody who listens in HDFC Life? ~Vittal Raju K
