Hi,

Similar transaction was made in my account too.

This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

An amount of Rs 855.00 has been debited on 12 Aug 2015 from my salary
account, mentioning about 'DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL15 -
with regard to my demat account. I have never used this account.

When the account was opened, I was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

    I observe the deduction of 746.66 rupees from my HDFC Bank account stating providing narration as DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL[protected] with reference no: [protected] on 12 Aug 2015 withdraw of rupees 746.66. Whereas never use DMAT account even a single time. Spoken with Demat Phone banker, they are not able to do any thing. They are asking me to close the Dmat Account.       Hi Team, I regret to say that my experience with HDFC bank Defence colony branch is turning out to be a nightmare. I have had salary account since 2012 i Noida branch. On July 2015 first week I went to Defence Colony branch B-block as advised by 'Juhi' my relationship manager opened an account as I stay near Defence Colony. I agreed to the proposal but I never got my debit card as she said it will come through post which never delivered. I went to the Branch and got a new debit card with a promise my cheque book and rest of the stuff will be delivered. A week latter they closed my new account on weekend without any prior intimation. My debit card declined in a club I had no choice except for being embarrassed. I borrowed money and paid my bill. Again I visited to the bank and met the Manger Mr Manoj Sethi. He consoled me and said account was frozen due to compliance. When the blue dart delivery boy came at my place he found that it was an incorrect address so they stopped my savings account. I was shocked to acknowledge the fact that if the verification parameters are confirmed by a courier boy. I was not convinced and asked the manager to re check his data. I live in Government accommodation and submitted all the relevant documents for KYC. Moreover I had an account in Noida branch already. The manager checked the facts and got to know that my address was incorrectly updated by the bank. The manager was kind enough to start my account once again and I was promised that now the kit will be delivered. Now I am still waiting for my bank kit to be delivered. My online banking is not working. I have been on the phone and went to the branch 3-4 times. I am working with a 6 months old baby. I have too many responsibilities. I cannot go every now and then to the bank just for basic stuff like a bank kit. The complaint was already launched by me through an email which was not dealt like a mature bank. They do not have their facts ready and nothing is done to solve my problem. The only thing they have to say is " ma'am bank aa jao baat kar lo" which I cannot do as I have one weekend to spend with my baby and every Saturday I cannot go to the bank for getting no help.           Hi, I am a customer of HDFC Bank (Amravati Branch) since 2012 Few months back i was unable to maintain my average monthly balance due to some financial issues. HDFC bank issued charges on my account for non maintenance about Rs-2100, For this i personally visited the branch and explained them my situation and requested to wave off the charges and they agreed on one condition that I should give them in written that i will maintain my account and if i fail to maintain my account they will not honor any request to wave off any charges in future. I agreed to their condition and then they waved off the charges. I deposited money immediately after they waved off charges and i am maintaining my AMB properly since then. I recently checked my statement and found that even after wave off charges they charged my account after depositing money. This behavior is worse than a thief. look like they wave off the charges so i can deposit the money and then steal like a crook. Dear HDFC Bank refund my money asap and save your reputation and client.

              Hi Team, Demat A/C Number[protected] Compaint Number - HBL=[protected] Reply was from Ketan Keni, Customer Service Officer, HDFC Sec. I had raised a complaint with regards to Demat charges being levied and at the time of account opening. It was told that this will be a lifetime free account. The analyst has just sent me the regular template that is sent to all customers. He says from the second year it is charged. I have had this demat account for several years now and there has not been any charges for so many years. Any charge for a lifetime free account is unacceptable. Please escalate to the appropriate authority and arrange to waive of the incorrectly charged amount for the demat account. Also, I expect customer care officers to be more sensible and not take it for granted that every customer is charged from the second year even without checking the actual agreement or offer provided to the customer. As mentioned, the offer provided to me is the demat would remain a lifetime free account and as such there shouldn't be any charges for this. Also, I have never had any such charges for more than around 5 years or more now. Best Regards, Vinod. C.

An amount of Rs 855.00 has been debited on 12th Aug 2013 from my salary account (for demat account), mentioning about 'DEPOSITORY CHARGES JUL[protected] with chequeNo./Reference No. as[protected] . I have never used this account neither have ever opened it..! I am aghast to see this has happened second time inspite of me not using the demat servies and when the account was forcefully given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers. I have tried to close it last year, but it couldn't get close even instead was given unexplainable stuffs.                   As we have applied for an credit card in HDFC bank, we have received a call from this number[protected]rajkumar from Chennai thiruvanmyur ) he said that i[censored] need credit card you will be applied with a medical policy and monthly pay of Rs.454 we no need such kind of policy but they are not leaving us and we need cancel this card we didn't even received the card yet. if there is a policy without any sub policy sure I will apply.

                      Dear Sir/Madam I have purchased a policy No[protected], HDFC Young Star Super with half yearly payment frequency and Premium Amount was Rs. 20, 000.00 with effect from 24th February, 2010. I had deposited my all premium regularly till 20014. Therefore the total premium amount paid to HDFC life was Rs.200000. Unfortunately due to unavailability fund, I could not paid my premium amount 40, 000 of the current year 2015. I was planned to pay this year premium but suddenly on 04/08/2015, I got a SMS alert "Cheque no.459658, 31-07.2015 for Rs. 45578.76 against request of policy No. 13490827 is sent via BLUEDART AWB no. [protected] T & C apply-HDFC Life" to my registered mobile No.[protected]. I have tried to contact the HDFC life customer care desk but I did not get any satisfactory response.
                      HDFC Life customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                          Dear all, Am getting frequent calls from HDFC bank, Chennai branch . These are the below numbers +91 [protected] ; +91 [protected] . Basically am using my Airtel Mobile number for the past 3 years, For the past 4 to 5 months, I was getting frequent calls from the below numbers, Informing me that a person called Nesa rajan, from Karur district has purchased a credit card and have given my number as the reference number . In spite of clarifying them that I don't have any person with such contacts, They still continued to torture with calls, one fine day i called the customer call, almost spend 30 mins and 30 rupees, but only Ended up in waste of time, as they were changing the connection from one department to other, and the calls were cut, one executive answered, saying that the number cannot be de-linked, and he will check with superior . Still this call got cut !!! But with out Losing hope, I called umpteen times, but either line was busy [or] they have cut the line abruptly . VERY POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM, Luckily i dont have any HDFC businesss transactions, Poor service, Unnecessary cost spend for non-Issue of mine . This week again some lady called and asked the same query . She responded like Police agent and asked i will sue you . I said, if you know the Address details, kindly take action, But still she replied in unparliamentary words and irritated me, saying am hiding some data . Although I said, I tried to raise complaint, she was ragging me for compliant number. But the dump Executive didn't know, their customer service is already in a pathetic state . She was asking for my personal details, which I tried to hide . As I was never interested to reveal my details, because one fine day they will say, these are the same details in their database and add me as a victim, when i said this, The Executive again saying am Hiding data ? What a pathetic situation ? If this bank is global leaders, which they have automated in their voice service, This you can hear when u call the customer service !. But this Bank doesn't have the Ears to Listen Patiently to a Customer, who is never involved in any Transaction !!! Kindly Advice Experts, My sincere advice is HDFC Bank Service is Pathetic ! Long time back, i was thinking of taking an Insurance, as my friends were saying they had a gud policy ...I promise now, that i dont avail any service from HDFC .

                              I have HDFC bank a/c. this is my 2 salary account. But I leave this old company 2 years ago. Till the time I am a Changed in company . So I am not working my old salary account. I don't know the rules of this type of ... Inform you that the HDFC bank convert salary a/c to saving a/c so this time it's running 1 account negative balance.. So give me suggestion what can I do... Please help me... Immediately...                                   This is regarding to HDFC Life insurance policy which had forcefully sold to me with false commitments. I had received call from HDFC representative (so called) regarding personal with 8.5% interest. Miss. Sonal Sharma( Mobile No. - [protected]). above mentioned HDFC representative told me following things; ...Brief description... for of 5 lac amt. As they said, I have to purchase one policy of amt. 10% of amt. Or 25000/-, since will be issued against this policy. This 25000/- amt. is only for security purpose. As per their commitment, after sanctioning and getting, we can pay EMI from the 25000/- and this is exclusive (special) benefit of this policy. As I need money for personal purpose, I had applied for 5 lac amount and then I made policy payment by cheque. I received policy in 1st week of April.My only need is to get amount, so with above said benefit I had forced to take HDFC Life policy as well so I was not so worried about the policy. It was clearly said to me that at the time of verification of policy, you should talk as per said instructions (from Sonal Sharma). At that point of time few doubts came in my mind hence I recorded each and every telephonic discussion. After policy received, I had again contacted to Miss. Sonal for amount of Rs. 500000/-. She said that you will get after 45 days from policy received. So I had waited 45 days (beacause I had no option other than waiting). In May 2015 I received call for my rejection ... Then I contact to Sonal and ask reason of reject, she was also like helpless and shows non-responsive to my doubts. I made request for cancellation of the part and return of my 20000 which I had paid for HDFC life policy. Again She committed 90 days for cancellation. Now it is more than 45 days, but I am waiting for cancellation and refund my Rs. 50000/-. Till last week she received my calls but now she is intentionally not receiving my calls. With above short description about how HDFC representative had cheated me, I had decided to contact HDFC main personnel. Hence I am writing this email with the positive hope that I will get my money back. The HDFC Life policy which is also not required to me but due to some circumstances I forced to take that policy. To be very frank, I am not at all interested about this policy, and it is clear that they had cheat me & i think many other people too. So if HDFC didn't return me my 500000 rs. asap... I am going to sue them by lodging a complaint with Customer grievances forum.

                                    Account in hdfc rajpura was transferred to hdfc mustafabad but account in rajpura is still open & they r charging maintenance charge . although i had filled closure form in mustafabad branch but still rajpura account is open. kindly look into d matter & solve d issue.

                                        Subject : Complain regarding the Credit Card Payment : Really pathetic service I have a complain regarding the credit card payments I had out standing for 14, 650/- on my credit card number [protected] and My Credit Cards were blocked for this [this is the action which is legitimate] Now comes the bigger issue, the HDFC Bank has now blocked funds in my Salary Account as well [with the same bank] though the credit card payments have been made. So now I am left with literally nothing, funds in my accounts have been BLOCKED as if I have committed some Financial fraud and the cards are still blocked though I have made the I had made the payments on August 5, 2015. What i understand after a long association with this bank, for the delayed payment they levy a default fee + 3.5 % Charges but blocking funds in the ACCOUNT is deal breaker [that too without informing me] Despite of the several call to Customer Care, I am advised to call Collection Department at[protected], 02, 04 None of these numbers are available [Service to the dialed number have been temporarily Withdrawn ] Further the Credit Card guys tell me that, they have issued and dispatched a new card which I have not received still. Even I have not received any imitation for the same. No one is even telling where to call, contact. Despite arranging the several call they are referring to the SLA of 4 Days. Looking at the above case it seems that for such serious issue there must be some quicker means to resolve customer complains. Do you really want a customer to wait for 4 days and then further few days to resolve such issues where you PPL BLOCK the Account with out even informing the Customer. Request you to take this up with whomsoever you wish to and get this thing working
