credit card financial charges

I am using hdfc credit card and i paid entire due amount on grace period of 3 (Last day) days. My due date is 23-oct-2017 and i paid amount on 26-oct-2017. Bank has charged finance charge as rs.5240.83 and requesting bank to reverse finance charge. As per rbi circular july 16, 2015 and customer has 3 day’s time after the due date to repay the due amount. I paid my bill for last one year like this, suddenly last month they charged finance...

Dear sir

It is in reference to the account no [protected] at your hanuman nagar branch jaipur, raj. We are also having current account in the name of fulgro environmental & engineering services india pvt. Ltd.in the same branch.

It is very unfortunate to inform you that one of your employee namely mr. Shekhar kanotia working in the same branch approached me to open a classic account infact rather i would say he regularly called me up to open a account informing me about the benefits and ultimately succeed as i opened a account.
Afterwards series of problem and trouble arise. They are
1. He without informing me & without taking my concern opened a recurring deposit and when i complained he doesn't respond.
2. All my messages and alerts of my other current account stop coming to my mobile and
Created a lot of problem for me and i repeatedly approached and reminded mr. Shekher to solve this problem but he was not bothered to take my problem seriously and this problem lasted for more than three months. That to solved after immense pressure and warning to close the account.
3. Irrespective of all these stuff he never attended my call whereas before opening the account he told me that a relationship manger will be provided to you for account related problems.
4. Infact i contacted the bank manager later on as i was literally fed up. I raised my problems to branch manager about opening of rd account without my permission and
Messages and alerts to my current account are not coming. He assured me to solve the issue soon and close the rd account, but as matter of relationship with bank i told branch manager to open sip account, but on a condition to close a rd account, again shekher used all his powers to open the sip account instantly but not closed rd account.

5. Now after few months later i came to know from another person associated with your bank only that the account was not classic account rather normal.
6. When it comes to benefit of mr. Shekher he called me i. E. Taking of car loan, he called me but when the purpose is solved, never takes the call.
I always tried to maintain healthy relationship with bank whether it is opening of classic account or taking policy of premium of rs. 48000/-. I never refused rather i cooperated at every moment, even taking of policy at 9:00 pm, but same was not delivered from your end.
This type of person this is very harmful for your bank reputation what that fellow did was never expected from a professional bank service provider like hdfc.

I would kindly like to request you to take a strict action against mr shikhar as it is indirectly or directly effecting the image of your bank. As i am also a service provider i never give fake promises to my clients.

Looking forward for a kind reply from your side.

    Hi,
    The below incident happened on 11th november, 2017.
    I got a call from someone asking for my kyc documents.
    I questioned him, that i did not request anyone to collect, and from where did he get my number. He said somebody might have given wrong number.

    And on 13th nov, 2017 i got a call from the below number saying that i have applied for a loan and if i have submitted my documents to the person on saturday.

    They even referred me using my full name. And when i started asking questions, they cut the call. They are not picking my call after that.

    I have not applied any loan nor have i authorised anyone for doing the same on my behalf.

    How can someone else apply a loan on my behalf?
    Is my details safe with the bank?

      Rs. 5000/- money debited from wallet but not credited in account on transferring. There is no customer care for hdfc payzapp. The customer care number never gets answered. Try yourself before using this app[protected]. And no response to emails even after reminders. Check google playstore reviews how many people lost money. It works but if there is a failed transaction then it's impossible to get money back. Good luck if you still like to use it.

        I have added 5000rs from my credit card to payzapp and at the time of sending into bank, money got deducted from wallet. Neither it reached into bank account nor showing into wallet. This issue is of 2nd nov, today is 13th nov. Still after 11 days there is no resolution given.
        Worst app, going to complain in consumer board for this card unload error. I have screenshot for the same.

            I'm using hdfc jet privilege credit card and i have reward points in that. When i was trying to redeem points from online it's showing a popup that you are not eligible for online redemption... What should i do now??? Can i have another option for redemption...???                 I was transferring my rent amount to the concerned person but transaction got failed and my 5000 was deducted. It has been 12 days now and still no refund. Tried calling customer care but their number is always busy. They don't reply to mail and raised concern with hdfc nodal officer. No result. I am really worried about my money because I am in dire need of it right now. Please help me.

                          Me bahut sari chije credit card se kharidta hu. Jabki mera salary account same branch me he. Aur ye sabhi chijo pe smart emi karvaya he. Smart emi karvane ke baad bhi bank vale customer se extra charges le rahe he, jiska proof me attach karke yaha pe rakh raha hu. Auto pay khud katte he. Aur khud return bhi karte he. Uske baad uske charges customer se hi vasulte he. Koi hafta miss nahi hoga to bhi late fee ka charges add kar dete he. Financial charges add karte he. Jabki gst already lag chukka he to bhi sahi tarike se uska implementation nahi kar rahe he bank wale. Yane clear cut baat he galti bank kare aur saja customer bhukte. Ye to customer ko lutne ka dhandha bana diya he. Aisa hi chalega to muje credit card use karna nahi he. Customer ko lutna bank ka pesa ban chuka he.

                          Agar isme kuchh nahi kiya bank ne to consumer forum act ke mujab bank ko written application bheji jayegi. Jisse bank satark rahe. Aur iska hal nikale. Me nahi chahta ki bank ki reputation kharab ho. Kuchh bhi nahi kiya to fir muje case media me highlight karna padega.

                            I have lost my credit card then i call to credit card department and also apply for the another credit card since 36 months i doesn't get my credit card but bank is adding the more bill every month while i have not get my credit card. And by the mistake of bank my cibil score is very low near then 310/950. And i have to face many problems due to this singlr account is negative i cant take a loan because they putt my score very low. I call them more then 15 times but they are not helping me insdeed they are saying to subbmit the outstanding. Which is very wrong way. I hove that you can help me. I can also report f. I. R on credit card department they they are not listing my problem after i called them many times.

                              I had a credit card with hdfc bank. Due to some health issues i quit my job for 6 months and that time i'm unable to pay my credit card bill. After that i got job in some other company with better salary. I have cleared all my pending dues including all late payment charges and penalties recently. Now i have financial support. I have requested hdfc bank to re activate my previous card. But they are telling me that my cibil score is low and they can't reactivate it permanently. Since my cibil score is low no other banks are issuing me credit card. Though i have good salary there is no other possibility to improve my cibil score without credit card.                                 I was issued with a credit card from hdfc, which had outstanding dues. Later I cleared the dues through recovery agents with a settlement of RS 30000/-. which I deposited in HDFC bank against my CARD. Also they had assured me that my name will be withdrawn from CIBIL. It's more than five years gone. Still the bank showing the same as negative score in CIBIL. My pan is AJFPD9402K. Pls instruct the bank to clear the CIBIL.

                                  There has been a deduction of amount 708 and 177 rs from my account [protected] in appropiately without prior communication from MIR[protected] MIR[protected] . I am really dissappointed with the way your bank operated.

                                  It will be good on your part to refund ASAP.

                                    I hold an hdfc bank credit card, and i also hold a salary account with the same bank.
                                    Due to bad financial conditions, i was not able to make credit card payments for 2 months.
                                    Now the bank has directly tapped into my salary account, and although there is no money on it. It shows a balance of -90000.

                                    When i call the customer care about i willing to make a payment of 16000 as the card shows -4000 as credit balance. They say i have to make the payment in full. I do not have any money and they are unwilling to help.

                                    I hold the account now for 6 years, but am seriously going to consider changing it.

                                      Dear sir. I am ur housing loan customer since last 10 years and on 17 th oct of month i went to your meeruth to know the last balance, as i got sms to submit rs 10 759/, i met sh amit dy manager who said server not working since last 3 days, i gave him the cheque, of that amount, again ingot sms to deposit rs10096/ i phoned but no body picked the call, than i went to office at 3pm three or staff sitting there. But they said bank has closed, come on monday, i felt really very bad about the bank staff, and your services after sale o[censored]r loan product, i request you to instruct ur staff of meerut to send the statement of my loan account immediately, and improve their behaviour towards existing customers.
