Hdfc atm card redemption points

I have recently getting call by girl telling that she is from hdfc bank and telling that u have got redemption point by using debit cards, redption point is of rs 6000 so she was asking about card detail to transfer into my account, then i share detail and found that otp has send on phone of which was of some recharge about 5000 transcation so disconnet the call.

    Hdfc executive has approached for loan transfer from axis to hdfc. Based on enquiry approval process was initiated.
    On 08 nov - loan approved for 8.5 lakhs
    On 09 nov - received rs.1, 36, 294 to my axis account.
    On 16 nov - received dds for value (3, 28, 530 & 3, 76, 027) against outstanding of (3, 17, 016 & 2, 17, 808).
    Information changes in loan plan from enquiry vs approved loan
    1. Insurance charges was not told whereas insurance charge of 7, 180 was levied.
    2. Committed there will not be any foreclosure charges during closure and i can go for loan closure any time after payment of 1st emi whereas foreclosure charges are levied and i can go for closure after payment of 12 emis only.
    3. Committed to design 2 emis (One for balance transfer and another for top up) whereas single emi is designed for the total sanctioned loan.

    The person of contact from hdfc is mr. Anudeep reddy (Mobile no.[protected]) from bangalore branch. He is not supporting me in the smooth transaction of the loan process and even he is not ready to lift the call even if try to contact him for fixing the problem.

    I am ready to provide you the evidence like mail conversations as supporting data where the hdfc team did not support me for fixing the problem which was created by them. If you can provide me the mail id i will provide the complete data for the issues faced because of hdfc.

    HDFC executive has approached for loan transfer from Axis to HDFC. Based on enquiry approval process was initiated.

      My name is anupreeti and i had taken a personal loan from hdfc a few years ago for which i paid emi's for 2 years however as bcos i lost my job its been approx 3 years now that i was unable to pay off any emi's however i think i m settling down a little bit and would be in a position to pay off the amount if i get a reasonable settlement and paying options from hdfc.

      Please guide what is the best suitable option.

        I got personal loan of amount 11, 00, 000/- from hdfc bank and i have salaried account hdfc bank. On 06 nov 2017 my account got deducted with 6, 490/- on behalf of inter-brn cash chg incl gst 071117 without prior notification. I have given call to customer case they are not answering properly. Please let me know th reson.

          I am an central government employee in gazetted ranking and i was approached by hdfc agent fora credit card. While filling the form he has told the card is life time free and no charges to be paid. On receipt of the card after a month i got statement from hdfc for initial charges to be paid. Immediately i had approached the agent and he was not available, next contacted hdfc customer service and informed about the charges and to be waived off. Again next month i got another bill with late payment fee and this is continuing from last 4 months and as on date the bill amount is 2511.00 in between i had contacted hdfc branch at chandra layout and through bank also lodged complaint in this regard. Still nothing has happened... So far i had not used the card itself. Please sort out this issue at the earliest... Card no ending with...2407

            I had applied for the fastag from hdfc online on nov 4th. But since then i have got no response from the hdfc fastag and i am also unable to reach their sales number:[protected], as they are always busy. Some of the other number that i found online also doesn't work.

            My account has already been deducted with the fees and other charges.

            It is hard to believe that such a reputed bank having such a lousy service. Their numbers don't work. And they are also not worried about the updating the status of the application.

            I have submitted application 2 weeks back. No response. Poor customer care. Not attending phone. I never HDFC to behave like this.

            Others please donot take Fastag through HDFC any more.
            Correct HDFC having such worst bank. DO not purchase from them.
            Hi,

            I got fast tag, but havent got wallet id or userid stuff. Now i want recharge but couldn't do it, and first time user require wallet id, now i am trying to call them but its always busy. This is really bad from HDFC bank. if they dont want to operate into Fast tag, then why the hell they providing a service.
            Trying to register as new user. In the password page, I have entered valid password as per the suggestion, but still Submit button is not working, nothing is happening after clicking the Submit button in confirm password page.

              I requested to block my credit card in month may 2017 caed no. [protected]
              And also send letter to chennai office as per instruction given by customer car officer.
              But still it was not closed and now i m getting statement of some different card which i hv not received.
              Please help solving this problem because m not able to connect customer care credit card department due to unavailability of my present card no.

              please also mention what are the attached copy required by bank to close my card and account.
              because I have lost my previous card ending with 0479
              so I cannot send diagonally cut card to u, as required by bank

                Hdfc is doing the same with all the coustmer.

                They are cheating the customer and taking the advantage. Please refund my money else we will go for account clousre.

                Axis bank is far better than hdfc bank. Please say no to hdfc bank.

                  Hello team,

                  Yesterday i got a call from a person who was saying that he is from hdfc credit department and he was telling me that i have a hdfc credit card whose bill is pending around 70k. The card number that he was telling me i was totally unaware of the card number. I had only one credit card which i lost and got that card blocked already in the month of may 2017 with all the bill settled. I am a loyal customer of hdfc bank from past 4yrs and still have an active account with them.
                  I always use my netbanking and the only credit card registered in my netbanking was the one that i had lost and got that blocked.
                  At the moment i am not residing in the country and the agent who called me from the numbers [protected] and [protected] humilated me without providing any details of the card when it was issued and who was the receiver and where it has been used.
                  He had all my new contact/work details and when i asked for the details of the card he was not able to provide. The email address and the contact number that was there on his records were not mine.
                  My concern is that how a card was issued under my name without my concent? Why it was not updated/linked in my still active hdfc account?
                  Why any bank or bank official contacted me when i was in india regarding this card?
                  Main concern:how that person has access to all my confidential details outside india and within india as well.
                  Please help me in getting this issue resolved as it is appearing to be a fraud case.

                    More than a week back on 09-nov-17, i made a payment of rs. 600/- for 2 fastag's. The same evening, i received an sms stating a single fastag has been created with 400/- as balance and 200/- as deposit. This is not what i paid for, i paid for 2x fastag's for 2 different cars. I also uploaded the rc, aadhar and dl copies on your website during the online application and still only 1 fastag has been created?

                    After the above payment, i've not received even 1 email/sms regarding the status and i have absolutely no clue as to what is happening with my application. I've not received my fastag till now, what is happening with it, any update?

                    The tollfree number provided has never been answered till now in over a week, is it even functional?

                      I have taken a car loan of amount 2, 00, 000, with 24 months tenure. At the time of taken they said 20, 058 will be the interest, it means 9170*24 months=2, 20, 058.but they were charged additional amount of 3600, without asking me they included accidental insurance.

                          I have been charged for not maintaining min balanace (Mir[protected] but this account is opened on oct 1st and theres money in this account from initial day and there was a 200$ cheque with hdfc bank for one month also and you created havoc during account opening by opening the account with mis spelt customer name on my decit card and cheque book also and now you charged for something thats not related to me. If you are not reversing this charges i wil definitely close my account and enough is enough with you.

                          I wonder how you are ranked as number one in india.. Interesting..!!!

                                I added 5000 rupees to my payzapp wallet, when the amount was being transferred to bank account. It showed like amount exceeded error. But amount got debited from my payzapp wallet.

                                  Details of the transaction:

                                  15 nov 2017 amb chrg incl gst for oct2017-mir[protected] mir[protected] 15 nov 2017 515.02 0.00

                                  Apart from this negative balance of -195.93 is appearing in my account.
                                  This is ridiculous i dont have any negative balance. And this is kind unknown monthly charges im facing even though the balance is positive.. Please resolve this asap..

                                    Though it is my savings account. I am maintaiing the minimium balance in my account. Please kindly go ahead and refund my all amount which has been deducted. This is very hectic without any intimation unnecessarily my amount is being debited. If you are not going to refund my amount i have to close this account for sure. Really fed-up with this bank.

                                      Uploaded all docs, made payment and sent signed scanned copy on the hdfc fastag link. No receipt confirmation no mail id, toll free not reachable is this a fake site?? Does anyone know who this matter can be escalated to. I have not been able to reach anybody in hdfc who knows that there is such a site. My hdfc branch on richmond road is unable to track any detail or person from hdfc for clarifications.

                                        I had a salary account in hdfc which i am not using since long due to which i recieved a message to close account on calling telephone banker they told i have a negative balance of rs. 9000 due to non maintainence of avrge balance but in there monthly statment they have never mentioned about that negative balance.
