Please cancel my one assist membership against my hdfc credit card ending 4507 name fayaz shah as they have debited amount of rs.. 2350.00. My email [protected]@gmail.com. I want this membership to be cancelled anyhow. I am not able to continue one assist membership of my hdfc credit card because of my low income and i am suffering from financial crises...

I am from kashmir district kupwara thasil handwara our hdfc bank branch is handwara. The behavior of the bank employees are not satisfactory they miss behave with customers as they feel they are the owners of the bank. As compared to other banks in kashmir especially the hdfc bank of handwara is the worst ever bank.
The bank employees did not behave good with a customer if thy don't know hot to behave with a customer how can thy fix...

I have been an hdfc customer for the past 3 years. I have been logged out netbanking because i have forgotten my ipin

When i go to reset it on their site, they ask me for my registered email and mobile number. I provide everything but i do not recieve any otp on my email-id. I just recieve otps on my cellphone.

I have tried this process 5-6 times and i am clearly frustrated with the technology...

I have a snapdeal hdfc ceditcard ending with 4163 xxxx xxxx 6167. It it charged rs 1299/- and also converted to emi without my concern. So i am charged total rs 1417/- (1299+100+18) on 19-oct-2017. I have called so many times to cancel the membership but no response.

My credit card was charged for payment to itune without my knowledge. I was charged almost 12000 rupees for unkown transaction on itunes. I have blocked the card. After seaching on net i could find similar cases happening within past 24 hrs. There is some big hacking fraud goimg on due some securty issue. Hdfc bank return my money and plug the loop holes....

I have added 5000 to my payzapp wallet on 3rd november from citibank credit card. My money got deducted from the credit card but not loaded into payzapp wallet giving an error something like 'sorry some error in the app'.
