payzapp sbi credit card money deducted not reflected in payzapp account

I have added 5, 000 into payzapp account from sbi credit card. Money got deducted from card but not reflecte din payzapp. Kindly help me out.
I had made this transaction on 2 november 2017.
Once money is deducted from card, it shows an error that "there is a problem encountered in the app". Money is not refunded into card. Also money is not added into payzapp. My payzap mobile number is [protected]....

failed transaction and not refund money.

Using payzapp
I have added amount of rs.5, 000/- (Rs. Five thousand only) to my payzapp wallet then i have transfer the amount to axis bank but it got shows as success. But the amount is not transferred to my bank account. Can u please resolve this issue as soon as possible.

I got a call from an hdfc phone banking executive 2weeks back. During the discussion, she took all the required details from me and confirmed me that i would receive a regalia card. But when i got the card in hand, i found that it was a diners club international card. So, i launched a complaint on their site but nobody helped me with the proper solution. my money cut from credit card but not added to payzapp wallet

I tried transferring 5k from my credit card to my payzapp account, the transaction was unsuccessful. Then again i did a transaction fro another 5k, it failed again. 10k has been cut from my credit card but nothing reached my payzapp wallet. I tried calling payzapp customer care but no response from them. Please let me know when i can get my money back....

amount deducted in wallet but not credited in bank

Hi, i booked a flight through easemytrip.com (Through net banking) and later the airlines has canceled the flight so easemytrip people have initiated the refund from their end for the amount inr 4172.

They have initiated this 5 days back (Oct 28, 2017) and i haven't received the refund yet from hdfc bank.

I had applied for a credit card in hdfc bank and i received it 5 days back. My name was misspelt on the card. I tried to contact hdfc bank regarding it. But no help from their end. I tried calling their toll free nos. Its always busy. One person picked up the phone once. And she transferred it another person who in turn to another who finally didn't receive my call. I have tried around 7-8 numbers listed in their website till now. No response...

payzapp wallet not credited

I had transferred an amount of 8000 from my credit card to my payzapp wallet. Credit card reflects the payment but the payzapp wallet does not reflect the transaction. Will the amount be added to payzapp wallet or will it be transferred back to my card?
Also, payzapp customer care is not at all responsive.

cancellation of one assist & refund of money

Without any consent from card holder, hdfc deducted money for plan activation.

I dint get any call to activate this one assist membership. But the one assist mfee of rs.3757 is automatically debited from my hdfc credit card (Ended with 6393). Also, one credit entry is shown as dial an emi (Smart emi) of rs.3757.

Don't activate this type of subscription in future...
