I have a saving account in hdfc bank. Recently my account has been blocked. I updated my kyc documents but my account has not unblocked. I complaint to home branch but there is no response. I also spoke to customer care they told me to submit kyc documents. I submitted my kyc documents to my home branch but there is no result so what should i do please give me advice for me

      I had already paid my credit card total amount in 40, 000 in may 5 th, but u sent a sms to my registerd mobile number yesterday the pending balance of rs (-3300), at recent of 2 days before u send a sms of pending balance of rs — (4300) why because i do not use any trasnsition in my card from the month of may, sir please check & reduce my credit card pending balance

      But u not debited or not "autopay" the amount

      U sent too charges

      Pls reduce late payment chaqrges

      Sir at 5th i had paid late pay credit card amount
      From that month u do not send any sms or any emails to us for late payment charge
      At last month u send a sms to my register no — [protected] amount pending of late payment charges of rs — 3300 & next week u send a sms of (430) to pay at urgent but u debited amount of rs — (500+4518) at my card total (5018)

        There is a transaction issue dated 3/11/2017.
        1201/- and 410/- rs transaction are done by me and i received sms for both
        This transaction from hdfc bank
        But 1515/- the transaction is not done by me and i am not received any
        Sms from hdfc bank. All these transaction are done on same date and same
        Petrol pump but only two transaction are done by me.
        Petrol pump name jyoti petroleum.

            Hi,

            I have an hdfc credit ending with 4575 which is charged with an amount of rs 1299 towards oneassist membership fee. It was done without my knowledge and without any prior check with customer.
            I had not opted for oneassist while applying for credit card. Also, oneassist didn’t take any prior approval from me.

            Please cancel my membership and refund the amount at the earliest.
            Also i don’t want any such membership /subscription; in future as well.

              i call help line clearly inform not refund gst because late payment with gst applicable but before due date i call help line and ask to my statement but agent inform next month your bill genrate not this month so i not pay any amount after that i call help line my finane chrges reverse not gst but gst goverment charge i know so this amound refund to hdfc bank.

                Hi i'm venkateswarlu lingam.

                I paid 392/- for vodafone package from my mobile through hdfc netbanking. Amount was deducted from account but not credited to the customer account.
                It was happened on jun 28th. As of now, there is no proper response from hdfc.

                I checked with relationship manager and grievance cell people. They are always telling the process to kill the time.

                  Ref: hdfc bank creditcard # 524181xxxxxx8632. This is with reference to your cheque payment made towards the above mentioned card number vide cheque # 30329 for rs. 23493.68 dated 02-11-17 drawn on dmk.

                  As per the email received it shows that hdfc is not able to process my cheque payment on 10 nov.2017.
                  I would like to inform you that i have deposited chq on 6 th of nov.in goldeol branch in mumbai and if there was any difference in words and figure amount than the bank should have informed me by mail on the same day.
                  Hdfc bank did not followed up properly and informed me late on 10th of november whereas in 3 days any of the status of the chq would have been received to me by my bank. Afterall they did not deposited the cheque itself and now i have been charged the late fee.
                  As soon as i received the mail for cheque been not be able to processed i immediately deposited cash in atm for card payment.
                  So please waive off the late fee and it it is not poaaible to do so than i would like to withdraw your credit card service from today itself.
                  You can send me the balance payable by me with summary of debits and credits.

                  As per my earlier complaint regarding deduction of chq return charges by hdfc for my credit card no.[protected] was revised by hdfc bank but on the contrary they levied extra charges as finance charges to the amount of 918.25 paise which is at all not acceptable.
                  I contacted hdfc toll free no but they told do whatever you like but you will have to pay the finance charges.so this according to me is very regrettable .Hdfc is looting their customers by levying here n there charges.
                  So please do the needful.

                    Its pathetic that an hdfc employee mob. No. [protected] called my hr team and said i have taken some loan from them. But that call was related to someone else.
                    He said i'll call your whole team if i'll not give the concern person's no.

                    One of my friend has not made the credit card payment and just to get his no. He called me up and when i said i dont have the no. The he shauted at me n said ll call evety one in my company...

                    I am very frequently getting unwanted messages from rm-hdfcsl, hdfcsl headers of hdfc life on my mobile number [protected]. I have repeatedly complaint on their customer care and email but no action is been taken. I still get the messages. I just want them to stop sending me these messages. Its been more than 2-3 month now that am talking to these guys with no satisfactory response. I dont understand why they need so much of time to just unsubscribe one number.

                      When i never got any letter, how could they say that they sent a letter?

                      I saw the status and understand which is got disapproved due to not responding the letter copy which is sent from you for me. Let me know which address you sent the letter, because i didn't not any letter copy from hdfc bank.

                      I already wasted 10-15 days on it... For god sake tell me the reason so that peacefully i can choose credit card from some other bank rather than wasting my time on this.

                      Why there is cash advance fee of Rs.500 for every cash transaction in ATM ? In what percentage is this calculated

                      As I know it should 3 - 5 % of interest ... But how come it is 500 Rs for every transaction...

                      Even for over limit ..The fee is 500Rs ... Is HDFC is liable for using their hefty credit card charges ?
                      I am not getting any update on my credit card status. I got a call for verification but after that i haven’t recieved any single update. Kindly let me know if my credit card application is rejected or its still in the process.

                        I am using hdfc credit card and i paid entire due amount on grace period of 3 (Last day) days. My due date is 23-oct-2017 and i paid amount on 26-oct-2017. Bank has charged finance charge as rs.5240.83 and requesting bank to reverse finance charge. As per rbi circular july 16, 2015 and customer has 3 day’s time after the due date to repay the due amount. I paid my bill for last one year like this, suddenly last month they charged finance charges. I called to customer care on 5-nov-2017, explained the same and it was forward to relationship manager mr. Suraj kanojia and i forward my credit card statement screen shot and he forwarded my request to my account relationship manager mr. Ravi salimath. From his side he reversed only rs.1900, and i requested to bank reverse balance amount of my credit card finance charge rs.3340.83. My due date is 23-nov-2107, and looking forward your action on this.
                        Kindly do the needful to reverse finance charge on my credit card.

                        Below email respond received from HDFC, but i didn't get any solution.

                        We regret to inform that we are currently unable to accede to your request to reverse the charges billed to your card. We kindly request you to effect payment towards the total amount due, at the earliest to regularize your card account and to avoid preclude of further penalty charges.

                        Stating that to pay the finance charges. Though i paid my dues, Why should i pay this finance charges. Bank has reversed partial amount, why can't reverse that balance amount. Whom should i contact on this? Customer care, relationship managers no one should not take any action on this. Please give me an explanation, why can't bank has not reverse this charge ?

                        I paid my due before generation of the statements i.e about 7 days before but I received statements with finance charges i.e 1653.07 ( opening balance 62, 647.87, payments credited 63, 200 ).

                        costumer no. was not at all connecting all IVR NO. only for bank purpose not for costumer purpose.

                        please let me know the reason, other wise I will canel my card

                          Dear sir

                          It is in reference to the account no [protected] at your hanuman nagar branch jaipur, raj. We are also having current account in the name of fulgro environmental & engineering services india pvt. Ltd.in the same branch.

                          It is very unfortunate to inform you that one of your employee namely mr. Shekhar kanotia working in the same branch approached me to open a classic account infact rather i would say he regularly called me up to open a account informing me about the benefits and ultimately succeed as i opened a account.
                          Afterwards series of problem and trouble arise. They are
                          1. He without informing me & without taking my concern opened a recurring deposit and when i complained he doesn't respond.
                          2. All my messages and alerts of my other current account stop coming to my mobile and
                          Created a lot of problem for me and i repeatedly approached and reminded mr. Shekher to solve this problem but he was not bothered to take my problem seriously and this problem lasted for more than three months. That to solved after immense pressure and warning to close the account.
                          3. Irrespective of all these stuff he never attended my call whereas before opening the account he told me that a relationship manger will be provided to you for account related problems.
                          4. Infact i contacted the bank manager later on as i was literally fed up. I raised my problems to branch manager about opening of rd account without my permission and
                          Messages and alerts to my current account are not coming. He assured me to solve the issue soon and close the rd account, but as matter of relationship with bank i told branch manager to open sip account, but on a condition to close a rd account, again shekher used all his powers to open the sip account instantly but not closed rd account.

                          5. Now after few months later i came to know from another person associated with your bank only that the account was not classic account rather normal.
                          6. When it comes to benefit of mr. Shekher he called me i. E. Taking of car loan, he called me but when the purpose is solved, never takes the call.
                          I always tried to maintain healthy relationship with bank whether it is opening of classic account or taking policy of premium of rs. 48000/-. I never refused rather i cooperated at every moment, even taking of policy at 9:00 pm, but same was not delivered from your end.
                          This type of person this is very harmful for your bank reputation what that fellow did was never expected from a professional bank service provider like hdfc.

                          I would kindly like to request you to take a strict action against mr shikhar as it is indirectly or directly effecting the image of your bank. As i am also a service provider i never give fake promises to my clients.

                            Hi,
                            The below incident happened on 11th november, 2017.
                            I got a call from someone asking for my kyc documents.
                            I questioned him, that i did not request anyone to collect, and from where did he get my number. He said somebody might have given wrong number.

                            And on 13th nov, 2017 i got a call from the below number saying that i have applied for a loan and if i have submitted my documents to the person on saturday.

                            They even referred me using my full name. And when i started asking questions, they cut the call. They are not picking my call after that.

                            I have not applied any loan nor have i authorised anyone for doing the same on my behalf.

                            How can someone else apply a loan on my behalf?
                            Is my details safe with the bank?

                              Transaction id:[protected]al91xh6 transaction date november 9.
                              Rs. 5000/- money debited from wallet but not credited in account on transferring. There is no customer care for hdfc payzapp. The customer care number never gets answered. Try yourself before using this app[protected]. And no response to emails even after reminders. Check google playstore reviews how many people lost money. It works but if there is a failed transaction then it's impossible to get money back. Good luck if you still like to use it.

                                I have added 5000rs from my credit card to payzapp and at the time of sending into bank, money got deducted from wallet. Neither it reached into bank account nor showing into wallet. This issue is of 2nd nov, today is 13th nov. Still after 11 days there is no resolution given.
                                Worst app, going to complain in consumer board for this card unload error. I have screenshot for the same.

                                    I'm using hdfc jet privilege credit card and i have reward points in that. When i was trying to redeem points from online it's showing a popup that you are not eligible for online redemption... What should i do now??? Can i have another option for redemption...??? Such that i can redeem in another way. Could u help me to redeem points as soon as possible
