I am trying to add one beneficiary but not getting the otp in order to complete the process. It is showing that otp has been sent on your mobile number but i am not receiving any sms for same.. I will have to add this beneficiary for some urgent requirement. Please help yo resolve this issue as soon as possible as this is really urgent.

    I have credit card of hdfc bank. Today i have received statement for previous month. I am unable to understand the statement. I have not spent but amount is reflecting in my account. There is descent in spending and amount raised in the bill. I have not spent 13250.17 but it is debited from my account. Opening balance showing 413 which i had already paid. 9376 amount is also not understood why it is reflecting in my account.

      Subject: gst late fee - refund – filed return correction

      It is now one hundred days from the date of implementation of gst where as all the business communities who are the only source for the national income are left high and dry

      Gstr 3b return was implemented from 18th august 17 as the required software of gstr1/2/3 is not ready and still in inactive where as gstr 3b was now replaced to be filed

      If a dealer files gstr3b wrongly there is no provision for correction only forced to credit money in different tax head which till now not refunded as the software is not yet ready?

      While starting it was informed that there will be no penalty and interest for the period july17 and august17 as the return filing is delayed they introduced late fee of rs200/- per day for those who filed august17 return with late fee they were asked to pay for sept17 late filing with a formula for getting more revenue i. E.

      Late fee for the month includes previous month’s late fee charged due to delay in filing of return. The calculation is [date of filing – (Date of submission or due date of filing, whichever is later)] * 100/day * per act (Cgst/sgst).
      Whereas the recently concluded gst council ten days ago issued a circular that late fee will be reduced from rs 200/per day to rs 20/day as well as the today’s economic times advertisement that amendment of gstr3b and gstr3b will be activated and the amount wrongly credited will be refunded

      When contacted the known people at gst majestic and gst queens road bangalore and [protected]@gst.gov.in it was told there is no refund of wrongly credited amount in gstr3b is available and also late fee will not be credited. Better to contact those who gave wrong information

        worst customer service

        I tried contacting the customer service executive through phone banking. Everybtime they will make me wait at least 10-15mins then the call gets connected. After waiting all this time the call gets muted at stays like that forever untill or unless i disconnect the call. Its a complete waste of time and the balance will not get ipdated online ontime, it shows wrong credit card due amount even after paying the due. It wont get updated.

        bank not providing noc after credit card settlement

        I was holding hdfc credit card number [protected]. Due to financial difficulties i decided to settle my card. The final settlement amount was fixed for rs. 30000 (Thirty thousand rupees). The letter was issued to me on 15-may-2017. Ref no - s 1904616. Inspite of my full payment of the of the settlement amount, i have not received my noc. Neither my account is updated in cibil as settled. It still shows as overdue/ active status. Kindly...

          I have a hdfc credit card ([protected]) and i am a regular user of that. Recently i have purchased a product from a online marketing site by hoping to pay the amount in installments, and called to customer care to convert the amount into installments and they just told me to wait till next bill cycle but after the bill cycle they denied by telling that your credit card did not have offers. Every time they said to wait for offer availability. I had a talk with customer care 4 to 5 times for emi option but no positive reply.

          I have kindly request you to please provide the emi facility in my credit card.

          We wish to clarify that, HDFC Bank offers several promotional offers such as Smart EMI, Insta Jumbo Loan, Balance transfer etc. to its card holder's from time to time basis certain parameters set by the Bank and is at its discretion. These offers are intimated to the customer's vide mailers, statement inserts, Bank's website, etc. and is followed as a standard procedure across all card account. We are unable to extend Smart emi for your credit card at this point in time. However the offers in the card will be reviewed on a periodic basis depending on the usage and payment pattern.

            I had closed card in july 2017. (Also sent
            Broken card to chennai credit office division)
            Last month i got new credit card bill for transaction held on 29 april 2017.
            I haven't made such transaction on given date.

              I am a classic customer with hdfc bank and have a credit card that i have from hdfc bank.

              There was fraudulent transaction of rs.4000 on my credit on oct 24th night at 11 30pm (The card was almost a new one and had not used it at pos and any atm machine - so i think the fraud is originating within hdfc bank itself). I got a call minute later asking if i did this transaction and i said no. Despite that the transaction was not cancelled. Post that next day morning i called and registered a complaint. I was told that the temporary credit for this account will be given in next 5 business days.

              I got a call from someone named indu who asked to register a police compliant, fill some 10 forms etc and send across to her. I sent it across and have not heard back till date. Whenever i call phone banking no proper response. They dont a mechanism for feedback and despite several requests to talk to a supervisor my calls are always disconnected. They have now generated a statement and asking me to pay the 40000rs. I dont even know if the person who called and took all details from me was a legitimate person.

              Being a classic customer, i have been assigned a phone banker who is supposed to assist with all these queries but is not doing anything. The worst customer service ever across any banks!

                I had applied for the fastag from hdfc online on nov 14th. But since then i have got no response from the hdfc fastag and i am also unable to reach their customer care number:[protected], as they are always busy. Some of the other number that i found online also doesn't work.

                My account has already been deducted with the fees and other charges.

                It is hard to believe that such a reputed bank having such a lousy service. Their numbers don't work. And they are also not worried about the updating the status of the application...

                  Ad hoc statement charge ₹118 for date[protected] have been deducted on 16/11/2017 from my hdfc salary account without any information.

                  But i haven't asked for any such statements from bank either by visiting branch or through net banking.

                  I did not receive a full refund. should I need to complain again and again? Can't I get full resolution at once? The refund was of 118 RS, and Bank had refunded Rs 100. So what about the rest 18 rs? Should that be left for granted to Bank because its just rs 18 and they think it will not matter to the customer? or now they will refund the rest money after a process of 15 days more ?

                    I applied and got a new credit card in hdfc bank. After four days rs.900 debited as (Hegic-crdt shld %26amp; fl cvr-) and after two more days rs. 100 + gst for "emi processing fee smartemi ln 3180377" in my credit card account statement.. My credit card last 4 digit no. 3261. I am not interested in this type of policy or coverage. I did not option for any of the credit shield policies or health or life insurance in first place. I don't know why hdfc being such a reputed organisation cross sell these insurance products in this unauthorized manner. So pls immediate refund the policy rs.900 & emi fees of rs. 100 + any taxes which were charged to my credit card. Please cancel all the policies and smart emis permanently as i don't want to buy any as of now.

                          Hdfc executive has approached for loan transfer from axis to hdfc. Based on enquiry approval process was initiated.
                          On 08 nov - loan approved for 8.5 lakhs
                          On 09 nov - received rs.1, 36, 294 to my axis account.
                          On 16 nov - received dds for value (3, 28, 530 & 3, 76, 027) against outstanding of (3, 17, 016 & 2, 17, 808).
                          Information changes in loan plan from enquiry vs approved loan
                          1. Insurance charges was not told whereas insurance charge of 7, 180 was levied.
                          2. Committed there will not be any foreclosure charges during closure and i can go for loan closure any time after payment of 1st emi whereas foreclosure charges are levied and i can go for closure after payment of 12 emis only.
                          3. Committed to design 2 emis (One for balance transfer and another for top up) whereas single emi is designed for the total sanctioned loan.

                          The person of contact from hdfc is mr. Anudeep reddy (Mobile no.[protected]) from bangalore branch. He is not supporting me in the smooth transaction of the loan process and even he is not ready to lift the call even if try to contact him for fixing the problem.

                          I am ready to provide you the evidence like mail conversations as supporting data where the hdfc team did not support me for fixing the problem which was created by them. If you can provide me the mail id i will provide the complete data for the issues faced because of hdfc.

                                I am an central government employee in gazetted ranking and i was approached by hdfc agent fora credit card. While filling the form he has told the card is life time free and no charges to be paid. On receipt of the card after a month i got statement from hdfc for initial charges to be paid. Immediately i had approached the agent and he was not available, next contacted hdfc customer service and informed about the charges and to be waived off. Again next month i got another bill with late payment fee and this is continuing from last 4 months and as on date the bill amount is 2511.00 in between i had contacted hdfc branch at chandra layout and through bank also lodged complaint in this regard. Still nothing has happened... So far i had not used the card itself. Please sort out this issue at the earliest... Card no ending with...2407

                                  I had applied for the fastag from hdfc online on nov 4th. But since then i have got no response from the hdfc fastag and i am also unable to reach their sales number:[protected], as they are always busy. Some of the other number that i found online also doesn't work.

                                  My account has already been deducted with the fees and other charges.

                                  It is hard to believe that such a reputed bank having such a lousy service. Their numbers don't work. And they are also not worried about the updating the status of the application.

                                  I have submitted application 2 weeks back. No response. Poor customer care. Not attending phone. I never HDFC to behave like this.

                                  Others please donot take Fastag through HDFC any more.
                                  Correct HDFC having such worst bank. DO not purchase from them.

                                  I got fast tag, but havent got wallet id or userid stuff. Now i want recharge but couldn't do it, and first time user require wallet id, now i am trying to call them but its always busy. This is really bad from HDFC bank. if they dont want to operate into Fast tag, then why the hell they providing a service.
                                  Trying to register as new user. In the password page, I have entered valid password as per the suggestion, but still Submit button is not working, nothing is happening after clicking the Submit button in confirm password page.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    I requested to block my credit card in month may 2017 caed no. [protected]
                                    And also send letter to chennai office as per instruction given by customer car officer.
                                    But still it was not closed and now i m getting statement of some different card which i hv not received.
                                    Please help solving this problem because m not able to connect customer care credit card department due to unavailability of my present card no.

However, physical plastic was not despatched, in the absence of your request for the same. Here, we wish to clarify that the statement carried the new credit card account number. We request you to reconsider your decision and provide us with more opportunities to serve you. In the event, you still wish to cancel the credit card, we request you to forward us a duly signed letter to the below-mentioned address for us to do the needful.                                     thanks for your response, but can u please clarify about my statement, that I have to pay that money or not and if yes then why? & how can I pay without having full credit card detail?
                                    please also mention what are the attached copy required by bank to close my card and account.
                                    because I have lost my previous card ending with 0479
                                    so I cannot send diagonally cut card to u, as required by bank
