I am muthulakshmi. I am doing hdfc securities derivative account. Demat account no is 59696364. I have pending payment still not yet received. When i receive sir??? My mobile number is-[protected] thanks lots,, pending payment in my account, since last 6months, i do know i am not getting any proper account details and information about my pending,, please clear it first, i lost my interest

    Dear concern,

    As i visited lots of times to hdfc bank mayur, related to all persons mr. Yogesh, for closing of my saving account. I am ready to pay charge but they told me first close demat account and then we can close your savings account. As i visit to hdfc law college road branch to washim for demat account closing. He told me to visit hdfc securities model colony office for closing demat accounts fill up closing form & try to submit to mr. Harshal. He told me that rs 160/- charge pending. I am ready to pay all charges but proper guidance is not provided by any hdfc person. And charge are continuously added to account monthly. I am not ready to pay any monthly charges. I have to close my account today itself. Also wants changes details apply to account. All accounts closing are ready hdfc bank & hdfc securities persons are denied to accept form.

        Cancellation of one assist membership
        I am a hdfc bank credit card holder. The bank has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my credit card number ending with 1738. The customer care person repeatedly called me and give the wrong commitment, after that i am confirm my credit card benefit with customer care. I am not interested about this service and don't want this membership any more. Debited date on 10/11/2017 so cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/-

            My name is chetak bhandge. This is unfortunate incident happened with me. I went 3 times to my home brach hdfc, kapurbawdi, thane. There is unknown reason, they are not changing my signature. Staff telling me it will done within 2 days, 3 days. Branch manager, ms ranade is also helpless and so rude.

            I suggest customer not to go for this bank. This bank also have such policies, which makes problems to customers, times comes when you cannot even withdraw your own money.

            This bank is a big frustration for the customers. Even there employees are bigger frustration. If work is not getting completed, they keep give the reasons of internal staff. They don't have any idea of team work and how to give the customer service.

            They are always ready to tell different policies, but for withdrawal of money and signature problem, they don't have solution.

                    My hdfc credit card was charged 800.00, 1600.00, 1200.00, and 1600.00. Total 5200.00 rs at itunes. Combill on 5th november, 2017 without any intimation to me, without my knowledge and i don't get any otp for this transaction. I have blocked card immediately. I have also submitted cardholder dispute form on the same date. Please reverse charges other wise i will never use credit card and i will stop my hdfc credit card permanently.

                      I am a salaried indian railways employee since 2001. I have submitted twice, all the documents requires for hdfc credit card and my only telephonic confirmation done, afterwards my credit card status was showed accepted & in process but within 3 or 4 days a email i received, in this email following was mentioned -

                      Dear sir/madam,
                      Subject : your credit card application reference no. [protected]xf
                      Thank you for your interest in hdfc bank credit card.

                      We wish to inform you that your application has been considered in line with the bank's internal credit policy (Which is based on a combination of financial and related criteria and/or statistically determined scores to assess credit eligibility) and operating/credit processes (Which include a combination of verifications, credit bureau reports and document verifications). We regret to inform you that we are unable to approve your application as it does not meet the above mentioned internal criteria of the bank.

                      Please be assured that our inability to approve the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability.

                          I deposited 17500 to my payzapp account on 3rd nov, i did 4 transactions on that day, 3 transactions of 5000 rs and 1 of 2500 rs. One transaction of 5000 was failed, customer care representative told to wait for 5 working days. But till now no amount has been refunded to my payzapp wallet. Please check this on priority basis, otherwise i need to take legal actions against them

                                  My both policy without agent code taken in borivali branch but after that agent tell me on behalf of this policy you take loan only 4 percent interest rate will be charged he ask me about policy details and put his agent code but i have not got any loan pls cancelle my both policy and take some strict action about such agent. I have taken police in borivali branch but agent code provide on both policy by smc broker new delhi this fraud work to take some action and cancelled my policy.

                                    I was offered loan of 0 % interest of 20 lakhs against policy of hdfc life. I have done all those policies which they told me that will sanction your loan. Policies were genuine and i got hard copies of them also. But i am not getting dispersal of my loan account. They are telling me to give gst 18 % and agent commission 35 % which becomes a major amount. When i have searched on goggle i got to know that gst is just 5 %. And now they demand for a different policy of 50000/- for agent commission which will be refundable. How to belie ve this? I had to borrow money from someone to pay for policies. How will i pay? I am just a salaried person.

                                      Hi team,

                                      We have a salary account with your bank (Details mentioned below) and since aug some unauthorised transactions are being happening and we request you to refund the same asap.

                                      Transaction under the name of amb chrg incl gst for sep2017-mir[protected] are happening in october.
                                      12th oct, 2017 - 708.00/- (For the month of aug)
                                      12th oct, 2017 - 231.57/- (For the month of sep)
                                      25th oct, 2017 - 17.70/- (For the month of oct)
                                      7th nov, 2017- 299.43/- (For the month of nov)
                                      Sounds fraudulent. This has charged us almost 1300/- till now. Request you to take action on it asap and get it refunded into the account.

                                        Top up loan file no.[protected] not sanctions because of delayed repayment in home loan this is our criteria said by sanctions committee. Sanctions committee said that no processing fees refund
                                        Query is that at the time of document submitig why sales executive not regret our loan. He was. Also known the criteria of sanctions committee why hdfc ltd. Deposit the cheque without proper checking of document, delayed of repayment is saw in the file.
                                        I have applied for my existing home loan balance trancefer to HDFC home loan with ROI 8.35% but they delay in process & committed me loan will be apporve & disbursed within 2 week hence I hold EMI in existing bank but HDFC take 4 to 5 weeks to sanction loan but not as per existing bank forecloser leter amount i.e 1415000/- they only sanctiond 1375000/- hence I am not happy with them & there was EMI hold for 1month for existing bank loan they fine me charges 1500/- for that. & hence I have decided to stop loan processing due to they not fulfilled my requirement & delay in the process and asked them to refund my processing fee 8260/- (7000 + 1260 GST) but still I have not getting my processing fee. I have send nos of mail to Sales manger Mr.Nilesh, Reginal head Mr.Mukund Mulay but they dident responding my mails not calling me back on my phone and only replying mail that fees is not refundable without any base of documents. I have told them to show me that where this condition is written in HDFC terms & condition documents but nobody is replying yet. Still awaiting there reply.
                                        I have never seen such unprofessional behavior & cheating peoples for only few amount.
